This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere, sauce packets in the play space, brooms chillin in the dinning room obviously not being used, mop storage is also where you eat. On top of the superb cleanliness the food was no where near fast! We ordered at 6:32pm and got our food at 6:51pm!! Wow this place is horrible

It's McDonald's yeah okay great edible right. Apparently not this is the second time that is been extremely over season to the point where it literally hurts to eat it. There's so much salt on my burger I can actually see the crystals.

I was in the outside drive through and 2 cars went to the inside. They got waited on first even though I was there first for about 5 minutes waiting. I ordered 2 Mc Doubles plain and 4 Mc Chicken with Mac Sauce. Got home and my order was all messed up. McDoubles with everything on it Mc Chicken no Mac Sauce!!!! On top of that they tried to tell me have a nice day without giving me my 2 Mocha Lattes!!! Every time I try to give them another chance they ALWAYS MESS MY ORDER UP!!! Done with this Mc Donald’s!!!!

The food and drinks were fine. We got what we asked for. However the drive through lady was extremely rude. When we tried to make sure everything was accounted for she just kept repeating “you can pull to the first window” while interrupting us while we were trying to ask a question to make sure she had everything.

Asked for no salt on fries. Asked for McDouble w/no ketchup, mustard, add Mac sauce and shredded lettuce, mind you they were four bundles. They gave me after lunch fries, with enough salt to make me have high blood pressure cheated me out a fry. I go back after going up the highway stood inside for 5+ minutes after I said excuse me in English and Spanish. This Manager threw up the police in my face. The police said I had to have complete order returned. I didn't see the Police, wasn't out of charter I was totally confused. Rude, Offensive,Total lack of Customer Service, Prejudice, Non Caring. I let them slide to many times. Snatching Cups, and raw burger!! In the words of Enough is Enough and Enough is to Much!!

Terrible and rude customer service full of foreigners who can’t even understand your order. Hire people who can speak proper English and understand English. Obviously, my order was screwed up as a result.

They have a manager who is racist against anyone but who is Mexican my family and I had ordered not much food so when I order food I check ingredients a quarter pounder has onion on it and it had non we had 4 fries 2 were fresh and 2 had been sitting there for 15 min and were hard nobody is ever up front at the desk unless they are giving you you’re food someone waved an employee over and nobody came they are really careless one of my burgers had a tiny dot like a . Of ketchup and mustard and I do not stress this enough fire the racist manager they are losing workers bc of her and you guys won’t let people leave the “team” I say that knowing the worker you guys aren’t a team are disgusting have spoiled onion when that manager works so ig it’s good I didn’t get my onion bc I am sick and she would literally be sued for endangering a person and I will let that be known do not go to this store because they are disgusting people I know she has been reported by multiple people and you won’t fire her so let me call the health department because I will have that woman arrested for the things she has done the store downtown is better than them and they aren’t even that great either we also found 2 hairs in the frys west a hairnet the Taco Bell by them is better than that as they stress about hair in food and have never had a complaint about it in a year and 5-6 months about hair in any of their food

I usually have great service and food about 70% of the time. It's times like this that make me frustrated. This is what they gave me for my 4yo Happy Meal. The burger and paper were covered in ketchup. I had to scrape off even more ketchup on the burger because it was so loaded. Definitely wasnt happy about this.

Terrible McDonalds.. Whole place smells like a sewer and the employees are very rude.. Wouldn’t give us our dipping sauce even after I offered to pay .25c. Hand Sanitizer machines don’t work ice cream machine ALWAYS down (when is it not?), was eating lunch when health inspector was sitting inside; he was yelling at employees to wash hands and change gloves because he didn’t see them do it. Don’t stop here, not worth your time.

