Wait time is the worst part, it actually made my child more sick.

My daughter went here with a fever. Received 3 min with a nurse practitioner who said rest and Tylenol. No tests performed. Received a bill for $806.00. How is this legal billing?

I’ve never reviewed anything but we had a fabulous experience at this urgent case. The staff were all very kind and my daughter, who usually hates the doctor, didn’t freak out. The tv and toys made her experience great. Thank you!

Wrongfully charging customers for ER visits instead of Urgent Care visits. I've been on the phone with the billing department 4 times and still the issue is not resolved. The Dr stated it was an outpatient visit for my daughter and incorrectly used billing codes to bill us for ER instead of Urgent care. I walked in through the urgent care for my daughter to receive urgent care services. It is illegal to falsely advertise that you are an urgent care and expect to receive urgent care services, and then try to bill for ER services. This is falsely billing insurance and causing inconveniences and payment hardships on individuals.

The place is very clean. That is the only good thing. Visited the pediatric urgent care. The PA misdiagnosed my son’s condition and this was actually the second (and last) time this has happened by her. My poor son had to suffer longer than necessary. The PA is incompetent. Just wait to go to your pediatrician. The wait time can vary.

First let me say that the therapist that work there are nice and professional. However, management needs to make lots of improvements and changes. They need to be more proactive. My grandson supposed to have speech therapy. He has a total of 5 session’s in almost six months. Then the therapist resigned due to getting another job. Note all the children on her list have been hanging in the air since 4 weeks and continuing. I was told no one has been hired. This is sad as they knew the therapist had given a two weeks notice. It’s sad to say that the children are the ones being neglected and are not getting their needs met. I hope the hire some therapists soon and changes will take place.

I absolutely love this place! Very good service! Excellent patient care! The staff and doctor were awesome! My daughter was seen by the Cardiologist Dr. Lowisz Joanna who answered all of my questions and concerns. I mean she was just so helpful. The ultrasound technician "Michael " was the absolute best! He explained everything to my daughter before he performed the ultrasound! He really made us feel at ease. Both Dr. Joanna and Michael are perfect examples of great patient care! I would refer anyone to this office. The staff, and even the security guard at the door was just so friendly! 🙂👍 Thank you very much! I just could not let my experience go unnoticed.

No help for my daughter. Found out the next day that she has RSV. Just wait to see your normal pediatrician.

SCAM! Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff was fine and the people reviewing 5* likely didn’t wait until they got the bill. Took my daughter to get a flu test on the weekend and got a bill for nearly $1000 before insurance!!!! You can go to any ER in the state and likely pay half that. Avoid being scammed by this place like I did and go literally anywhere else.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The front desk woman was fast, friendly, knowledge & efficient. The nurse was absolutely amazing and so sweet with my 4 month old son. She even got him to smile and laugh when he was miserably sick. Dr. Dominguez was warm and took her time listening to everything I said. She called me the next day as soon as she got the results, just as she said she would. We also had an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was fabulous, understanding that ultrasounds are extremely uncomfortable for a sick 4 month old baby. She was swift and efficient to make us comfortable with such a positive attitude. I joked with my husband that I wish this place could be our regular pediatrician, LOL.

Nurse Jen was so helpful and reassuring! The team got us in and out quickly and was able to answer all of our questions. It was our first time at urgent care and I feel confident going there in the future.

I have took my son to this place several times and until recently had issues with their billing department. My child was seen for a sick visit and we have great insurance. I paid my $50 copayment at the office. They ended up billing me $750. I disputed with my insurance company. Niklaus Children's Hospital billed the wrong coding. I spent a lot of time trying to get this resolved and which it finally did. Now I get another bill for $50 from the same day and they are calling it a Physician's Visit. I tried to speak with someone on Chat today and told them I have been here several times and have never been billed this. She was unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I will never take my son to this place again. Beware as they are complete thieves.

I was lucky enough to have to bring my son here twice within a week and both times we were in and out FAST (30 min). All of the staff (front desk, triage nurses, and doctors) are amazing and patient and kind. My son is under 2 and they got him to calm down and cooperate during the exams. They provided a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan and we are on our way to feeling better!

