Terrible service! Waiter was unpleasant and made a scene when we wanted to pay. Said that their card machine was "broken". Wanted to take our mobiles until we could withdraw money. When we refused and threatened to go without paying, the machine was miraculously repaired ... Food was at best 2 of 5. Chewy meat and the waiter gave us mayo in small packages..

Worst stake I have ever tasted. Lady outside told us that card payment is available, but after receiving the bill, they said cash only.

They are so bad, they dont even deserve a bad review, but still. We noticed that the place looked kind of a tourist trap, but as we were starving ant the other places around looked alike, we decided to give it a chance. Right after seating, mantelpieces are dirty and not changed between customer. Not even if they have stains of wine or olive oil. The last time they saw a wash-machine was probably when romans were still walking down Pula. We thought about leaving, but our drinks arrived really fast. Dishes advertised on the entrance are not in menu, and if you order them, they will try to charge you extra for them. Watch out! Quality is below bad. Mozzalera from Caprese salad looks almost like cheddar from Mcdonals. Fried squids like chewing gum. Fried squids comes with fries. It is difficult that out of two fried things of a dish, both come cold, but they got it. Service. Honestly they were kind to us, but in the meantime they had time to argue between themselves, to argue twith a customer and let leave another pair of customers due to their apathy. They say they have no card-payment, but it is false. They just do not want to offer it. I suggest you to ask for an official bill in that case, and call the police if they refuse to give it to you. They urge you to go to the nearest bankomat, surprisingly located five meters from the restaurant (they get comission) To sum up, go there only if you want to have fun feeling like Gordon Ramsay in a Hell´s Kitchen episode

When we entered and ordered in the restaurant we were honestly surprised for all the bad reviews. Nice water terrace, very polite waiters, lady at the entrance assured us we can pay by card… all perfect. Food was ok, I mean we ordered grilled fish and beer/lemonade - it was good. But the fun started when we asked for bill and it appeared you cannot pay by card - cash only. Totally similar situation as in the review from two years ago. When we started looking for the lady who assured us we can pay by card she was not there and waiter kept insisting that we have to go and withdraw money. Funny thing was we could not because we did not have physical cards (only mobile pay pass), so we started asking for a manager and he was not there as well. When we explained to the other young waiter that there is no way we can pay by cash miraculously card terminal appeared and we could pay for the order. But I was honestly ready to leave without paying as this is just ridiculous. 2 out of 5 stars for the fact that food was fine and for really polite young waiter who helped us to solve the issue.

Sadly I didn't check the reviews before going here. I have to agree with the other reviews. Yes, steak was not the best. Yes, given bread without asking for it then charged for it. Also, shown a specials board, but the actual menu does not had the specials and is significantly more expensive. Much better places available in Pula to eat.

This restaurant it’s a classic trap for tourists, worst food I ever had, worst service, and prices way to high for the worst quality of food. Fish was disgusting, dry and tasted old. There is no reason to eat here. And the disinfectant on the the entrance was BLEACH mixed with water. Are you serious? There should be a possibility of zero stars. This one is too much.

Well, I’m not coming again and don’t advise you to go there as well. Been shocked with the service level and the food. Never seen Margarita pizza without basil and mozzarella and this is in the pizza shop! Same goes to Capriciosa without olives etc. No napkins and plates to eat ordered pizza. It seems like the guys are totally negligent to small orders.

Very expensive in compare to the quality. The food looks like from the microwave and it tastes the same. We were really disappointed and actually regret not going to McDonald or to any other restaurant! The toilet was horrible, very small and the lock was broken. The only benefit is the localisation. Don't be fooled by the prices, the quality of food is really poor. On the plus side pizza was better then other food, but still nothing special.
