The only good thing about this accommodation was the location. Let's get to the bad stuff. When we went to our room it was very dirty, the floor had a layer of dust and dirt. Our shower cabin had mold in it. Even after we asked for a proper cleanup, they didn't fulfill our request. I don't think they clean the AC, me and also my friend got sick even though we only stayed 2 nights. The water pressure was like nothing, also we sometimes had warm water but we mostly had cold. Also have to highlight that the towels are extra, we only got a hand towel and not even a step out for the shower, it disgusted us to step out in the already dirty floor. When we stayed here, there was an evacuation, for almost 2 hours we didn't know what happened m, until finally a worker showed up. It was a horrible, completely ruined our experience as we had to catch our train early in the morning, with only 4 hours of sleep in us. I wouldn't recommend staying here long but it was a nightmare for us even for 2 days only.

I honestly haven't experienced what the bad comments say about this place. The crew was amazing and friendly in the heated weather that we were while I was there. This complex owns literally ANYTHING you need to, and for the price I do think it's okay pay an extra for the towels (you can own your opinion this is mine). My AC was on point, no problems, and there is like TONS of storage. I was for three days and was really comfy. Is true that it wasn't "surgically clean" but it wasn't as many comments say. There is one person who talks about a bug in his bed...probably was around due to ALL THE GARDENS that Milano owns and we go across during the day. Might happen. I really loved to have a piano, the projection room, lavatrice, the location is FANTASTIC and I enjoyed a lot cause of this place...and even I had to stay for an evening in the complex cause the heat was too much. Once again, thanks to all the crew, hope you keep going and see you soon.

We experienced none of the issues some reviews are mentioning. Staff is probably very careful about the problematic details from the reviews, so when we checked in, the receptionist double checked that our room was ready and clean. 👌🏼 A/C was working fine, we had correct amount of towels, there was no excessive noise during the night, room service took the garbage and refilled toilet paper after second night. Both check in and check out took only few seconds. Everything was fine. I am not afraid to recommend this place.

Good price quality ratio for Milan. The location is not good for tourists but probably perfect for students of Bocconi uni.

Not to dismiss the experience of others on here, but my time at aparto was amazing. Can’t say enough good things. It’s a great place to live. Grazie mille al staff. (From what I can gather, the negative parts stemmed from the first year in which they were still finishing building the place.)

We booked a room for two and only got one towel. Moreover the first and the last night the AC did Not work and there were 28 degrees. We barely managed to sleep. I went three times to the reception and they tried restarting the AC with not success but the next day it started working. They said there was a “bug in the informatic system”. It was really annoying to pay for AC and only have it to work 2 nights out of 4. After the first night they said that the guy that tried to restart it did not do it properly.. train your staff don’t make me sleep in 28 degrees

I can’t recommend this place. First, the luggage is not put in a safe space. Second, the staff is not friendly and they don’t give you any information. Third, it is overpriced for just a room for a stay and finally, the staff is not helpful at all. When we arrived completely soaked because of a Missmanagement of the Duomo staff, we kindly asked to get a towel, they just said no and told us to use paper towels in the toilets. So after all it was very disappointing, even though the rooms were ok.

I lived in Aparto for more than a year. Perfect place. Location: just 5 min walk to Bocconi campus, so you can get up just 30 min before your classes start:) Also, very close to the center, just 20 min walk to duomo or 10 min ride by the tram. Super good location also in terms of attractions, there is Navigli close nearby where you can find many cafes, etc. Housing: Aparto itself was very good. You have a good room (I lived in twin), several study rooms where you can study as long as you want, a good gym to exercise, activities room, everything! Additionally, there is a courtyard as well where you can chill during good weather. Staff: Aparto had a very good staff, they helped me always throughout the year. A huge thanks to Chiara (the manager), Gionata, Valentina, Giorgia. Also, a very big thanks to Jessie and Samuel who organised the football (soccer) tournaments for us during the year. I will miss Aparto and Milan!

Magnificent apartments! The employees are extremely friendly and always ready to help! Excellent living conditions: gym, cinema, game areas! Overall, excellent conditions in which I spent my university course. I'll keep this place in my heart.

I had the most amazing experience! The community of students was one of the most welcoming! The Aparto staff were nothing but the most helpful, especially Jessie, Martina, Gionata, and Valentina! Would recommend to anyone looking for an ideal international exchange experience
