Fresh and colorful too. This is the first time I got gifted a flower arrangement form this florist and I could not be happier as it sure made my day. The flowers were fresh and well displayed. Delivery was made to my door step and kept to the side as I was not home to receive it.

This is a great florist. For my Christmas delivery to my boss, I received an email photo of the item at her door and also a text message from the delivery driver. I really appreciated that. He had 18 deliveries and there were 2 delivery people that day so it's a busy place. I'll order from here again next year.

I didn't not have a very nice experience here. I special ordered a corsage and was clear about not wanting any other ribbon then red or black. When I picked it up there was white ribbon I was told they would do a refund, with not even attempt to fix it at all. This was 4 hours before Prom. Now I know they were busy and all , but I was very polite and understanding. The 2 women seemed so annoyed with me when I came up with an idea, one woman took it, did as I suggested and basically threw it on the counted and said that's the best I can do very nastilly. They didn't even try to apologize or anything, worst customer service ever. I will never purchase anything there again.

Lovely service over the phone. I sent flowers to my friend's family after losing their dad, and the lady I spoke with when making the order was very kind. I had two requests for the vase - colorful, and to include sunflowers. The arrangement they came up with was beautiful and just what I wanted.

Impeccable service, online ordering was easy, we had the chance to support a local business and your flowers are so fresh! They smell far better than the typical big online flower delivery companies. Ordered an extra large arrangement which should have been 19 inches tall through 800 flowers and delivered by them. Was supposed to have a box of Godiva chocolates. Instead they delivered a small bouquet with a $5 box of ferrar Roche. I complained to 800 flowers and they said they would send correct bouquet. Once again used this florist and another small one was delivered. Lesson learned. In the Jacksonville area Kuhns is the only florist to use.

Sender ordered 36 roses and a bear but only 16 were included without a bear. Message was printed on just a very plain paper. A small card would have been better. Despite this, I was excited to see them when I opened the front door. I hope Southern Grace is willing to do right by him and resolve this issue.

I honestly ordered from them because of the name 🩷! But I got my first bouquet today (I got the weekly subscription) and oh my goooooodness it is gorgeous! And so fragrant! It's absolutely darling, I highly recommend their subscription service and bouquets for special occasions! I'll be keeping them in my office and kitchen from now on for sure!!!
