Really enjoy shopping at Carindale. I noticed today that they have upgraded to the ticketless carparking too which makes life easier. The food selection is great. Vapiano has just opened which my partner is excited to try!

UPDATED: hats off to Westfield Carindale service manager Andreas and his team. These people are not only wiling to listen to customers like myself, but they also act fast on solving issues. Many thanks for your help and consideration. Went there to purchase a product on Bed Bath N' Table. Parked my car for not more than 10m but because, unfortunately, I lost my parking card I had to pay $36!! That much for a lost a paper card?! Come on!!! What a rip off. People make mistakes, you should NOT punish customers because you lack plate number readers at parking entrance/exit. Any decent mall in Brisbane offer card-less parking. Terrible experience, I will shop there again.

HAZARD! 2 pics depict the hazard, view from either side. After finishing a gym class this morning I witnessed an old man walk over this wall like it was level! It has the illusion that it is actually level and the yellow lines appear that they are there for vehicles to avoid driving through. Was quite the shock for the old fella, he was embarrassed and grazed but lucky to not have broken a bone causing a possible law suit. This is a massive issue that needs repair. Perhaps a fence where the yellow line is to avoid anything worse from happening. The third pic with the cyclebar sign depicts where vehicle drive from the car park onto the road. Gym goers run along that path of a morning, I'd hate to see someone get hit by a car. Perhaps some bollards stopping these vehicles using it as a drive through area. Hoping this finds favourable consideration for the safety of your loyal clients. Kind regards Mira

Good range of shops but Centre is too big and hence too much walking required. "Mrs Fielder's" coffee and biscuits on ground floor near escalator is worth visiting. Great coffee and snacks at very reasonable prices. And the owner and staff are pleasant and friendly.

Carindale has likely become my favourite shopping centre over taking my local, Chermside. The centre has a sense of polish to it not just from its visitors or and retailers but to its quirky use of carpet which is likely the only carpeted centre left in Queensland. The easy to navigate rectangle floor plan allowing you to easily visit all stores during each visit. Many centre’s attempt to incorporate food within their centres and get it wrong so Carindale have clearly just thought, let just have three food offerings, a cafe at every intersection and a forth exciting hospitality offering planned in the future. The centre has endless car spaces so you’ll have no problems parking during Christmas especially the one we just experienced. Without question one of the biggest retail offering in Queensland with every store you already know and more. From a retailer who visited nearly every centre over Christmas this year, Carindale put on the best entertainment as well.

Good mall with plenty of shopping options. A little more chilled vibe than Chermside which is nice, and you get 3 hours free parking instead of two which is a win. All in all a very good shopping experience.

Amazing mall! So many options from shopping to food to games & movies. You can spend a whole day here. Lots of seating options around the mall to relax when you get tired. Good options for parking too. Offer 3 hours free parking too.

Awesome variety of shops so many options for whatever you may need, want or desire, my only issue with this place is parking costs… always very clean, bright and inviting. Highly recommend this centre!

Very well designed shopping centre. The architecture and use of organic shapes make the place interesting, in addition to well-placed stores. Parking is decent on weekdays. Weekends are a battle though. Better signage of additional parking space would help.

If you are an young Asian like me, don’t bother to come. I live nearby so I always come here, but I always get staff weirdly disrespect me or staff suspect me not paying things. I am getting really disappointed at this Centre. Most of my friends never come here, they rather go Garden city, just because garden city Westfield have more young staff, and they are much nicer there. I think the Centre need more diversity on the staff.

Clean and nicely decorated facility. Great food court, both upstairs and downstairs which is like a street market at night. Biggest downsize is that a lot of the stores are expensive. It may be what others enjoy but I prefer more variety with store options rather then lots of the same thing.

  • 4/5 Alex D. 1 year ago on Google
It's big and has some areas that feel like voids. Whilst one of the food courts is quite nice, busy, and pleasant to be in, the main, central food court is large and feels very unwelcoming. The centre itself contains many stores to pick from but again, areas of the centre feel forgotten, like the end with BigW, whilst above it at Woolworths it feels much more welcoming. Parking isn't a problem aside from the big shopping holidays, it was a nightmare and took most of an hour to find a spot at Xmas, but on an average day you can get a spot near (one of) the entrances.

Decent sized mall with all the usual stores and places to eat you would expect. Nice mall layout and plenty of places to sit. The underground parking was a little confusing to find where you actually were in relation to the store you wanted to visit. But overall a good mall.

Love to keep going to enjoy Soul Origin Coffee from Carindale Shopping Centre. Thanks for added the some new brands like K-mart, only issue I had with this shopping centre is parking, hard to find parking in busy time. My recommend to use other car parks located on the same shopping centre but they have many other seperate entrance. So chose which brand you want to visit and park accordingly to avoid walking all the way to your car.

