Rehlat are Top Cheaters. Horrible company. I booked my ticket from Newark to Kuwait and paid online and they showed me a message on screen that my e-ticket will be emailed soon. Next day they sent me email that please confirm your ticket. Never seen that after paying online and booking a ticket i know what i am booking so what is the use of Rehlat sending me email that confirm your booking?? . I called Rehlat to talk about this and they said our system is down we will call you later. Whole day passed no one called and today they sent me a email that there was no response from my side so they cancelled my ticket and my refund will be processed in 20 days. They ruined my trip and they want to hold me money for 20 days??? I will be taking this matter with consumer court in Kuwait next week. I have even earlier bas experience with this agency and i regret using this agency for booking again. Guys be careful dealing with this agency!!!

Very very bad customer service, late replys, no main office, I really don't advise book with them because of the bad late poor service , especially when you want to cancel or change your flight When you call them they tell you same information every time you call and tell you to wait 24h but with no reply. I cancelled the flight and still waiting for them to give me the money back, they told me to wait 50 to 60 days therfore I've waited more than this period and still they did not return the money.

Worst company anyone could deal with. They have kept me waiting for more than 3 years and never refunded the money of my canceled tickets from 2019. I have been in contact with them for 3 years and every single time they respond with “someone will contact you in 24-48 hours” and then no one ever does. Apparently the management is too scared to face their customers. This is not a matter that anyone should ignore or let slide because this is extremely unacceptable. Such thieves, throwing their customers here and there for a mistake they can not hold themselves accountable for. Why do you call yourself a company then and have a customer care team? The whole company should be ashamed of themselves seriously. Face your customers and give them their money back.

Kindly i need to receive my refund as soon as possible to my bank account i will not wait even for more than 48 hours to be done in my account I already raise a complaint in consumer right because what happened it is fraud at all with all meaning so process for my refund as soon as possible in 24 to 48 hours to my bank account. I have booked two tickets to Colombia cost me 14500 AED after i paid and after confirmation email , passed 24 hours I didn’t get any ticket number, plus my wife ticket number they asked her for more money to be confirm as they said from Turkish airline side , i called Turkish airline they said we didn’t increase and until now they didn’t receive our ticket even , in rehalt website same price as i booked yesterday! Are you kidding guys or are you playing with us or what exactly , Of course I'll not pay anything extra, you have the price of 7.098 aed in your website and I finished paying 7.158,4 aed, so don't even ask me to pay more... I want the confirmation of my tickets with the price I already paid.

Since year and half I'm writing mails and calling... Till date i didn't receive my cancellation amount of 240 KD. Better don't buy any tickets through brokers. Buy directly from Airline company websites.

File a complain against them if you have a problem, at the Civil Aviation, their office is at Kuwait international airport, Terminal 1 (T1)

Cheaters and very poor customer service. No Senior manager approaches for issues and 24 hrs to wait for any reaponse from call center in egypt that cant even understand or speak properly as they only speak based on script provided in training. Price of ticket shown in their website is less and Do not take their service as they will add amount without any justification and if asked refund will deduct in the name of admin fees.

Extremely poor and slow service. The staff need 3-4 days to book a flight because of that i have to pay extra for an economy ticket. That also need 25 days to refund. They will take your money and confirm ticket after 3 days. Never ever going to use there service anymore. Time is very important to me.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE While their website and their offers may seem very attractive, the problem arises when you will want to cancel or amend. Even if the fare is refundable, they will still deduct money to the tune of KD 80 per person. If you are a haggler, like I am, they will negotiate and offer a discount of KD 20. Their admin charges are ridiculous. Please book with them only if you are absolutely certain your dates are fixed.

I send almost 10 Nos of reminders and called Rehlat for more than 30 times, but they didn’t refund my money yet for the ticket. They were supposed to refund the money by end of march. But it is now mid of may..I request all people not to book from this fraudulent website.

I have a case opened 3 months ago to get refunded for a cancelled ticket and yet no refund was received. Very bad customer service and very bad application! I have all conversations recorded and emails. Wasn’t able to speak to the head office and call center is useless due to their limited authority.

