We love Joe! We are running gas from our new fire pit to the gas grill and then to the house. He came out and was super helpful and professional. Gave us an estimate in record time and we are moving ahead with them. Gave us 2 options on digging to save money. I have complete trust in his ability to do the job! This company was awesome to us and we will use them over and over again in the future. They came out to give us an on-site and very fair estimate quickly. They scheduled the work on their first available day and met the timeline we had for getting our newly renovated bath ready for company. They installed all of the shower fixtures, grab bar, new toilet, sink, cabinet and faucet. Joe and his son will be called first do all our plumbing projects!

I was able to communicate with them prior to actual business hours through their web solution. I got a return communication once the business opened, and scheduled my appointment. The team showed up within the allotted appointment time period and we’re able to replace my water heater before close of business the first day I reached out to them. Very professional!

Joe Morin is the most knowledgeable, professional, HONEST plumber I've ever used; one example: after being told by other plumbers since 1989 that I have NO main line sewer clean out, Joe found it in under 15 minutes. No more need to incur the extra (and pricey) expense of a guy having to go up on the roof to clear out my pipes. Joe's assistant, Tim, is also quite capable, professional, and friendly. Danielle, who mans the phones and is quite knowledgeable herself, is a gift! All three are so easy to get along with, I'm lucky to have found PBP. I already have, and will continue to recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing. 9 & 10/2023 I have finally remodeled my guest bathroom. Joe "The Friendly Plummer" Morin professionally and superbly saw to all my plumbing needs - new shower fixtures, new toilet, new vanity piping hook up, etc. Everything looks beautiful and works as it should. Want to thank Joe and the team at Paradise Plumbing for all their help with our most recent home projects. We have used their services on several other occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Therefore there was no hesitation to contact Joe for our latest home improvement needs for the installation of all plumbing aspects for our outdoor kitchen and the addition of a shower/bathroom to our new pool/lanai area. He ran all plumbing and sewer lines prior and once the kitchen was installed returned to install fixtures, hook up all lines and make sure everything was working properly. He returned again to complete all aspects of our outdoor bathroom to install a shower, utility sink and toilet. We had a leak in our hot water heater and since we live in FL part time we have to go by Yelp and Google reviews to find a reputable installer. Paradise Bay Plumbing had great reviews and they did not disappoint. The person they sent out was fantastic and very personable and installed the new water heater in a few hours. I’m haven’t had work done yet so I can’t say on the quality of work. The plumbers do seem to be very knowledgeable on the problem here. . It was recommended that the work be done after the mold remidiation is done. I agree with that. However I am disappointed that the service call today charge of $99… will not be applied to the cost of the job that is needed. I think that’s not fair. I’m looking forward to the written estimate. 7.8.22: Installed new water heater. Professional and meticulous as always! :) 6.8.22: My water main line to my house was broken by tree roots on a Friday afternoon. Was sure I'd be without water all weekend, but Joe came out within the hour and repaired the break! He's terrific and always the first plumber I'll call!! Installed water softener in my mom’s new house. I chose Paradise because I’ve used them for several jobs at my house in the past and they are always excellent! Joe also connected the gas line for our new dryer while at the site for the water softener even though we hadn’t scheduled in advance. They’re the best!! :)

Paradise Bay Plumbing troubleshot and fixed a leaking toilet in an upstairs bath. They were prompt, professional and provided excellent service including taking plenty of time to explain what they charged before beginning any work and they clearly explained what work they had accomplished.