Carindale has everything! Super awesome place to visit, mostly friendly people, if you go on the right days! But overall, very well rounded place to visit and shop around, and we’ll worth the trip, such a convenient location to have a shopping centre!!!

Was clean and tidy - Need to update your 2.1m clearance sign on the car park the drives directly down stairs as my vehicle which is 2.06m was hit by your misleading height clearance bar. Luckily no damage was caused to my vehicle as I reversed back out safely, then entered the standard 2.1m clearance on flat ground and never had a single issue.

Favourite Westfield’s & so close to home. A centre that soaks up the noise from the general public, easy to negotiate & sensible distance from one end to the other. Always new businesses opening up with a decent variety of shops & other essential businesses. Highlight consistently great coffee at Hardy Boys serving up delicious gluten/dairy free treats.

It's really nice, air-conditioned has good library and parents room . It's like most other Westfield but slightly nicer in my opinion. Not that important but it's got a fish pond under the escalators I like visiting with coins in it.

Lost my car in the car park and went to concierge desk. Chris was very helpful by showing me a map and identifying from where I entered. She then asked a parking person to come and help me. Menzies was very calm and collected and helped us find my car. The covid check in app Was helpful too because it identified the first shop we had been in. I promised Kenzie that I would put in a Good word For him, he was so well Mannered, pleasant and so very good in helping us. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to both Chris who gave me an exit parking card, and for also getting Kenzie to help us. Next time I visit I will take a photo of where I have parked! Kindest regards Michelle

One of the best in Australia it has lots of shopping and personal care options plus food stores and general nice vibe. It's better to support local business in these times instead of online when possible so perfect place to wander around and do that.

Absolute dive of a shopping centre. Escalators are constantly out of order. Today this one directed me to use a lift from the upper floor I couldn't access and said lift was out of order and the penultimate lift only went down. Good one guys. You got me. Also no one at the service desk to raise the signage with. I'll add it to the list of great features like low water pressure in the bathrooms and the air conditioning never working well in summer.

Huge place. Parking can be chaotic and difficult to navigate. All the main stores can be found here plus many smaller individual retailers that help make the place interesting. The psychedelic carpets in a large part of the centre, with their black and white pattern, is unsettling and does not do the place any favours.

awesome place if you’re looking to go shopping and eat awesome food. often times the sales are good after boxing day but other than that the stores are very pricey. the food court downstairs has a great selection of foods and the bubble tea is what is keeping me alive. sorry, didn’t have any good photos but here are some memes from 2019…

Carindale, is 25 minutes away by car for me, the banks are at Carindale, no other option, than to go to this big shopping complex. Too big of a place for me to keep walking around. My G P has now moved to Carindale from Coorparoo. It is better for parking than Coorparoo, a friend told me, the free parking in the New Year 2022 is going to be reduced down to 2 hrs instead of 3 hrs, this is worth mentioning and no parking on the roads outside the Carindale complex, all we can do is shake our heads, and obey with this time change.

This is a nice high end shopping center with many of the more expensive shops. It is huge too so make sure you have comfortable walking shoes! I like window shopping more than anything as most shops are pricey. But then people watching costs nothing and is priceless! Love the Chanel store!

Large center with plenty going on, but very poorly signed I actually entered from car park virtually under by destination I was heading to, Kmart, saw overhead sign with arrow pointing up. I took that as straight ahead. Didn't see another sign directing me & walked fully across complex until I found help desk. Don't like wasting my time & lost 20 mins wondering around aimlessly

This is my favourite shopping centre in Brisbane. It has great stores and parking is easy. They have both Myers and David Jones, and all the top brand stores. Their jewellery shops are full of beautiful shiny finds as well. The food there are ok, as the food court upstairs is a bit sad and messy. The restaurants near Coles is better but I think it needs more choices. I would definitely recommend shopping there, but I would have lunch somewhere else. When I mentioned top end shopping, it does not have to mean spending a lot of $$$$$$. All the stores has great sales and you just need to have the patience and time to go hunting for a great bargain.

  • 5/5 Chelle C. 2 years ago on Google
What can I say, it’s like any other shopping centre. Everything you need underneath one roof. Major shops and specialty shops. I mainly came here for Kmart, you really can’t go wrong when you visit Kmart

  • 4/5 Hannu L. 1 year ago on Google
Carindale is a major shopping centre and it has everything you would expect from shops to entertainment and library. It is easily accessible, also by bus with a major bus station within. However, the 3h parking limit is a bit short to fully appreciate the offerings; cafes and restaurants would benefit from an additional hour. I would give 5 stars save for this and the archaic parking ticket system when other places have already moved to plate recognition.

  • 5/5 Kim H. 1 year ago on Google
Love this place even thou I am still getting to know it, but am not so worried about getting lost anymore. They have every shop U could think of n more, n so convenient wen I'm visiting my daughter. Could spend days walking around looking thru all the shops 😁

Huge and if you are not sure which end or where something is you can end up parking half a day away. The 3 hour limit parking is terrible as by the time you get groceries, shop and have abite to eat you can easily pass 3 hours. Some decent shops and quality brands but pick your times as it can get busy, very busy during the prime times.

