I took my client here after he was mistreated and misinformed at the John R-12 mile store. They were able to resolve his issue. The manager in training did something that I felt was in poor taste. He attribute criticized the young lady who was waiting on us. She was professional and did not respond. I shared my experience with the actual manager and was told the young man was going through personal crisis. I think we have to learn to check those issues at the door.........it can have a ripple effect.

Rahim was amazing and got straight to the point. He went out of his way to ensure I got the best value for my new phone and was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. If you're looking for a new phone I highly recommend this store!

This is the second time I've had horrible service at this location. Take my advice, Don't patronize this location. Go to the 9 mile and diquindre location. The bleach blonde female employee talked to me like I was stupid. She didn't fix my problem, just tried to get me to purchase a new phone. I've been a MetroPCS customer longer than I can remember and I would just appreciate being treated like it. I've never tried to get anything for free, but the problem is with the system, not the phone. I'm on a fixed income, I can't afford to purchase a new phone if the problem might not be resolved. It was just a horrible experience. All they wanted was money, no help at all.

Went in and talked to Mike about getting the N30 (old phone was the N20) He said that it should be on the truck and to call around 12-12:30p. Kept trying to get me to buy 2 other phones, one being the A14 said it was similar to the N20. I called and He made it seem like he said "tomorrow's truck". I went to a different location and they track one down for me. Was also told that the A14 is NOT like the A14! He lied to try to get me to buy less quality. Will NEVER go back to this one again.

ANDRE really helped me out with a problem I was having with a new phone. He was so kind courteous AND successful!! I can't say how impressed I was with the excellent customer experience I received at this store. And grateful to have my phone back in perfect working order thanks to him. I highly recommend this store

Andre is amazing! I was seeking additional phone service for my family and was advised to check out Metro by T-Mobile. I am a Verizon Customer since 1989 (think Cellular, Airtouch, Verizon evolution), and had preconceived notions about what my experience would be with Metro. I WAS SO WRONG. My customer service rep, Andre went above and beyond to ensure I got good products with a good price plan. He was so knowledgeable, genuine, kind, and professional! I so deeply appreciate how he went all out to make this a stellar experience. Hands down some of the best service in town, Period!! Go check Andre and his crew out for your cellular needs.
