The best gym i have ever been in. Clean, organised, big enough with 3 floors and lady only room. Enough machines and equipment for all. The team is great and available when needed all the time. Opening time is 24 hours. Amazing place, recommended.

Decent Gym with 20€ monthly membership, which allows you to use all FitX locations in Germany. New, state-of-the-art equipment and 24/7 opening. However, I recommend the FitX Airport location, because it is more quite and better suited for girls

Defective Equipment, which takes weeks to replace. The space isn't property used based on the current covid-19 regulations. Not enough Crosstrainer for usage. Should reconsider the inventory placement.

Great value for money. Many different gym machines. FitX offers a variety of different courses. Also, free drinks are available. The place is always clean and well aired. Staff are friendly and professional.

Very friendly personal. Good and clean service. The water and concentrates are just awesome + the presence that you get at the beginning. In the afternoon was a bit crowded but it was acceptable. Definitely 5*

Good and cheap gym. They offer live classes everyday, which I like. Typically not so crowded. No free wifi or air conditioning.

Anti-consumer and predatory practices. They make it in their contract extremely difficult to cancel a subscription. I moved far away from any of their branches in Hamburg and it was difficult for me to go there anymore. I wanted to cancel my membership but the staff only gave me an email to contact, even though I signed my contract in person at the same branch. This is disrespectful to the customer. I will not sign up for them again and I discourage anyone from signing up too.

Good studio and lovely environment

Had a bad expirience with this company. It is very hard to finish the contract, it is being extended every year automatically. When you are changing the city and there is no Fitx next to you, you still have to pay one more year untill they stop taking money from your account, even though they promiced the opposite when signing contract. Also they charging a huge fines from their clients with every oportunity.
