    ordered on the pizzahut site was called by the local hut to sat they had no drivers to deliver order and hung up. 21 days, 6 calls and 3 emails to customer services and i still have not got a refund. they are thieves do not trust them. no direct number for complaints and local managers just lie that they resolved the issue and never call back! about to begin a civil case against them to recover my money. fuming!

    What a truly awful company when they mess up. Despite the store manager of the St Helens store, Keith, promising that if I emailed customer care he'd authorise a refund, they're only offering a voucher, not even for the full amount, which also can't be used against any special offers or deals.

    Oh my god!!! this is the second time I am experiencing the service offered by Pizza Hut UK and with the same issue as experienced 1yr ago. I had hoped that the service would have improved but NO! nothing has changed after over a year. So I ordered a Pizza with sides at 22.45pm on the 2nd Jan 2022 and a confirmation email was received with tracker which informed me it was being prepared and delivery would be between 23.20-23.30. No delivery was received nor any calls from Pizza Hut to inform me otherwise. Tried calling the number provided on email several times but no answer. Tracker gave out false Information indicating order is being prepared and would be delivered, but after midnight it had dawned on me that it would never arrive. I had waited for over an hour the food which I thought was being delivered only to find that it would never arrive. I complained to Pizza Hut the very next day by calling the store manager of the branch where the order had been sent to and he informed me that there is a defective system by Pizza Hut which does not give out accurate information. How is a customer to know??? where are the improvements that was promised over a year ago when I had experience the exact same problem??? I sent out a complaint by email to Pizza Hut UK customer service and there was no sincerity nor compensation of any sort which to be honest was expected given my previous experience with them. All they had to say was they will give a refund which is appropriate for the situation. Appropriate!!!! for a Pizza that never got delivered, waiting for over an hour and half to feed my kids and a system that was defective for customers did not warrant compensation is pretty disgusting to say the least!!! Never again will I put myself through this and there are far better Pizza places I can order from these days than to put myself in a situation with a company that DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT!!!

    Don't use this place cost us 85 pounds for two Medi pizza a Mac and cheese something went totally wrong when I rang the store he put phone down I want my money back or free meal for three people

    Just ordered pizzas what can I say apart from disgusting they late being delivered and cold . called them to be told because I had taken bite they can't do anything. Won't ever use again oh and your customer service Is terrible

    Have just been to Solihull Pizza Hut in touchwood, as the kids fancied it, to be told card only(which I was fine with) and then told me after I sat down to order via app offered me free Wi-Fi as signal was bad, then took me 10 mins sorting everything out, and then had to log into my bank to authorise payment… if it wasn’t for the kids I would have walked out and gone pizza express, Wagamamas etc, sorry but when I go out and pay the prices you ask, I don’t want to be part of the team, I would like to be looked after I’m not ordering delivery or take out… sadly I won’t be going again and there was plenty of staff to cope, I am a grain of sand on a big beach to Pizza Hut, but how many more customers stop going because of this, we then become a pebble and it grows, you lost one customer today how many more do you not know about … change your ways before the customer changes it for you with their wallets and goes elsewhere

    I have lived in uk for 45 years.The BEST food I have ever had is pizza from pizza Restuarants and Take away.I STRONGLY recommend you guys start getting back yr Restuarants.They will do really good So many people need work.My family members have been to Every Restuarant in U K..pls pls Start again.ALL the BEST.

    Great (awful) example of what happens when profit is put before anything else. Card only, ordering via smart codes and app. Couple of staff run ragged to the point where they look completely fraught. No non alcohol beers available, coffee luke warm, no 'sugar' versions of drinks available only 'sugar free' - never sure of this enforced 'healthy choice' in places where obese people sit eating all you can eat buffets. All in all the total opposite of what dining out should be about.

    Myself and 6 other family members arranged for my father's birthday meal at Ashton Under Lyne Pizza hut. All was going well until we were told on arrival that they are now CASHLESS and only accept cards. Having arranged this party for months, I had everyone's order and cash in advance so upon hearing that this PizzaHut had now gone cashless, WE ALL WALKED OUT! With that, we vowed never to return to such a shoddy establishment that doesn't accept cash! The not so funny thing is with this story, a couple of years ago the exact same thing happened at the Stockport pizza hut (although this was for my little sisters 7th birthday and there were 12 kids and 5 adults) and we walked out that time after being told no cash accepted! We made sure all the people of Stockport knew to avoid the cashless pizzahut and lo and behold, Stockport pizza hut shortly closed down after that! Well, I am about to do the same to the people of Ashton Under Lyne and ensure everyone is aware that you are operating on a non cash basis and therefore, will feel the consequence of so. CASHLESS PIZZA HUTS = NO CUSTOMERS SITTING IN = RIP PIZZAHUT

    Ordered a Pizza yesterday from Harrow Wealdstone it was awful service and an even worse pizza - The most disgusting, undercooked, congealed, mess we have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Sent images and a detailed outlined of what occurred with Pizza Hut order but despite me requesting '£14.98' back they are offering us 'As a gesture of goodwill, I have added ten free slices onto your Pizza Hut Rewards Account' (THAT WE DON'T WANT, BECAUSE WE WONT BE GOING BACK TO PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN)... REALLY PIZZA HUT, REALLY??! I want a refund and a sincere apology for this craziness.