DECEPTIVE BILLING!!! Stay away there are plenty of honest clinics in town. They will charge you $225 for the visit and then for any medication on the spot which is actually high for a typical office visit but it is ok. Most Urgent Care Clinics are around $150. They will wait 6 month to 2 years and continue to send more charges. They will send you a bill showing the office visit was $400 which is now almost 3X normal cost. I have attached a picture of the bill that came 1.5 years later. The other one was over 6 months. They expect you will forget that you already paid and tell you they do not collect any money during the visit. The Dr was great and I hope now works for an honest clinic. As a community we do not need businesses like this. Please spread the word, even on Google they have a lot of 1's. My guess is the 5's have not realized they were lied to yet.

As a pediatric nurse, I have very high, perhaps sometimes unrealistically high, expectations of care for my daughter. I was very impressed by the care of the nurse and doctor that we interacted with at the urgent care. They were friendly, took time to answer my questions, and treated my daughter and me with respect. The facility is following COVID-19 guidelines and is very clean. The wait was long, but we are in the midst of a pandemic. Thus, I do understand, and I was prepared to wait. To top this experience off, I received a call to check on my daughter 3 days after our visit. This is above and beyond care, and if we need urgent care again, I will not hesitate to return to this location. Thank you nurse Aimee and Dr. Dominguez for your care.

+4 hours of waiting & $400.00 invoice. We were visiting from out of town & concerned our 1 y.o. was developing an ear infection. Parking and checking-in was easy, & there were maybe 5 other families in the waiting room. It was NOT crowded. 2 hour wait in the lobby. 1.5 hour wait in exam room, 20 to 30 minutes with the Dr. & 30-minute wait to discharge. When the Dr. finally did come in, he looked in both ears, throat and listened to lungs. Thankfully, no infection. No tests. No scrips. No additional nothing else to justify the cost. Best I could tell, there's one Dr, one nurse, and three ladies at the front to handle insurance. Make of that what you will.

My son and wife went in a 8pm yesterday for a ear infection. Checked in after the receptionist said one patient was in front of them. They walked out at 11pm without being seen! 3 hours wasted by a lie of one patient in front. Stay far away from this place.

My son had an appointment with Geneticist Nurse Practitioner, Danny Luna, at the Boynton Beach location on August 9, 2022. He was prescribed a genetic cheek swab test that we were told would be mailed to our home. It is now September 12, 2022 and we have still not received the test. I have left three voicemail messages with Virginia Lopez at this office but haven’t received a reply. I’m not sure where to turn next as I’ve never experienced this type of thing with any other medical office. In my opinion, this organization is negligent and unprofessional. Update 9/14/22-Received a call from the office manager. The matter was resolved. Update: Ironically, the genetic test kit arrived this afternoon. However, I have still not received a return call from the geneticist’s office.

I should have read the reviews before we went to this scam place. I work in medical billing and NEVER came a cross establishment like this. Our child had a swimmers ear and we went to Palm Beach Gardens pediatric urgent care. I received a treatment plan signed, paid in full $294 for cash patient to be seen for 5 min visit with nurse practitioner. She sent in some ear drops. Total visit was max 30 min. 1 week later a get a bill from them for additional $104. 2 weeks later it goes up to $280. I call them and they give me this run around that we got additional services bla bla and that customer service manager will call me. I am in total confusion and disbelieve what is happening. 3 weeks later lady name Carla calls me and is reading from script how there were additional services done and that is was just a cash patient estimate. I tell her. We did not receive any additional services and that it was 30 min quick visit for swimmers ear. Then she starts telling me that $294 it just visit to clinic and doctor charges additional $500. I asked her why do they not tell this to patients before they are seen because I would not have chosen to be seen for 30 min visit for $794.00. She just kept reading from the script that health care went up and she understands me. I flat told her this is harassments and scam practice. She says I will note your account. AVOID THIS PLACE this should not be allowed to SCAM patients like this.