Booking ID: RAE2260610 AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO REFUND. LIES. What an absolute disgrace. I made a hotel booking 2 months ago, for 5 nights. Paid a lot of money. Next day, booking got cancelled with no explanation. After calling them multiple times, they finally sent me an email confirming that they would refund the full amount “within 10-12 business days”. It’s been 2 months. NO REFUND. I have sent over 30 emails in total, every time I receive a copy&paste answer, often with the exact same wording. Literally zero customer support. They keep telling me they will get back to me ASAP, they have forwarded my request on high priority, I will hear back within 2-3 business days, etc. NOTHING. I have even called them multiple times, each time the same thing. “You have to wait”. I have asked to speak to a manager, and they tell me that they have “raised the request” and that I would get contacted by a manager “as soon as possible”. I did this several times, never got a call. They have taken my money, cancelled the booking for no reason, and refuse to give the money back to me. I am raising a complaint with my bank and with consumer rights authorities. They are headquartered in Kuwait, so if necessary, I will go all the way there to file an official complaint and take this further. I am not letting this go. Never. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer services , not trustworthy. First they will add extra charges on the advertised ticket price without even letting you have the option to remove or amend it. Their telephone customer services is terrible with wrong information provided and they can never solve problems. If you try to get a refund, they will try every trick in the planet not to give you anything back. Just a scam company , sorry to say this. Will be making an official complaint with the Civil Aviation Authority.

I locked my 2 tickets and after paying 2 KWD for each tickets next day I paid the full ticket fee. (before expiry of lock period) After Payment My ticket is not confirmed, and i got an email that my ticket price is increased. I dont understand what was the meaning of price lock fee. Now I am calling the agency and getting the answer that due to covid-19 we are not able to answer your call. I will never recommend rehlat.

They have looted much money during pandemic from many people. I ask for refund but till now almost 20 months no refund yet. People have left kuwait because of jobless and their hard earned money are enjoyed by them.

I recently purchased an Emirates ticket from Rehlat inclusive of "price drop savings". I received an email from Rehlat; stating they would deposit the money to my bank account. It has been a month now. After 3 repeated phone calls, 2 emails and a platonic answer from their call representative; it still has yet to be credited. To put it simple if anyone wants to purchase tickets or for that matter anything else from Rehlat its a one time deal. If you want to change date, replace, cancel .. Good luck with that. That's never going to happen. Congrats Rehlat this will be my first and last with you.

Hi, Very worst experience for me from your firm ,actually a cheater , you took the refund from the airliner(Oman Air) and never pay my refund still now as its a refundable ticket, which is got cancelled by airlines due to the pandemic. And when i enquire with Oman Air thy told me that they already refund all the tickets which got cancelled due to the Pandemic situation (Almost its going two years) instead 160 KD you add some karam money 13 KD in Wallet with out my permission and mailed to me mention that , I refused this by mail and still now no reply .i am thinking to go for some legal approach, I never going to suggest any one about this agency. I need my refund ASAP or any equal vouchers for that money which i can use for my further booking . Rehlat is a big scamster. I made a hotel booking for my trip to Dubai. They took payment in advance and when i reached hotel, to my surprise they refused to accept the rehlat booking. Now for refund i have to run pillar to post to claim my money without any fault on my part. Their IATA number should be cancelled and website must be blocked.

Booked a chalet that wasn't as promised, which somehow resulted in my wife being verbally abused by their call center. They didn't refund the full amount of the insurance that was paid and when we wanted to file a complaint with the relevant department, the customer support person on the call said "no, you don't have a complaint" and refused to ever transfer the call. This company has a serious issue with its culture where it's evident that there is no accountability. It's a shame, but it was a lesson well learned for us and although Rehlat doesn't seem to be willing to learn and accept feedback, it must be costly to them nonetheless with all of this negative feedback on their pages. If it was not yet evident, I would not recommend them to anyone I care about.

