My vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual - 50 years old - required a full service and having studied their excellent website I opted to use their business. Absolutely outstanding from initial examination of the watch to it's safe rejuvenated return 6 weeks later - it looks like new, works like new. The fee charged was as per their price list and well worth the investment. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob Martin & Partners for any work required to a Rolex timepiece.

The definitive prestige and antique watch and clock repair facility on the south coast. It's busy, you lose your timepiece and jewelry for at least a month but it comes back pristine and keeping good time (for a mechanical device.) Put up with it, it's worth it.

Fantastic service, super knowledgable and really nice people. Had an engagement ring cleaned at very short notice and they did an amazing job. The ring is an heirloom which we have little information about, so as well as the clean some insight was given about the cut and the condition with some advice on an issue that it had that we were unaware of. Could not recommend these guys more!

I took in 3 rings for resizing & some scrap gold to be sold. Kevin was extremely helpful & explained everything clearly as to what could be done. He informed me that the valuer they use would value the scrap on site so the goods would not leave the shop. I've yet to collect the finished rings but have complete faith in Kevin's skills.

The diamond had fallen out of my solitaire ring. Fortunately I had found the stone on the floor. Kevin explained how the stone had been set in the ring and what he would do to make it more secure. Collette let me know a price estimate on work to be done and also told me when shop was open due to lockdown restrictions in place. I received brilliant customer service I would certainly use this shop again. I am very pleased with the repair and reassured that, despite the ring being worn on a daily basis, the stone is now firmly set. The workmanship was top notch. Quality is good and prices are fair. Definitely recommend friends and family to use this business.

I popped in quickly to see if I could get my late great grandfathers watch fixed, seeing that the shop was closing I believed I was out of luck, however, the owner saw me about to leave and decided to ask what the problem was, realising he could do it in a jiffy, he quickly addressed the damage and returned it to me promptly. Great service; very happy customer!

Robin did a superb job on my 1930's mantel Westminster chiming clock. 3 new springs, and a set up, and we were up and running again. Not a cheap job, but you get what you pay for with the skill to fix such delicate pieces. Highly recommended

So I just collected my engagement ring this morning! all I can say is what a beautiful job this shop has done. It was very tricky as I have stones that go down both the sides of this ring, when my partner ordered the ring it turned up and was 4 sizes too big, but this shop has altered my ring to fit beautifully and with such care.
