    Second time I come here and both times was horrible!! No donut holes. They don’t know what they sell on their own menu. They have me waiting outside for a drink that never came. ( we had to go inside and grab it) won’t be coming back. Kids that work there think it’s a joke. Franchise is bad. Avoid.

    I went to get half a dozen donuts and a small coffee. The donuts are way to expensive at 1.29 each and the coffee tastes horrible as the team members don't clean the machines. Also don't go get stuff here in the morning inside the store as they will ignore you until you remind them of your order multiple times. Thank you Mary for making my 5 min trip into half an hour one by being genuinely bad at your job. I get these are minimum wage employees but c'mon 1.29 for a donut and 5$ for a small coffee, that's insane pricing.

    Bit into two strands of hair, it was nauseating. My husband & I have never had a problem with this Dunkin Donuts until now.

    I ordered 2 frappe frozen coffees back to back because it was so hot out and they were refreshing. The staff was nice and quick. Of course I was the only customer inside. Maybe the time of day I'm going to assume. Very clean! The prices were a bit too high... For what I ordered. Coffee beans must be trading at the same price as gold these days! But all in all satisfied. No one twisted my arm to buy the second one... I'd return again... on payday!

    I had a mobile order for a latte and light toast bagel w strawberry cream , was handed at the window a Burned bagel w plain cream cheese which I understand that the probably got the wrong order but she asked me to pull forward and wait for the correct order . I was handed the bagel in this pictures . WITH HAIR IN IT . I opened it to make sure it was strawberry cheese and food a nasty piece of hair . 🤢

    Twelve people working and they couldn't get an order right, had to wait outside and then the girl comes out the door with two other orders and give them to the people behind me so I had to go inside and still had four other employees ask even after I gave my receipt what I ordered....then after I get back on the road I reach in and gtab my hash browns and they were burnt and I couldn't even bite into them. If I wasn't a first responder and not so busy I would have brought my food back and got a refund....will not return.

    Mary is the best she always takes care of myself and my family. I literally have a Dunkin down the block from my house and drive 15 minutes to this location just to know Mary will take care of us and make my coffee right everytime. management better keep her close she is the whole vibe of the store
