    Hands down the best gym! Coach Debra & Andreas are phenomenal. Both coaches are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping individuals reach their health, wellness, and fitness goals. TFW has been a huge catalyst for positive change in my life. I had no idea how to properly lift before I joined this gym. I’m so much stronger now than I ever thought I could be! Class programming is challenging, effective, creative, and dynamic. I look forward to the gym every day not only to work out and feel good, but to be surrounded by the friendliest and most supportive people you will ever meet.

    TFW has provided for me a fantastic place to learn about exercise and develop my own ability to care for my own body. As someone who has always struggled to gain weight to balance myself out, I knew weight gain through muscle was essential to make that difference. However, I always struggled doing exercises on my own at the gym. Andreas has provided fantastic instruction and through my sessions with him for the past four months, I have already experienced a noticeable difference in my weight, my muscle and my strength. Every session with Andreas, I receive a balanced workout for different parts of the body and find myself gaining strength in all areas. Andreas understands his clients' capabilities very well and knows what is too much or too little. He will push you to succeed but will always make sure you are safe from any injury or strain. You can tell that this is a guy who loves his work as he is always happy when working with his clients and watching their progress. To anyone looking to learn more about exercise to either gain or lose weight, I highly recommend TFW. They provide one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions. It is a very simple gym that does not overwhelm you when you walk in but has plenty of different weights, pulleys and machines for all different sorts of exercises. Whatever workout goal you have for yourself, TFW can help you to reach it!

    Had a great workout. I've been into fitness for 20 years and the speed/strength workout was different than anything I've done in the past and I was given the tools to be able to use on my own. Andreas is a great trainer!

    I've got the best results with TFW. I look forward to going to my classes. My Coach Debra is phenomenal. She's very knowledgeable and caring. Overall, my experience is always great. Whatever day I go whatever time I go.

    I've been with TFW Connecticut for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Debra and Andreas are incredibly friendly and professional. I often need modifications for a chronic knee issue and Debra has a world of knowledge for different exercises. I can continue to participate in workouts to my full potential and feel as much apart of the group as everyone else while still keeping my knee safe. Not only are Debra and Andreas amazing trainers, but the environment they've created with the support of the other dedicated gym members is what helps to keep me accountable to my goals. Looking forward to seeing how many more goals I'll crush with all their help.

    Andreas and Debra are amazing. This is my first time at a gym, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I’ve been going to TFW for 3 months now and I’ve never felt better. The one-on-one training and group training are both wonderful. I feel like I have a new family. Andreas and Debra are both so welcoming. I highly recommend TFW!!!

    I’ve only been going to TFW for five months, but I already feel stronger and healthier. Debra and Andreas are very patient and kind. I love how they adjust every workout to the different needs of their clients, it does not matter how large the class is. Great coaches and clients that make you want to train.

    I have been going to TFW Danbury for four months now and i couldn’t be happier! Andreas and Debra are amazing coaches. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are great and i feel myself getting stronger every week. I only wish i started sooner!!

    I have been training with coach Andreas one-on-one since 2014. When I was pregnant a few years ago my doctor cleared me to continue my training, and Andreas and Deb modified my workout accordingly at each stage of my pregnancy. I was able to continue training up to my due date, which made it so much easier to get back into training once the doctor released me after delivery. My strength goals are always a priority here, and my concerns are always considered when designing my workouts.

    I have been training with Andreas and Deb for over 10 years now. Their expertise and professionalism has helped me to build back my strength after multiple surgeries and has allowed me to maintain my fitness for years. Their support in and out of the gym through stressful life events has helped me to maintain my motivation to take care of myself many times even when I have wanted to give up. On one particularly FREEZING cold, dark morning, Andreas voice texted me to confirm that I was on my way to the gym. His phone converted my name to “Chad” by mistake. Andreas: Hey, Chad! Are you on your way? Me: I don’t know about Chad, but Jenn is in the car driving. Not sure if she is awake yet either though! From then on, Chad became my inner bodybuilding powerhouse alter-ego! We still laugh about it to this day. When Jenn doesn’t want to workout, CHAD is there!😂
