Arrived this evening with my group of friends. The bouncer informed us that the white members of our group could pay €20 for entry and that our colored friends would have to pay €250 for entry. Was informed by others leaving that this was the standard. Do not support this racist business. Do better.

Looking nice from the Inside. BUT making you pay when you leave is a stupid policy. People may loose this card and will be charged a big fine. Doormen and staff not friendly. You have to wait to get out of the club because of the payments. Last but not least, it's expensive. Lisbon has better clubs!

I was here during the night, at the nightclub, it was a very nice aura, big space, and very nice decoration, dj was good and good music. At first he only played Portuguese music but after that he started mixing with English songs which turned up the environment alot. I liked it. Entrance is 40Euro for men and 20 euro for women, including 4 drinks for men and 2 for the women.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Not even in my worst dreams I would have imagined to be treated like this at a restaurant. The manager is something quite unique, and I CAN'T not understand how the owners of the club let this man be in charge. First of all he is UNPOLITE, DISRESPECTFOUL and had an INTIMIDATING attitude towards us. He had a very impulsive character and almost threw a glass of beer to a friend. For the behaviour and aggressiveness it was like he was taking DRUGS. He was clearly bothered by the fact we were not Portuguese. He insulted us and tried to charge us for the whole dinner when they had only served just the first dish. We had no other option but to leave the restaurant. I strongly recommend to not visit the place. Hope the restaurant reads this comment and take actions to have better people attending their few customers.

K Urban Beach Club in Lisbon is, without a doubt, my favourite spot in the city. Located in a prime location, it offers an unparalleled experience, serving as a lively oasis that encapsulates the vibrant spirit of Lisbon. The atmosphere is electric, filled with a diverse crowd and pulsating with energetic tunes, allowing visitors to soak in the dynamic vibes of the city. The setting is picturesque, allowing for stunning views and creating an ideal backdrop for a memorable outing. Service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional time. The entry was money charged was a credit to buy drinks. For anyone looking to experience the best of Lisbon's nightlife and social scene, K Urban Beach Club is the go-to destination. It’s a place where unforgettable memories are made, and I am repeatedly drawn back.

Well, quite a nice club with spectacular view, swimming pool and three main dancing areas. Music is Okayish, usually remixes of the popular ones. P.S. You must pay 20€ for enter, 18 stays in plastic card for buying drinks and 2 is entry fee.

The very aggressive doorman randomly throw people out of the line. Some people have to pay 250 Euro to enter. It is ridiculous. If you wanna discuss with them about it they probably gonna hit you. DONT SUPPORT THIS CLUB

Got violently pushed out by a bouncer after accidently being pushed against him by the crowd and apologizing. I never write reviews but i felt like this one deserves to be out there. Avoid at all cost, but some shady stuff going on with the security.

I went to K Ubran Beach club this weekend and I have a lot to say. I checked my coat and unfortunately I lost ticket. At 1:30 i went up to them with no line and told them the situation and they told me there was nothing they could do and I had to come back at 6-7 in the morning to get it back. I came back to the club at 6:30 in the morning and they told me they didn't have it. They have the most idiocy policies I have ever seen at a club. After talking to the coat check worker for 1 minute, they told their security guards to get me to leave when I was being calm and responsive. The bouncers aggressively forced me out in a manner that was not acceptable. Another stance during the night, I was talking to the bartender and she surprisingly asked me why i'm here, stating that people who go here are 15-17 years old. It was very awkward and felt like it was a slow moving bat mitzvah party with the parents staring from the back. Never come here. Absolute terrible night., If you go here, you are looking for trouble. Stay away!!!

A bit scared by the negative reviews we went to K Urban Beach Club for a night out. However, it turned out to be a great night! Yes, you do have to pay money to get in (14 euros for women, 18 euros for men), but they will give you a card with 12 euros (women) or 16 euros (men) to buy drinks. Good vibe, good music. A lot of teenagers though, but it didn’t bother us. Definitely a go-to for a good party!

I have been to clubs over 20 counties and this is literally the worse club. It's funny how we are asked to pay entrance fee AGAIN if we left the club to enter again. We were never been told about this and the only thing they could do is to take our jacket for us. Bouncers said this is the rule of all clubs in Portugal, obviously the money goes to their own pocket. What a joke. Bouncers has the worse attitude ever. Entrance fee is 20€ for ladies and 30€ for men on a Wednesday night when the club is only half full. They were also asking a group of 6 people to pay 250€ for entrance at 3:30am, in the end we still had money in our card for drinks but it's not worth to pay 20€ to re-enter. DO NOT COME! WORSE CLUB EVER!