I’ve previously booked with Rehlat and had no issues. I like the deals they offer for flight fares. This time only I had to wait a little longer (almost a day) for my E ticket since it notified me that my booking is confirmed after payment. Was worried if there was a cancellation and would not be refunded. I’d called the customer agent twice. They were helpful and made requests to the other departments to send the E ticket. Thankfully I have it now. I just wish passengers don’t have to wait so long for an E ticket. I would advise to also directly contact the airline company your flying to confirm the booking or you can even do it through the airline’s website by choosing ‘Manage Booking’. This helped me check if my ticket was confirmed or not.

100% cheaters don't book with them. i canceled by ticket and they replied they will give back refund amount in 60 to 90 Working days. now nearly 110 working days completed. but no refund. i am calling them every day they will reply that you will get the update within hours but i never get any reply email or update. why can't i give zero star of Half star

The worst agent in the whole world .. I requested to open my tickets one week before the flight and 1st they answered not possible as it’s less than 74 hrs then they corrected themselves that it’s not possible as tickets doesn’t have this option.. when I told them the airways notified me that it is possible then they said ok Now when I am trying to get price for new dates they say one ticket is opened and the other is not!!! Again now they are not responding for almost 10 days and the tickets are getting highly every day !!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever had. Be careful from this agency. They WILL rip you off & Scam You. I booked a ticket with them, i never got the ticket details or confirmation. I was abroad and needed to travel so I booked an other ticket, which i recieved the confirmation and ticket details for. Now I am requesting a refund and their fees are literally worth most of the ticket's worth. Imagine almost 60KD cancellation fees, for a 70 KD ticket, DUE TO A MISTAKE FROM THEM. Im actually angry. The absolute worst service ever. If I can give them 0/5 I would.

This company scam me,I booked a flight from Rehlat, the payment was successful, and the deducted the amount they mentioned in the email that the ticket will be sent in 10 minutes after 30 minutes I didn't receive anything, I call them and they say we will send you the ticket within a minutes I wait 2 hours and the didn't send the ticket, I called again and the give me same lies. After 6 times, I called them, and they said they will send tickets early morning, they called me at 5 AM, and they said the flight all booked and there are no seats available,they give me option to book with another airline but I should pay more I Sed I will not pay mor because it is not my mistake you should booked for me before the flight complete, the employee Bassem Saeed who called me after I no agree with his opinion he closed the phone in my face, I called again the customer service start to shut at me and threatened me, I called again and again the closed the phone in my face, I went to their office in Dubai to get help and sort out my problem, the security of the building said they only rent the space and no one works he the never come here it closed all the time, and many people coming daily with same problem that the get scammed. And now I want to refund my money but no one from Rehlat helped me. Don't book from Rehlat because they just take money. Please be careful. I don't want anyone to experience the same what I had. Thieves!! Worst ticketing agent ever! I had to cancel my ticket and now waiting for the refund for almost 03 months. Worst customer service ever! They are just repeating the same thing over and over like programmed robots. And not a single email reply. As a frequent traveler this is the first time I am experiencing this kind of situation.

This Travel Agency is a complete scam. They have Scam Artists operating the company. Here is why: When you see a ‘to good to be true deal’. Then be sure that it is not a correct deal. Once you book it, they will either decline your transaction or send you an email that the booking price has increased. Be AWARE, when you are checking out using a coupon code or being referred from another website to purchase your ticket on Rehlat, your discounts will be added as convenience fees at the checkout page. Convenience fees changes depending how much discounts you got. So expect the convenience fees to increase if you got referred from a website that offered the price of Rehlat for cheaper. Rehlat kind of has one of the best UI design for website and app in the Middle East even though its are laggy. However, this is part of the plan to build trust with their consumers and then boom get you scammed. I just want to disclose that they will actually give you the service, however, they will manipulate the price to their advantage. STAY SAFE brothers and sisters

They are thieves. Plain and simple I booked a hotel room with them in Mecca and paid the price. They gave me a fake reservation number and when I asked for a refund they immediately said "Of course, you're eligible for the full amount within 2 weeks". This was over 6 months ago and I still have not gotten a penny I have escalated the matter to the Saudi chamber of commerce and will see to it that this scam is ended. Shame on you, Mr. Albader

Eventually on checkout had to pay again for the room. Emailed 'customer service' if you can call it that, always the same copy and paste response. Call them and they are again very scripted. Getting absolutely nowhere with a refund, will try and get a refund with my bank instead.

