My first and only time going to the Perky Lady. My initial reaction to my visit was “oh, my that was kinda cool!” The fitting went well, I did complain because I thought the bra was too tight. My constant explained “it’s supposed to be tight to give support” ok no problem I can understand that. I get it, buying a well fitting bra can be painful but it should not break you out in a rash nor should it cause you to be in pain for days after you take it off!! For the amount of money I spent in that store, I would also expect some compassion, understanding, and an offer to help make it better when I call the store to discuss my issues. Instead I was met with a condescending attitude and a curt good day! If I didn’t know any better I could swear she just thought I was lying. I took pictures of the rash under my breast, I have the proof! Did she care? Nope! So my advice would be to bypass this shop and find one that appreciates their customers. This place only wants to sell their product and could care less about your satisfaction! I wasn’t asking for a refund just an alternative. Don’t be like me I wasted $200 in that store, never again!

The was great while my friend and I was trying on bra's, and purchasing them. When my friend wore the bra her skin became irritated (red rash) across her chest and underneath her breast. She called the store and spoke to the woman who helped us that day. The response that my friend received was condescending and rude. It wasn't the same way we were treated on the of the purchase. My friend and I will not be going back, or recommending this establishment to anyone who is seeking Lingerie. Smiles are phony/fate. The store could have a least been more accommodating and tried to make things right.

I just got home from meeting with April for a fitting. I've been wearing my new bra for 30 MINUTES and my back is so comfortable and there is NO pain. Go see her and be comfortable! I never thought I'd be writing a review for a bra shop, but it is AMAZING. Just go and spoil yourself. I hate shopping and was seriously in and out in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back. This store is truly a GEM. The staff is so personable and knowledgeable. I was fitted perfectly for a bra, and found numerous styles and options for my plus size body. I much rather shop local at a place like this than any department store. I will be visiting regularly for all my undergarment needs!!!!

What a wonderful shopping experience. In the past bra shopping has been tedious but Laura and The Perky Lady have totally changed my mind. It was so great to walk into a place and feel heard and seen. Laura was great and totally understood my situation. Totally recommend to anyone who is in need of some comfortable good fitting bras and underwear!

I cannot say enough -AMAZING- things about this store's staff, products and overall customer experience. I paid for the fitting and, honestly, it was far & away the best money I've spent in near recent memory! Their merchandise is stunning (there are so many colors - even for us big-busted girlies!) and the staff knows their stuff. They were able to articulate what made each brand different from one another & walked me through each bra hand-selected for me. It goes without saying that I will be a returning customer, as I cannot go back to the old way of shopping for lingerie after this experience. Had a wonderful experience at The Perky Lady getting fitted for some much needed new bras. As a recent breast cancer survivor, I struggled finding a place that could fit me correctly and provide me with the time and attention I needed to find flattering pieces. Laura was amazing, kind, patient and funny. She got me and I went home with the prettiest bras I have ever owned (plus a few on my wish list – yes, that is a thing here!). So glad to have this place close to home. I will never buy a bra from anywhere else ever again. Great location, environment, selection, prices and people!

I had such a pleasant experience at the perky lady. My stylist was very knowledgeable and helpful. She educated me on bras without making me feel dumb for not knowing stuff at my age. I walked out with 4 amazing bras that fit perfectly. I will definitely be back!!!

My sister who works there had told me about the shop for a while and I had never really heard of the concept of a bra shop that has a professional fitting. No matter how new or what brand of bra I would try (which was usually from AdoreMe or Victoria Secret) I always had to deal with my bra straps sliding down. It was super annoying and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get any of my bras to just stay put. I decided to finally give The Perky Lady a try and it was completely worth it! I ended up purchasing 5 bras that i had tried during my fitting. I’ve done a wear test on one of the bras so far and for the first time I didn’t have to deal with the straps slipping! It was so great not having to awkwardly adjust my straps throughout the day. As far as the experience itself, I liked that I was really taken care of and my needs of what I looked for in a bra was met. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything more than what I needed/wanted. I will definitely be getting bras from this shop from now on!

Best bra shopping experience ever! I have a hard to find size (small band/larger cup size); after realizing last minute that I needed a strapless bra for a vacation outfit, I was panicking since I never find my size in stores. I first had a negative experience at another specialty shop and was apprehensive going into the Perky Lady after finding them on Google. But oh my goodness was it the best experience! Laura did my fitting. She was so kind and knowledgable. I walked out with 2 bras yesterday and came back for more today! They are the best fit I’ve ever had for my size and shape. All of the ladies there are so supportive, kind, and body positive. This is where I’ll be getting all of my bras now!

I had a wonderful experience at The Perky Lady! Alicia was my stylist and she was so friendly, encouraging and supportive. She made me feel completely comfortable and powerful in my body. She also educated me on how lingerie should fit properly, and how to tell when it is or is not working. I never thought I could have fun shopping for lingerie, but I had a blast and came away with some great, fun, sexy pieces and a whole lot of confidence! I would recommend anyone looking for a VIP experience to come here!