One of the worst McDonalds. They kept on the line without speaking for 5+ minutes (no one in the front). Then after I told them about my mobile order, they did not say anything. At the time of pick up, they said it was not available. Why are you wasting too much of someone's time like that? Just say no at the beginning. Mostly how can keep someone waiting in the kiosk without saying anything? At least say like wait or something. Also, I told them, please cancel my order. Now, I am seeing a charge on my card. 😡

I would have gave less than a one star if able too. Pull up to speaker and automated message comes in but nobody answers. Says that they are open but nobody is there. This has happened to me several times. I guess I need to take my breakfast buisness elsewhere since they can't staff thier store.

I have been here twice recently. Once to get a steak bagel, and once to get a quarter pounder. With the steak bagel, I also ordered the meal, and everything was actually good, except for the price. It was really expensive for McDonald's food, and on top of it they accidentally charged me for TWO drinks. When I got to the window, they realized their mistake. But I didn't. I heard the lady go, "Oh. I see what happened," after I told her that the large pop she was handing me wasn't mine. But do you think they tried to tell me, or give me a pop I actually wanted since I already paid for it? NOPE! I just drove on my merry way. What she had said made me wonder if I had overpaid, and sure enough once I got the receipt back out, they had charged me for a large drink. Pretty sure it got added on between me ordering and me paying. The fact that they didn't say anything just shows what they think of their customers. However, the steak bagel was good, and surprisingly so was the hashbrown and coffee. So I decided to try a lunch menu item from the same restaurant later. That was a mistake. McDonald's, what has happened to your food? This tasted like one of those microwave burgers that you would get from the frozen section of the dollar store. And it looked like it too. And I know that it was a fresh one, because I had lettuce and tomatoes added to it. I paid a DOLLAR extra for that lettuce and tomato too. And the tomatoes they put one were these laughably small pickle-slice-sized tomato ends. And the cost on it came out to somewhere around six or seven bucks. So dumb. I could have gotten two Whoppers for that price, which is exactly what I'll do next time. Maybe McD's should become breakfast only. It seems to be the only thing they can do right.

Slow drive thru. Cold food and stale hamburger buns. The "value" meal was no value at over $8.

Rude employees, don’t stop here. There is a reason everyone rated this McDonald’s so poorly. Charged for things I didn’t order and served with an attitude. They didn’t even open up the 1st window for us to pay. The lady rolled her eyes so we pulled to the 2nd window and the other employee said did you not want to pay? It’s kind of hard when the other employee ignores you and doesn’t open up the first window. Mind you we were the only ones there.

Made my order perfectly! Thanks for staying open 24/7 so hot food is an option after hours! The guy working after hours tonight is doing a great job even though they are under staffed!

Refused to take orders through the mobile app from McDonald's application. Manager was saying it was offline due to them shutting down the system. Which was a lie since it appeared online through the app and did received the order. Which she had slipped up an admittedly said so herself but refused to be productive in her workplace as she still wouldn't provide me with service nor respect.

Nice dining room. Huge! The serve yourself drink station was not operational. Not a problem. We dined in the building.

Got a hair inside my big Mac. Went to the next Mcdonald to get it exchanged since I was traveling Manger from the mcdonald I tried to received help did not help me. Not even to make a call and made me travel back to the McDonald's I purchased my burger from. Very disappointing from both McDonald's.

Best mcdonalds . They don't even smash your burger and generous with fries. but the place smelled bad

I've been coming here for the past couple of months every Wednesday, through the drive thru,and their food is always hot,their service is wonderful.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed my mobile order in the parking lot, app said 2-5 minutes. More like 10-12 minutes for a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal & a apple pie. When we got there there was only one car in drive thru and while we waited I think one or two cars came thru. Okay I can understand the wait for the food if it was all made fresh but if it was why did it come out luke warm and that is being nice. I didn't check the food till I pulled away. My fault for not checking but McDonald's fault for not supplying food that was hot or at least warm when they weren't even busy and took 10-12 minutes.

The staff was great! The food was ok but the other customers in the area treat the staff horribly and I felt like I needed to watch my car. Just a negative atmosphere. Just felt I need to say this. They could do better.
