My experience was wonderful. Lisa S. at the front desk was amazing and so willing to help. With the power outrage yesterday she immediately contacted when the power was up to get me in. She was kind, empathetic and helpful. The clinicians took their time and really talked to me. Thank you!

Would not recommend. Opposite of a well-oiled machine. Unfortunately had my workcomp case handled here and they fail to update/send scripts to therapy despite countless phone calls. You’ll end up waiting an hour even if you have an appointment time. They need more in house providers instead of rotating everyone and only having one provider at a time. Don’t waste your time.

This place is anything but “urgent”. I had to wait 10 days just to get test results that were only supposed to take 3 business days to get. They didn’t even call to let me know, I had to keep calling and checking. The staff also seems a little under educated. I had a nurse blow out my vein when taking blood, which has never happened to me in all the many times my blood has been drawn. The doctor who saw me, Dr. Vanderlinden was incredibly rude and dismissive. He also incorrectly diagnosed me with something my symptoms didn’t even align with. Waste of time and money especially since another doctor at another clinic knew right away what was wrong with me. Had this doctor had any idea what he was doing, I could’ve already been treated. He also was coughing a lot and not wearing a mask, luckily didn’t catch whatever that was. Please hire a doctor who cares about the patients, this doc is absolutely useless.

Kind. Caring. Professional. I took my son in for flu like symptoms. He was tested for the flu and Covid 19. We were given a prescription as well as a Doctor's note for school. I couldn't ask for better care and service. Thank you. 🙏

Next Care Liberty was very fast and courteous. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and took his time listening to my symptoms to formulate a diagnosis. I really appreciate their great care.

This place only gets the 2 stars because they take the insurance my daughter & grandsons have & because the receptionist & nurse were extremely nice. The male doctor we saw was rude, condescending & definitely not good with kids. First time seeing him & he called my youngest grandson names & said we should let him fall off a chair again because that was the quietest he'd been since we got there. As we were leaving he told us if they're not better in 2 weeks go somewhere else & get looked at. No problem there, we won't be back! If you don't want to work with kids start your own practice & set an age limit! Rudeness to my daughter was one thing (didn't even actually listen to everything wrong with her) even though it was uncalled for, but the way my grandsons were treated is appalling.

Staff ate very nice! Short wait! I was very sick, Russell NP gave me prescription for my symptoms that I tried most of OTC medications without relief ! Thank you ❤️

Woke up with a sore throat I thought was strep, the wait times were great I was able to get in within an hour of showing up. The biggest issue is test results I was supposed to get them the day after my appointment yet even after calling 3 times throughout the day and being told they would call me right back with my results I never recieved that call. Then after trying to call today ive just waited half an hour on hold for nobody to answer so I'm left not knowing if I'm contagious or if I can return to work. Plus the Dr told me I had to wait for the results to get antibiotics prescribed, which has still not happened, might as well have not gone to a Dr at all at this point.
