Went to visit a relative who had delivered a child. Was there for barely an hour, waiting as the said relative was yet to be brought to the room. We were waiting in the reception when a doctor who was there just randomly came up to me and told me in vulgar Tamil that are you eating your child's food, you are overweight (my daughter is a thin one year old) and then told me take good care of your baby. This was so absolutely unwarranted, unprofessional and downright hurtful. I hope they teach their doctors to treat people better. You can't take out your frustrations on people who are only just visiting. Now I know which hospital never to go to. I wish I knew the doctor's name, I was so stunned, had i just noted the name the hospital was definitely looking at a law suit in their hands. So my advice, next time you misbehave, it might just be a lawyer who just notes the name down.

I had been to this hospital for my Baby girl.. We extremely happy and satisfied with there approach, out come of the Treatment is best i can say. I can strongly recommend pediatric doctor Mr. Prakash and Doctor Mr. Richie Solomon pediatric cardiologist. Especially staff Nurse are very polite. and excellent House keeping staff's. Me and my uncle have been to this hospital for my uncle’s wife delivery, it was a good environment in the hospital, we are admitted in the 6th floor and the nurses in the hospital who had taken a good care of my uncle’s wife and it was really satisfied and service was very good, the sisters in the hospital Paleena, Dhivya, Gowri, Abinaya, Monikabala, Aasha, Manigeshwari, Ruby have taken a very good care and finally they have arranged a celebration for the new born baby and we all got surprised and the hospitality was also very good. Appointment for my wife is booked at 5pm. Now the time is 9.50 still the doctor is not available in OP.. Never seen an hospital with more than 5.00hrs OP timing... People who have lot of patience and who want to become patients can choose this hospital. Even government hospitals are much better than this hospital. I delivered my Girl baby recently in this hospital. Care and services are best. Doctor Nirmala Ravindraprasad is my gynaecologist, she saved my baby in an emergency situation. Staffs and doctors responsed immediately in an emergency situation and made every arrangements before I reach the hospital. I'm grateful to my doctor and everyone who helped me.

I had my nasal septum surgery at Prasanth hospitals, Kolathur and overall I felt very comfortable during the entire time. The staff was very courteous and friendly and took care of me really well. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital was exceptional as well. However the attender bed was very narrow and my wife who was helping me felt very uncomfortable to sleep in the night. The attender bed could be a little wide. Also the room could help with a night lamp for a comfortable stay.

The doctors, Shilaja, Abrajda, Ramya, Sharmili, Rajesh Kumar, and Sunanda were cautious, supportive and kind with all their approach and treatments. They clearly explained all the procedures and medicines prescribed to me. The nurses heads Parameshwari and Ruby, the staff nurses Daya, Gowri, Manigeshwari, Gayathri, Mega, Vaishnavi, Monika, Padmavathi, both the Revathi, were always available through day and night, helped me with apt answers for all my queries. They were extremely kind and attentive towards me which made my stay comfortable. The ward aides Jayanthi, Jabbama, Rekha and Uma took good care of my health and hygiene. As a few suggestions to the hospital, I would kindly request more ward aids to be provided with adequate training in women hygiene and also to suggest new mothers with adult diapers rather than pads for more comfortable post child birth period. Also please do consider better floor cleaner chemicals used for the ward verandahs.

My wife got admitted for delivery , She is blessed with Boy baby. Hospital ambiance was good . Special thanks to Doctor Ramya & Abarajitha for safely operation done , Now mom and kid are doing good. And 6th floor Nurses and caretaker Jabamaal & receptionist over all staffs cared very well and whenever help need they are assisted without any hesitation. Admission and discharge process has to be improve if possible convey the time to patients and attender so they are planned their discharge accordingly.

Nice hospital and great treatment for conception all over doctors given great support physically and mentally especially Dr.sailaja mam efforts made me to feel motherhood with in one year with cute and sweet baby boy. I feel very grateful and thank you forever. In 6th floor nurses are very supportive and provided me the mental support for pre and post delivery. 6th floor ward sisters are very helpful with friendly approach overall great experience expect canteen as I feel canteen food was not at all advisable.

My Father admitted for hernia surgery in this hospital. The hospital staff and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved Doctors here there really took their time to explain my Father conditions with me as well as my treatment options for my father surgery. Thanks to Dr.Nirmala K we went once again to kolathur prashanth hospital( my nephew also was born there) , from the day one the experience was quite good. During labor time I have witnessed how they are very supportive to my wife and encouraged her to deliver the baby. Nurses like ruby, padmavathy, gowri, geetha & helpers like jebama and support staff like Rekha helped us a lot whenever we needed help even during midnight and educated us on how to take care of the baby and very friendly . One thing I have noticed is all the nurses have good rappo among themselves and work as team & cheerful. Definitely all the staffs deserves a raise. Cake cutting after the discharge was nice gesture from the staffs. Even the watchmen & security personnel was very helpful in my car parking.

My whole family myself, husband,son, daughter were admitted in the hospital due to dengue on 16/11/23 . The care taken by the doctors was excellent, their attention was praiseworthy. The help extended by the staff nurses, attenders is really praiseworthy. At night timely administration of each medicine was monitored with great care. The update of all health parameters was taken care of very well. The house keeping staff and cleaning staff was again excellent. They all have never made us feel as if we were admitted. Their love and care was like family.
