for
me
a
fantastic
place
to
learn
about
exercise
and
develop
my
own
ability
to
care
for
my
own
body.
As
someone
who
has
always
struggled
to
gain
weight
to
balance
myself
out,
I
knew
weight
gain
through
muscle
was
essential
to
make
that
difference.
However,
I
always
struggled
doing

my
own
at
the
gym.

provided
fantastic
instruction
and
through
my

past
four
