coffee was great. The waiter and the young waitress were even good. the owner and an older waitress are equally awful. The were attacking people from the streets to come in their restaurant and talking to people in a very bad English language. even the proprietor shouted at the waitress at one point as she did not try to persuade a lady to sit on the terrace. and still charge 15% for the service. the bill for 2 coffees is 7 euros. too much.

Avoid this! Fanta was 5€ and came in a small glass, not a bottle. According to the menu we should pay 8€ total, but the waitress asked for 10€ and gave no receipt. The tables were dirty. We felt stupid to have come here in the first place.

Stay away! Dirty napkins and table cloths, massively overpriced food. Sloppy and tiny portions. Looks like microwaved supermarket frozen food. Terrible service.

The food was just not good. We ordered pizza but the pizza crust is not made fresh and the cheese tasted stale as if the pizza was premade, lying around for quite some time and just got warmed up. The "mixed salad" was 7€ for some pieces of tomatoe and some lettuce, it tasted fresh, though. The coffee tasted well but the whole restaurant is pricey. To sum it up it was disappointing. Edit: they charge a 15% service charge and they are unfriendly except for the waiter.

Do not go there! Very unfriendly and ridiculous prices. We had two coffees, two small water bottles and a bit of ice cream for 22 euros. Even the location near the tower is no reason for that. Milk was charged extra and they charge a high service fee. They take tourists by the arm and shout at them when they do not want to buy anything. We saw when this happened to two Japanese girls.

Dont go over there!!! We ordered 2 expresó and one ice caffee. It costs 10€. It’s over price than the menu wrote. The waiters kept using their smile to ask you order more. We were lucky because we didn’t hungry or we would be charged more!

It was boring food. I got Risotto, which had a lot of oil in it and it looked like it was just prepared in a microwave straight from the fridge. Then we should pay they had added 15% tax to the bill, which I haven't experienced anywhere else in Toscana. It was quite expensive compared to the quality of the food you get at other places.

DO NOT GO THERE! Super shocked of the price! Robbers! They make the prices how they want. 2 fresh orange juices and 2 croissants €33 that is ridiculous. if there is a -5* will give it to them. Awful awful awful