ABSOLUTELY an amazing experience!!! I’ve never had this kind of professionalism and fun in one place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in & she made me feel so comfortable. Brought me several options, gave me her honest opinion and was so incredibly sweet and genuine.. it’s hard to get a good waitress these days, so I’m sure you can imagine. Absolutely top notch, I will definitely be back! They worked me in quickly for a walk-in fitting, helped me understand the "how" and "why" of bra fittings and I left extremely happy with two bras expertly fitted and well within my budget. They're wonderful at explaining the break-in process and maintenance for extending the life of bra. The store feels so luxe and glamorous too, so much better than a dinky department store dressing room!

Once again, a fabulous experience. Ladies, if you haven't been there, I suggest you go. They will fit you with the correct size underthings and you will never look back. I wish they had one or more of these in every state. It is well worth the hour drive for me.

I could not speak more positively about Laura and the selection at The Perky Lady. I have experienced plenty of bra fittings due to having a smaller frame and a larger bust size for the majority of my life. Laura was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly professional, requesting consent and announcing her presence along the way - she immediately put me at ease. Despite having received numerous 'professional' fittings over the years, the fitting and bras I purchased from The Perky Lady were above and beyond. Through a simple fitting, I've gone from considering a reduction to thinking that perhaps the right bra can truly make all the difference - and for my people out there in a similar situation, you know how empowering that can be ;-) Thank you to Laura and The Perky Lady. I LOVED coming here. Being from CA, boutiques are usually full of judgment, but not The Perky Lady. Laura, the stylist I worked with, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She really made me feel beautiful and reminded me how important it is to feel comfortable and beautiful in the items. I don't think I've ever been more comfortable in a lingerie store in my life as I was here. By the end of my appointment, I had 5 items that were comfortable, and I felt I wore, not them wearing me. Plus, a wish list for my husband to come pick items from! I can't wait to make my next appointment. I've had to go shopping for new work clothes recently and I've kept all of Laura's kind reminders in the back of my head the entire time. P.S. go for the vip appointment. The local bakery treat I received was a cheesecake and it was fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Perky Lady again after moving away for a bit. I was absolutely blown away! I gotta say I am so glad to be back! I forgot how much I missed having my own personal bra shopper. Every member of the team was so kind and helpful, and they truly made me feel like a goddess - even when I came back with some of my items because I just wasn't sure. I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the team - they really know their stuff! All was figured out and they were right...who knew putting your bra on correctly and washing it made a difference :) I would highly recommend The Perky Lady to anyone tired of boring fast fashion and looking for a great personal shopping experience.

This is by far the best place to get a bra in the Raleigh area! I’ve been to 2 other stores in the area and have been fit wrong at both places. The bra fitters at The Perky Lady got my size right and I love the bras I bought! They are also the only store in the area to carry polish bras which are superior to all other bras!

Excellent bras. The woman who did my fitting was very stern and confident in her abilities. She made sure to never make me feel uncomfortable, although when I voiced concerns about some bras she seemed not be listening. The shop is beautiful and selection is amazing.

This is a true "treat yo self" place. The staff is professional, knowledgable, and listened to what I wanted. They make sure you get the right style and fit for your body and make you feel comfortable. I will never shop for bras again at a department store!

I visited The Perky Lady today for the first time. I was quite hesitant as I’ve never had a bra fitting and am generally very reserved. Laura put me at ease and was able to help me relax so that I actually enjoyed my visit! She was wonderful at fitting me and brought me many beautiful bras to try…my biggest problem was I loved them all! I truly appreciated that she did not rush me, did not make me feel judged and was not at all pushy. I purchased several bras and have some pretty ones for the first time ever!! I highly recommend The Perky Lady and I will be back!

Had a bra fitting today and I love my purchases! The sales associate Laura was very helpful. I've never had a fitting before and after breastfeeding two babies, I didn't know it was possible for the ladies to sit so nice and high 😂 thank you!

Laura helped me out with a bra fitting and I had a splendid time! They went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was very thoughtful and patient, even though I was new to bra shopping (and sweaty from the heat lol). I found some really cute pieces to start my collection and look forward to coming by for more.

Visited The Perky Lady for the first time yesterday. The shop is adorable and their staff is very knowledgeable. I bought three bras, a pair of underwear, and their detergent. These are now the only bras I own that fit perfectly on me. It’s a little pricey, but don’t be discouraged because it’s definitely worth it.

Excellent service. Excellent advice on care. 10/10 would recommend a trip up here if you're close (I drove from Fayetteville). WORTH IT!!!!

I went to April for a subtle gift for my fiancé. She was awesome. Her store is extremely well kept and very comfortable. I will be returning to surprise my lady with more gifts in the future.

I visited this establishment for the first time today and I could not be happier with my experience. I felt welcome from the moment I entered and the service was outstanding. I was told there are three rules: the bra has to be comfortable, you have to love it, and you have to feel beautiful in it. A bit pricey but worth every penny. A good bra can change your life. Highly satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to everyone :)

If you haven't visited this little shop you need to! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. It was just like hanging out with friends. The ladies here are fantastic! Their attention to detail, fit, and most importantly your comfort is outstanding. You won't leave unhappy!
