Nice place, but the place was dominated by the Employees of a large well known company. The restaurant was closed in the evening due to the employees having the run of the place. In the morning it wasn't much better.. the employees decided to blast music from the villa near us with no consideration for anyone else, yet there was a security post nearby who decided to let the music continue. No intervention from the resort staff whatsoever.

Beautiful view and scenery. The air here is so nice and the location is good between some waterfalls and overlooking rice paddies. The rooms were clean (we stayed in the container villas) but definitely lots of ants and mosquitos so come prepared. Also be ready for a bumpy ride up to this place. Probably the hardest part was communication upon arrival as not much information was given. For breakfast the next morning, we ordered on the phone but they didn't quite listen to our full order so we didn't get enough food. And the resto closes early (4pm). A lot of activities are still closed but I think normally there's a lot more to do. Overall though, nice retreat away from the city.

This my 2nd time stay in poeti resort, the service was good with humble staff. Rooms are clean and i've impressed by their cleaning regulation (Which is they not allowed their staff cleaning our villa during the villa was empty) They provide mineral water in dispenser in each villa, complete with kitchen tools , and refrigerator. Wifi connection quite good. No AC in Poeti but the weather was very nice so believe me you don't need AC especially at night. Because the place concept was back to nature and surrounded with forest, There will be wild monkey , so need to be really carefull and don't put your thing outside the villa at noon. But Poeti always have staff which standy to chase away near villa.. Poeti Mountain Resort was equipped by facility : 2 swimming pool , children playground, mini zoo, campfire area, photoshot area, etc..

Pros : I have been visit and travel to so many beautiful places/ vilas in Asia, Europe and Africa. I can say Poeti Mountain is a nice place with great athmosphere. We booked 3 vilas for our family, this is 1st time we visit Indonesia from Sweden. Staffs are friendly, rates are bit high so I suggest they should add more menus for breakfast (food are ok). We will sure come again, next time Cons : Please improve your reservation please! Took very slow, to reply our Whatsapp. People will mostly change their mind to stay on Poeti Mountain Resorts because reservation assist and replying our text too long