I would not recommend this place to anybody, EVER. On my first day in this beautiful country we ended up here. The security tried to charge me again for getting back in after I went outside for a cigarette. I took exception to this having to pay €20 to get in the first time. I may have said a few choice words but their response was so extreme in nature. They kicked me off the premises but all of my friends were still in the club so I didn't leave. (My own fault yes but I felt wronged so I was very annoyed) The security then used excessive force by strangling me and leaving me with cuts on my neck where my necklace had dug into my skin. Their next approach after me calling them out for their excessive force was to punch me almost unconscious. As a tourist I would avoid this overpriced club. I wish I could give a review of how it was inside but I don't know. If I were the club owner I would be reading all of the similar stories to mine and find new security.

They are charging 30 euro from foreigners but ıf you are from portugal , you are only paying 20 euro. l paid 30 euro and l didn’t spend it and l went there another time and l asked cashier that l have this card with 30 euro and do l have to pay another 30 euro for the enterance, she told me that please make a 30 euro payment and l will tell you , then l paid 30 euro and she hided my previous card which had 30 euro inside it. Then l wanted to get my card back and she said you didn’t give me any card. At the end they stole my 30 euro. l tried to explain this situation and they called boydguards and sent me out of the club

This place changes quite a bit depending on which day you go. Thursday to Saturday it is extremely crowded, so much so that you can barely walk, it takes forever to get and drink, and the floor is not really enjoyable. The music can also be atrocious; unless you’re completely hammered I don’t see how you can enjoy their random mix of Portuguese top 40, anthem pop and whatever else the DJ decides. If you are hammered, though, it’s hilarious and fun. People there are generally in a great mood and it’s good for some craziness. Wednesdays are not so crowded, there is still a good amount of people seeing how it’s a pretty popular club, and they play some different music (basically Latin music). That’s interesting and different to most clubs in Lisbon where on “Latin” nights they often play only a couple of Latin songs and then the usual, so if that interests you I recommend it. You will also get to actually enjoy the space. Drinks are priced ok, served pretty heavy. Security can be a little rude, but I’ve never had any serious incidents there. They will push though, and when it gets full they don’t really bother addressing properly and just use some forceful gestures to tell you what they want. As in any club, play nice and you’ll be fine. The club itself is beautiful because of its location and view, and the outdoor area is great for a break or a little talk now that the weather has improved. It can also be a good break from the music. The crowd is very young. I am still in college and still most people I talked to there were younger than me. Honestly it’s a very particular experience, on balance probably worth it, but not a place I’d visit regularly unless you really wanna go all out. Too crowded and no good music.

Incredibly rude staff when we did absolutely nothing wrong. They took away our jackets without us knowing. The waitress was unbelieveably rude and uninterested and didn’t want to serve us even though we’ve been nothing but nice and polite to everyone. If you get the chance, avoid this club and find another one with better service. I’ve also heard other people complain about the staff.

A place to avoid !!! Disgusting behaviour from the bouncers and cashier. After they charged is 30€ each they simply refused access to one of our friends with no reason. They did not want to speak to us, they ignored us the whole way and the best part is that they refused refund us because we did not want to leave our friend behind. This place is a disgrace!

Pretty fun club, more of a tourist attraction as we met fellow people on vacation compared to barrio alto or other bar streets. €20 entry but €18 goes towards drinks so not too bad.

We stayed in the VIP zone, with alcohol and the guards thought that we didn’t know them and came randomly, they said to pay 500 euros, although there is a table 300 for 3 persons , my friend works in this club and I know the prices, they decided to deceive us. We started to prove that we were at the table with friends and we didn’t come without an invitation, the guards didn’t want to watch the cameras as confirmation, we decided not to spoil our mood and went to another club, but this made us very angry. Briefly about this situation. Unfortunately, there are a lot of children who are under 18 years old and do not even check their passports, but they are trying to cheat for money. Terrible staff, because I went there with friends more than once, the girls at the bar are not at all pleasant.

A super great night club. A bit expensive : 30€ for men and 20€ for girls but you can spend this money in the club. It seems that it is not very selective. The atmosphere is super, great pool and infrastructure, great sound. And the cherry on the cake is the free popcorn !

Don’t expect much. It’s a cool place when you’re drunk But securities as well as visitors can be pretty rude. I just hang my feed into the pool and a security guy was directly super rude and jelling at me as if I was doing something really problematic. I mean why do you have a pool if no one can use it?! The security here things that it owns the world.

Nice club to hang out with friends, I appreciate my experience. However, bouncers acted very aggressively and violently, like animals. They tried to expel a friend because he was wearing sandals, before blocking him and violently asking him to pay 250 euros to enter the club... Obviously, it was more a problem of money than clothes :) try to find bouncers with IQ above 80 please.

