These guys don't have any technical knowledge, they will keep your laptop for months, do several experiments on your laptop and then return your laptop even in worst condition. Mr. Pratik Raut is very arrogant and don't have knowledge how to speak with customers. I gave them my laptop in a working condition, but now it don't even show the display on screen. They will lie you every moment and keep your laptop without any reason. They will never agree if you tell them to check your laptop in front of you. I recommend not to repair anything at this place. Go to the authorization service center instead. I lost my laptop and will have to purchase new one. I fought with them and took my money back after 18 visits. It was heights of my patience. If you see ratings over here everyone has given them negative review, only they have given themselves 5 star review. Its funny!

never go to this laptop service centre.they are just fooling people. in my case he told me laptop will be repaired in 3 days took advance of 4200Rs. after 3 days everytime when i am calling him he just postponed date of laptop delivery with vulgar language and return my laptop after 6 months saying it can't be repaired.

Quite impolite & have no respect for the customers. Was quite surprised to know when I had been given a new duplicate charger in turn of my original one when I had given my laptop for repair. The laptop now gets charged very slow & the battery life drains very quickly. Reply to the Spencers Laptops - Please think twice before you reply to your customers of taking any strict action against us for we are ready for it in any case for providing us faulty products. As for other customers, would never recommend any of the others to give even a try for going for you'll might really lose your original products if you give anything for repairs.

Please inform the sambhaji police station , if Pratik Raut is not returning the money or giving laptop. He is a fraudster, dont wait for him to give money back, file a compliant and ask him to come to police station if you want your money back. I had to wait for 8 months to get money back only after a complain was filed.

MINUS 5. NEVER VISIT THEM. Not worth your trust as you keep your laptop for repair for a day or two, as my cable was exchanged and the corsor on my mouse pad of laptop had stopped working.

Very poor customer service. Fake promises made while selling the product. Products not available at the time of purchase in the store and booking amount taken. Multiple follow ups needed to get your product delivered. Post delivery they don't pickup calls to resolve issues based on the false commitments. They even took money for extended warranty which is still not received and calls are just ignored. Humble request to not purchase from this shop. There are multiple shops and authorised dealers in the same street. Make purchase from them.

This shop now goes by the name "Excellent IT Solutions". Make sure you never visit this shop even if it is the last shop on earth that sells or repairs laptops/computers as it is run by a couple of fraudsters, Swapnil and Pratik Raut.

My friend brought new laptop from this shop. Worst service ever. For the new laptop pirated windows is there. And so many times my friend call them but he says our engineer will be coming tomorrow and then we have called the Dell support and they are coming and he just gives dates and never calls back. And now that pirated windows is expired . My friend made a big mistake buying laptop from there. Worst shop. For new laptop they give pirated windows . And service is not at all good

Would have given negative stars if I could. Very bad service. Telling me that they repair it cheap and good kept my laptop for prolonged time and still wasn't working when I got it back. They gave vague reasons for why it couldn't be repaired even after I paid them. Finally had to give it to another service center. Wasted money and time. DO NOT GO HERE. They keep on experimenting on laptop and making it worse. They don't care about the urgency of laptop repair and never check the laptop in front of the customer. He doesn't pick up calls, doesn't reply to messages. Before the service he called 5 times until payment and then kept on dodging my calls after the service when the problems started.

Very Bad Service. I contacted this service center to get my laptop fixed. The person came home (Without mask and didn't carry sanitizer) to collect laptop and acted knowledgeable. He claimed that he is HP Authorized service personnel. After i told him the problem , he talked only in terms of "problem -> replace this -> costs this". Initially he gave estimate of ~3500 Rs to which i agreed since i urgently needed my laptop. He was a type of salesman who would frighten customer to buy/replace new parts by showing loss they'd face if they don't and generate revenue. He asked on phone if he can replace 1 part , and then replaced multiple. He also provided a generic invoice without naming Serial Numbers of the parts replaced. (SKUs - Stock Keeping Units) . Invoice value was not bifurcated into each of the parts that was replaced. Invoice did not say that he is HP authorized service personnel. Unfortunately i realized all this only after he charged 7000 Rs. :( PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OR ENGAGE WITH THEM IF YOU NEED ANY LAPTOP OR RELATED SERVICE. Worst service ever. Never ever visit this shop. They charge money for no reason and gave the laptop back in worse condition than before. When asked, they reply arrogantly.