This is the worst attitude I had to experience as a custommer. I have booked 2 hotel rooms and cancelled my bookings straight away (RGL1407050 and RGL1252683). Despite their acknowledgement of the cancellations (by email), and thei promises that I'll get the refund withing 14 days, we are now 1 year later and I am still waiting for my refunds. I have been calling them and emailing numerous times, and either they don't reply at all, or are sending the same copy/paste message saying that they have forwarded my request to their financial department and I should expect a reply within 3-4 days. But I get nothing. It is infuriating not to have any news and being lied again and again.

I had tried my Air India ticket as below with Rehlat and due to some reason had to cancelled the same under Cancellation for BID 1972562 COM / 14 Jul 2023 / Air India. and as per their mail, they promise me to refund my eligible money after deducting almost 76% of the ticket value from K.D 60/- after 60 working days. But even after so many month i have still not got any refund from them... They are really BAD service providers. Please avoid any buying of tickets thru them..

Avoid at all cost!! Made and prepaid two hotel reservations only to find them cancelled when I arrived at the property. Been in countless contacts with customer service who give the same copy paste answers. It has now been several months!!

my story is going to be shared through all social media platforms/ Kuwait legal channels until it’s solved. your customer service and operations department destroyed your Rehlat brand promise, my booking is not hassel free or convenient at all it has turned into a blackmail scam, I booked two days ago with ID 1921699, after almost one day after I received an email stating that I’ve to pay more money to confirm my booking and that mail didn’t include a refund policy or even a convenient alternative (I thought that it was an application bug happened during my booking due to any rush on the selected Airlines) then I received a call from Rehlat CS advising that I have to pay more money for confirmation or canceling the booking, during the call I tried to under stand the refund policy the agent said that there is no clear refund policy, for a while I doubted the increase they are demanding for so I went to Rehlat website and here was the surprise the price still the same, moreover, the Air Line’s website mentioned the same price with better benefits, at the end of the call they advised that they will contact me after 10 minutes later, unfortunately nothing happened I called them more than 5 times and it all ended with the that someone will take care of my case, I sent them emails for the same case attaching a screenshot for the price of my booked flight on the Airline’s website and Rehlat website, unfortunately, no one responded. I called them again and again after I decided to rebook my flight through the Airline itself, unfortunately, the agent didn’t advise about the refund policy, and after I insisted he shared an email mentioning that the refud takes up to 27 days, while it’s a 24 hours policy mentioned on the website. Unfortunately, no one followed up on my case which made me feel offended, I checked the Rehlat application once again for the same flight, and there was another surprise, the prices have been decreased at the same time they are demanding additional money, a clear blackmail scam. Prices are the same on the Airlines, prices decreased on the Reglat App and I’m asked for paying extra money for nothing. Again I called 2 hours ago and they advised that someone will solve the issue ASAP. This is a clear brand promise failure, a waste of money, time, and effort.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY - They are a SCAM based in Lamassol, Cyprus. We have had to claim back through MASTERCARD for a cancelled hotel booking. We paid them in May 2023, they took the payment and cancelled the booking the day before we arrived in Vancouver from Scotland in October !! - We had to pay for the hotel again and got endless e-mails apologising for cancelling the booking (which they admitted) but refund was never coming. I think they hope that if they cancel enough bookings a percentage of people will just write it off and this is how these thieves make their money. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE THIEVES AND WHY THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ARRESTED AND PUT IN PRISON IS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE !!! Very bad company, I booked tickets from them then they canceled (for no reason) and I’m waiting for more than 2 months for the refund and still didn’t get it, although as per their policy, refund process takes maximum 12 days!!!