Treated like children in queue, the payment system is completely awful (you need to top up their dumb card). I guess the DJ is still learning how to use his equipment while not looking at chicks. The barman was visibly high on something...just blah, don't go there.

One of the strangest clubbing experiences in my life... After waiting in the rain for 20 minutes we came inside and wanted to order a beer but then they told us that we need a drinking card. So we bought that for getting our drinks, this costed us €2 (card) + €5 (beer). Then we spend 40 minutes waiting in the line to put our jackets in the cloakroom. When it was our turn, they told us the cloakroom was full. So then we threw our jackets on one of the 'vip' sofas which was free. We then proceeded to discover the club and people untill the fire alarm went of and the music stopped for about 15 minutes. After that they turned the music on again and they opened some door that gave us acces to another room that was even bigger than the first one, this really impressed me. Later we even found another room where they were playing techno music. I was shocked by the different rooms and size of the club, that's why I give it 3 stars.

Music was great, the staff tho was very bad. Agressive security guards and the bar staff was very disrespectful, the drinks were charged and half way served. The environment is not very nice to enjoy unless you look the other way regarding the way people are treated there. I've witnessed people being pushed and slaped for no reason by the security guards and even people that had their personal stuff damaged as well (broken watches, thorn up clothes etc). First time visiting to never come back again :)

One of the many good options for Lisbon clubbing! Gets packed around 2-3, great music for international travelers, and amazing vibes outside the venue in the back. One thing is, money for drinks has to be uploaded on cards, so it can get a little tedious. Otherwise, amazing, beachy, chill vibes!

If its not raining is one of the best clubs I have been, because you can enjoy the beach vibe outside and the club inside. Pretty expensive and you have to use their card and pay at the end for the drinks. The staff could a bit more friendlier.

  • 1/5 Darijus V. 2 years ago on Google
Went there on a Friday night. Paid an extortionate 20 EUR entry which was supposed to include two free drinks at the bar. Although in reality they only gave me one drink. One of the most money-hogging tactics I've seen in a club - in order to purchase drinks you have to top-up a card that they give you and use its balance as a payment. Minimum top-up is 20 EUR.

Awful club, only for betas and gringos and if you still are one of these two you will find: bartenders who ignore you to flirt with cute girls (I waited 30mins to get a drink). High prices, the tickets we're too expensive 20€+ and there aren't many drinks and the ones they have they are usually on the high end of prices. Also there are lots of creeps, one or two we're REALLY hitting on the girls of our group and did hang around for quite awhile rubbing their backs on us and throwing their arms in our faces. If you are in Lisbon looking for a good time go to other places, ask the right people. There is an article in Timeout about cool clubs in this area, look it up.

Awesome time at this club - there was two of us girls, and we got in for free. We also got 2 shots each free on the house of Beirao. Music was a mix of reggaeton and pop English which was amazing. It got really busy, easy to get a drink and friendly staff and security!

Went to this club last night, my first thought is that it’s huge. Awesome entrance and back patio with plenty of space to have your own area. They have a card load system in order to buy drinks which was pretty annoying. 30€ for a card which counted for two drinks. They only had 1 bar where you can load more money on the cards (-1 star). The first DJ that came on was pretty bad, I am pretty sure it was his first time playing music. The second DJ was better but not my much (-1 star).

So upon entry if they "judge you're not good enough" or a foreigner they put you aside and then force you to pay for a 30€ card to enter so they "make sure" you pay for 3 drinks minimum included in the ticket. Honestly it doesn't bother me to pay the entry fees as I just want to enjoy the night, but the way a bunch of other people and I were treated pissed us off and we decided to leave the place.

The prejudice that the bouncers are racists against the tourits is totally Quatsch. The were friendly and the price was more than fair. But I would recommend to go to the club on weekends because during the week the DJ is wack. But on weekends the music the ladies are perfect. So this club is fire

Great night, no issues with a group, lovely staff even got 2 beers for one of the girls who didn’t drink spirits ☺️

My worst experience ever. We went there with some friends to have dinner and it was a complete disaster. The waiter was disrespectful and impolite all the time with us and with the other guests in the room. He tried to charge us for the whole dinner when they had served just the first dish (I have never seen this in my life), he also said that if we don't speak Portuguese it was our problem not his (when we asked him to speak in English, so that is a clear sign that foreign people are not welcome) and he was yelling at us every time we asked for something. I would never recommend to go to K Urban Beach Club.

Absolute disaster. The worst service we have ever experienced in a restaurant. The head of waiters was aggressive, disrespectful and had intimidating attitude. Clearly bothered by the fact we were not Portuguese, insulted us and we had no other option but to leave the restaurant. He still accompanied us insulting and other security guides. We were not the only table that had discussions with this individual. For the record, we were a family group on a celebration that have traveled around the world and had never experienced a situation like this. I highly recommend to not visit the place. Hope the restaurant reads this comments and take actions to have better people attending their few customers.

