In case you’re thinking maybe the low rating isn’t deserved let me assure you it is. When I was there there was only me and a German guy trying to get served. We failed. 2 young Georgians in overalls shoved past us and got attention within seconds from the young zombie waitress who had been staring though us like we didn’t exist. Welcome to Georgia where the guest is god.

One of the most horrible services ever. Always late i serving, whenever i visit, have to almost beg to get what i want. Hope there will be more options soon and i will never come back!

Agreed with the previous comments on service....it was so rude that it was almost funny ! I even tip them because it was just so awful 😁

The waitress was extremely rude. Georgian people are amazing in general but this lady had an extremely arrogant personality. I misunderstood what she said and she almost yelled at me for that. Then I asked the price of peanuts and she started making faces???? She was just making herself look like an idiot. Would not recommend.

Not a single good experience to report I'd be giving zero stars if I would be able to. To start, The table was filthy not just the one we sat at but every table we looked at, covered in crumbs, ketchup, sauces etc. The waitress after I got covered in the leftover garbage that covered the table did us a FAVOR to clean the table not even offering me (mind you, covered in ketchup) a napkin or any assistance whatsoever. Then we ordered, first wine I've had in georgia that I can tell you was nasty, the burgers were overdone the buns were rock hard over toasted even the salad the meat was overcooked and very rough and we were not offered any sauces of any kind. The deserts were in a glass container, and still took 20 minutes to come to me, after I stood up twice to tell her my boarding was in 5 minutes! To cherry it all off they never even brought me my change! DO NOT GO HERE WORSE FOOD, SERVICE, AND OVERALL RESTAURANT I'VE EVER SEEN Just go to the dunkin donuts next door

Please do yourself a favor and dont enter that place !! The food tastes like a little child warmed it in the microwave. The seats are taken out of a horror show and the service doesnt exist. When we entered no one came to our table for a few minutes we had to take menus ourselfs while all the waiters just stood and talked to each other. When we wanted to order food we had to go to the waiter and call him, and same with the payment. It should actually get 0 stars not 1.

I ordered a 0.5 L beer here and they served it is a 0.4 L glass. When I pointed it out they tried to deny this was a problem. Another reviewer has the same compliant so they clearly don't care. Everywhere else in Georgia had really good service and was honest so not sure what is going on with this place.

The most terrible restaurant I have ever been, with the worst food and service! We had a horrible experience. The waitress yelled at us with a stupid face! Didn’t know Georgians are so rude and lack of education and manner. Hope someone give the girl some lessons!