    Had a bad experience when I arrived too late to eat in yesterday and was told that I could order a takeaway Choice I made was Vegan nuggets and salad 🥗 and I was handed a cardboard box to fill with salad that was obviously still there at end of the day. Nuggets arrived half cooked and bland and I rang in the next day and mentioned it to Crawley Leisure Park branch and they could not caew less

    Shocking service from pizza hut. Ordered for delivery to get a phonecall from delivery driver to say he couldn't find us but wouldn't listen to us when giving directions. Hung the phone up on us countless times. Spoke to the restaurant I ordered from they told us we had to collect the pizza from the delivery guy ourselves so resulted in us using fuel and finding the delivery guy. Received the pizza and sides cold. I Contacted custom care team who think it's acceptable to have a cold pizza and gives a gesture of goodwill rather than a £26 refund for something that can't be eaten.

    Pizza Hut Delivery 55 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QN Absolutely shocking bad experience with this pizza hut delivery last night, waited an hour for a pizza to be delivered (staying about 5 min walk from there) I'm on crutches and it was raining so thought a delivery would be better. Pizza was cold when it arrived, and when I opened the box I found the pizza to be burnt black in places and some weird salt stuff not sure if its cheese or salt or what but it's not what I ordered. I rang them to complain twice, first that it took so long and that it was cold, then when I opened box and saw that it was burnt and inedible and I asked someone to come and take it back because I want my money back, the 1st man on the phone was completely useless he just said we're busy blah blah, saying they are not responsible for driver getting pizza here warm!! No apology or interest. The 2nd time I called back once I saw the burnt offering they sent another guy was slightly more interested and a better grasp of the English language, he apologised and said someone would come and collect the pizza, and my refund would be actioned but it would take 5-7 days. So my treat and cheat so I didnt have to cook became a drama that robbed me of my friday evening waiting for pizza hut delivery driver to bring the pizza and then come back for it. No one came so I will have to take it there myself today. I would have been better hobbling to the co-op and getting a frozen pizza and cooking it myself AVOID THIS PLACE *edit Almost 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund they claim head office still haven't done it. Pizza hut used to be a trusted brand, you knew you would be guaranteed the same quality, specific flavours unique to pizza hut. Unfortunately the brand has become synonymous with poor quality and sub standard offerings. Very disappointing, I doubt you will last much longer.

    I've been ordering pizzas on a regular basis and on certain days there's literally hardly any toppings on the pizzas its pretty much tomato bread with garlic some staff have no issues sorting my specific order but after making many complaints now I've been told to contact head office

    Card charged twice 3 weeks ago, several calls to store, several emails to customer care and I’ve still not had it refunded, seem to be going round and round in circles, terrible customer service, I’m going to leave bad reviews daily on various review sites until my complaint is dealt with and I’m happy with the outcome.

    Llandudno pizza hut is a joke. Had a booking for 12.pm. pizza did not come out until 12.40. The salad was missing items. The pizza that did come out was 95% vegetarian covered in peppers. Which I don't eat. I asked a staff member if they had pizza with meat. Finally they said yes but waited another twenty minutes. I had to leave by this time. So paid 50.00 quid for salad. There was 1 staff member for the WHOLE RESTAURANT. So could not even get more drinks. #its not all about delivery pizza hut. The delivery was coming out like lightning 😡🤬😡🤬

    Contacted to complain about cambridge North branch. Given usual spiel about customer no, receipt no, postcode, blood group, covid status etc before they just sent me a voucher I dont want as I wont be going back. When I ask for a refund I want refund not vouchers for more headache. What has happened pizza hut?? You use to be a safe bet. Not now. Don't expect any decent response from here. Don't buy from here in the first place until there is a huge improvement.

    I have not been in pizza hut for many years as the experience lacking how ever I decided to give it ago the pizza hut I went into was at the Fort Manchester an I have had two strokes an speaking is difficult the server was called ebony she was very understanding I also looked after by Chelsea the manger because of the service I received their will have me going back thank you ladies

    Hello, I was really satisfied by the delivery time I've got my pizza on which was 20 min's from pizza hut north coast kilo 57 Alexanderia roud Egypt . but in the same time I was really sad of what happens to the quality of this well known name (pizza Hut) which I use to deal with since I was a kid , I don't want to go through lot of details about my strange taste pizza with nearly over heated dry very few components including the silly stufft crust wilting cheese which got nothing related to the word (pizza hut) delicious components , in fact it's not even competing with any common pizza brand name after I tried two main branches lately I believe it's just the location that attracts , anyway hope my review letter would help your brand name to regain it's well known reputation .