(Translated by Google) Nightclub with various environments. The decor is very beautiful. The drinks prices are ok. The security guards at the door are boring and I've seen some people barred from entering. I recommend going with social clothes / well dressed because the chance of being barred is less. On Thursdays, women enter for free. The songs depend on the DJ but they usually play pop and famous Latin songs. The place starts to fill even only from 02:00 in the morning. There is an area that plays funk that opens its doors around 3:00 am. I recommend the visit! As músicas dependem do DJ porém geralmente toca pop e músicas latinas famosas. O local começa a encher mesmo só a partir das 02:00 da manhã. Tem uma área que toca funk que abre as portas por volta das 03:00 da manhã. Recomendo a visita!

Paid 150 for bottle service. Never saw promoter after he sat us down. The area he sat us in didn’t have any rope or supervision to stop people from sitting in our area, so we were constantly having to tell people to move. At the table next to us, someone sat down and started drinking another tables drinks and playing with their ice. We had to tell them to get out of there. Also, once you buy the table you can’t just go up to a bar and order water. This becomes a problem when you can’t find the promoter who sold you the table. Enter savior Jay!!!! And to the RUDE bleach blonde guy that had water in his hand and told me he didn’t know how to help me get water…if you are going to work in a service industry and be a douche, don’t make yourself so recognizable. You were the worst employee in the club. There were many friendly and helpful people in the club. The bartender could have done a better job getting the person to help me buy water, or should have been able to sell it to me…. Club DJ was awesome! Bathrooms clean and working at beginning of night…pee and vomit at end. My friend got drunk and “lost” her phone. Staff was amazing at looking for it and assisting us (Jay!!!). Sofas were comfortable and mixers that came with bottle service were good. Other than the douche employee and the not being able to buy water after you have bought bottle service, I would recommend with the caveat that you find a way to get water before the promoter collects his money and leaves, and stay away from the bleach blonde jerk!!!!

Entry costs €20 for women, but this can be used for drinks. The club is really nice with indoor and outdoor areas and a view of the river. The employees are super nice. I had a small foot injury. The employees helped directly. I was doctored and even rewarded with lollipops. The music is awesome too.

Great place. Entry fee was €20 for the ladies and €30 for gents. Heard that it was usually 10€ cheaper . But well well!!! Great music. Energy was great on the dance floor.

Cool club in Lisbon. It gets super crowded so I would recommend booking a table if you go with a group of friends. We went on a Saturday night and there was a good mix of young people and above 25.

Awesome Club, awesome people there! The entry is cheap also for foreigners and the prices inside are fair! You will find some several Dancefloors with different music and I think it’s great!

Trash. Absurd. If they don't like you after 2 hours queue they tell you to Pay 250€ or you won't join.

Young crowd on Thursdays. Fun. There were some crazy fun European tourists. This is must visit tourist party location. Security was totally cool. If you are an idiot then security will do their job... Otherwise enjoy and party on.

În my view better fun than lux and much more reasonable door policy. We went to both these past weeks and urban was great with the outdoor pool. No cash which is a little weird to get used to but it's OK... Was good music when we were there.

I had good fun. Music is good. A bit of a "posh" vibe for what I'm used to. They have a curious system of charging a card with credit to then order. It's a system in which if you leave with some credit in your card they keep it 🥲 so make sure to calculate properly. Prices on the medium range. Definitely not cheap but not expensive

Good club with a well functioning system of buying entry for €30, of which you can spend €28 on drinks. Gender ratio was fitting at the beginning of the night (1AM), but slowly turned into a sausage party. Guess we contributed..

Firstly, the door price without being on guest lost is 30 euro, with 28 of that being usable on drinks. That was for us on a Saturday after 1:30am. Saturday was a good night to go with it being packed around 1:45-4:30am. If you go on a Saturday, go to oasis.lx on Instagram, and you can buy tickets from them early to not have to pay 30 euro. Overall, all though good experience, good music, but the guy to girl ratio was alright.

I utilized the lock room services and was provided only with a receipt for my belongings. Later in the evening, my friend urgently needed their jacket from my backpack due to an emergency inside the club. When I approached the staff to retrieve the jacket, I was told I needed some form of special identification or paper, which was never mentioned during the initial storage. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, the staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this lack of assistance persisted across the staff, including the security personnel, who showed no concern for the emergency. What saddened me the most was the assumption of fault on my part, despite having only been given a receipt for my belongings. The staff's insensitivity and failure to provide any assistance during a time of need were highly disappointing. I hope this feedback prompts the club to reconsider their policies and provide better training for their staff to handle emergencies more empathetically in the future.
