Kaafal cottage was fun time to stay and it became part of our very good memory for family outing in this beautiful place of mountain...The staff is very supportive and helpful they are very good and serve you with open heart and make you feel very comfortable, homely. Kaafal cottage location is not very easily approachable and once you are at the location then doing any simple outing is a task..... we had good time at Ranikhet and it was really awesome...

Excellent location with scenic beauty all around.Kaafal cottage gave us a homely feel. The staff is very supportive especially Jituji & Mayank who made sure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us ( we were a group of #16 family members) & not a single member had any complain. Loved the stay.

This is an excellent place for staying in Majkhali, Ranikhet. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all necessities like hot water, wifi etc. The room service is very fast and good. The caretaker Jitu is very good and promt in service. He makes very tasty food, specially Pahari chicken. The balcony provides amazing views of the mountains and sunset. Overall I would recommend anyone for staying here.

Best cottage in Ranikhet. I stayed for 2 months here. Food is perfect and it taste like a home. location is perfect ( there is a very good forest nearby) Mayank bhaiya ( owner of the cottage ) is very kind and loving man. He is always available to help and guide you. All the facilities are available and you get awesome view from the balcony. It is a very peaceful place.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and the best part is the views and food... I did work from home there and the net speed was nice. Also, the food is amazing...last but not least, hosting by the owner is amazing. He is very helpful, he helped me exploring nearby places. Best place to stay under budget with free mind.

We stayed here for a week for work from home , stay is clean and with great view. We visited here in mid December and as expected there was temperature drops in evening , heater was provided but was not at all effective also the heater made a very bad noise making it less peaceful to sleep. The food was good and we could try the local Kumaoni cusinie here and was served hot. There was also room service provided , WiFi was not extremely fast but was manageable. We had a cafe walkable distance from stay.

I really enjoyed the natural beauty while having breakfast during my stay at Kaafal Cottage. It is one of the famous Ginseng Groups of Hotels. The best part was view of snow-covered Himalaya that I can never forget. A perfect place and worth visiting with family and friends! During my stay at this hotel, I was really made feel special by hotel staffs. They delivered everything I used to order in time. Also, there was cleanliness all over the corridor and hotels. Must say, spacious room, cool atmosphere and cooperative and supportive staff are some of the points that made my stay a memorable experience. Will surely recommend others to stay here!

One of the best stays on Ranikhet Road. Stay has good basic amenities that a 3 star hotel has. If you are lucky you will get the Himalayan view from the balcony itself. The food served here was delicious. Great place for birders also.