One of the best shopping centre in the city. You can find every shop you looking for. Very clean and tidy. Wash rooms were in excellent condition. Enough parking spaces and first 3 hours were free and today whole day was free may be due to the shopping season. Plenty of food joints and restaurants, main retail shops and sports and gaming options.

I am supportive of the introduction of electronic parking. However, I think you've missed a major issue in relation to the change of ownership of second hand cars. Both my husband and I purchased new (second hand) cars recently and neither of us could register for Westfield parking without spending 15 minutes queued up at the concierge, only to be told that we had to email the VIN number of the vehicles to centre management requesting the system to be updated. This issue isn't covered in your FAQ'S and would have saved us some time if instructions were provided in the app. This will be an ongoing issue for many people and I recommend that you put some instructions in the relevant areas of the app.

  • 5/5 Jasmine H. 1 year ago on Google
This is actually one of my favourite centres. It's always clean and tidy and not so busy you feel like you're waking on top of everyone. There are lots of cafes and dining options, and they have most speciality stores that the city has.

Excellent customer service and assistance from "Leah" at the concierge in Carindale near Coffee Club. Leah was very accommodating, eager to help, warm and smiled the whole time while she showed me how to download the app. I'm not tech savvy so I was half expecting exasperation or rolling the eyes back but instead I experienced an eagerness and pleasantness from her. It renews your faith that there are still a lot of wonderful people in customer service. It was a feel good moment after hours of shopping and carrying bags. Such a credit to the management to have someone like her in the fore front.

This is my wife's shopper's paradise in the heart of Brisbane! The mall boasts a sophisticated blend of leading retail brands, unique local boutiques, and a delectable array of dining options. The spacious layout and elegant design ensure a comfortable shopping experience, while the regular events and promotions add a touch of excitement to each visit. Ample parking, kid-friendly zones, and a dedicated cinema complex further enhance the mall's allure. Whether you're in for a shopping spree, a casual stroll, or a delightful meal, Westfield Carindale never fails to impress. Even as a fella I think this is a true Brisbane gem!

Fairly disappointing experience as so many shops are gone. Another disappointing point is to be unable to get a coffee or tea in a ceramic cup 45 minutes before closing time.. most cafes even operate as take away only after 4.30pm.

I would like to share an experience we had at this shopping Centre, My husband and I organise our over 50's Village bus to shopping Centre for our residences. Mostly who are over 70 years. Prior to visiting all the shopping centre's we go to we went and saw all the information desks of the centre's and was told in order to have a wheel chair, Mobility Scooter, walker all you had to do was ring up a few days prior to your trip and book your aid, and the staff would deliver it to you. then pick it up on your departure but you must stay with the aid till picked up. On Thursday 23rd November when we visited the shopping complex rang to have a mobility scooter dropped off was told NO they do not have enough staff to do that and the person would have to pick it up. The place to pick the scooters up is way down the end of where we park our van of 12 people we drop off which is too far for the lady to get it and if they could walk they would not need a scooter. This is not acceptable in the end the manager came and talked to us and her all they could say was its Xmas and busy which is not our fault you offer a service you should honor it. doesn't matter how busy it gets just put on more staff. they did bring it down in the end but we told them we will not be coming back if this is how they treat their elderly customers.

Food court is absolute garbage. 3/4 closed down. Better to drive an extra 10 mins to garden city. 10x more variety

Really lacks variety of decent shops compared to other Westfields. It used to be good but is now overrun by phone repair kiosks and empty shops. Given the demographic of the area, it could really do with an upgrade

It was so nice to hear Christmas carols in a shopping centre again at Christmas. Shame it was only one or two songs I would do all my shopping here off the carols were on all the time. It’s lovely to feel the spirit of Christmas when buying gifts for friends and family.

Always super busy, but always a nice visit. Nice and cool in the summer, very tidy and clean, all year round! Would recommend the boba and just about any of the surrounding eateries!

Over the years a much improved shopping mall, has both DJ and Myer, plenty of boutiques, great spaces to relax and lots of places to sit for a coffee or lunch.

I really love this shopping centre, it’s not that close to me but still within reasonable driving distance and has plenty of parking. Great selection of shops. Went on Boxing Day and most places were open, some good deals!

This is a good large shopping complex. Has all the shops you're used to. Highly recommend Howards Storage World and the fruit shop outside Coles. Had lunch at the tavern, had a wine and a steak by myself, and it was awesome.

I came across Agnes (maintenance lady) a couple of times in Westfield Carindale today. She had a lovely smile and hello and I love thanked her for maintaining the centre for my comfort. Agnes was very pleasant and I wanted to say thank you for enlightening my morning.
