A shame. They don't pick up the phone and when you show up there they are all chat-cha-cha, they take a long time to assist you and on top of that when they do it in a bad manner. The attention received by the people at the reception is terrible. And not to mention that we haven't been able to have an in-person appointment with the doctor for more than a year. Things are going from bad to worse in health centers. EDIT (2 years later): Having a chronic illness that requires me to be seen every 6 months, I am not capable of being treated by the same doctor every time I go. Every time I go to make an appointment I have a different doctor, with a different criteria and you're lucky to get a nice one or one who seems like he or she is obligated to be there. It has been IMPOSSIBLE for a long time now for me to see the same doctor every time I go. You ask for afternoon shifts and they change you to the morning... come on, the patient is a 0 on the left. The treatment and neglect is shameful. Then, if you are unhappy at your job, they tell you to leave it and find another one. But of course we pay for it here, right? If they are not happy with their job or the conditions, they should also look for another one. Because they deal with people and people's health. And it seems that it matters very little because it is IMPOSSIBLE to always see the same doctor and sometimes it is IMPOSSIBLE to make appointments as well, although then the clinic is empty when you go. Just as the number of patients who make an appointment and do not show up is posted on the door. We should enter the patients the number of times we want to make an appointment and we do not have a doctor available, or how long it takes us to make an appointment. You cannot defend the indefensible.

(Translated by Google) A shame. Impossible on the phone. And if you go there are huge queues. If they finally give you a phone appointment then they don't call you. Being positive for antigens, I had to go because they didn't pick up the phone. And after waiting in line, they tell me that they have to call me on the phone. It's been 5 days and no one has called me. I have had to do a PCR by paying in a private clinic. They already worked little but with the covid ta they take the opportunity to work half. And if not, they tell you to go to the emergency room, that's to saturate them! And then we complain. SHAMEFUL TO SAY ENOUGH (Original) Una vergüenza.

A real shame is the lack of assistance received and the lack of professional rigor with which they assist you at the reception. I have a fever and cough and the appointment through the application is given for 10 days, I try to contact the health center by phone and after 26 calls no one answers the phone. I go to the health center to be seen by an emergency doctor and he tells me that within 3 days at the earliest because they are full and it turns out that they have an electronic screen with the capacity they currently have and it is 10/81. With 10 patients, no doctor can attend in a reasonable time??? Shame on the Health of Madrid and although it hurts some, there is also a lack of empathy and professional rigor on the part of the administrative staff at the reception.

A real shame! I went to the emergency room from the hospital to be discharged at the direction of the emergency doctor. They arrived and they told me that that day my doctor did not have a consultation and that he could not see me because first, there is no emergency doctor and second, They only have 5 slots for walk-in cases and they are already occupied, so at most they can give me a slot 2 days later! The capacity at that time 10/80. And nothing happens because the withdrawal can take up to 3 days to present. What if my job doesn't accept that? I have to justify that I am missing!!!! Apart from the fact that I can't drive and get there Well, 2 days later I arrive and my doctor doesn't see me either, he doesn't even look at me, he just asks me from his chair, he doesn't let me go because it's already a weekend and a holiday, but after that I still do the same if I come back. I'm not getting better, and what is my surprise that when I return 4 days later my doctor is not there either and I start over again!!!! Shameful!!! Not to mention that I have made 20 calls this morning and they don't pick up the phone. Claim to the song!!

Bearing in mind that unfortunately the telephone service is centralized and it is impossible to contact this way. The treatment from the doctor, pediatrician, nurse and administrative staff has always been exemplary. We must begin to adjust our assessments and submit them to the Ministry to improve telephone service through complaints that can even be made from a mobile phone. And when there are no appointments, remember that we have only one health center for more than 50,000 people, shameful. https://www.comunidad.madrid/servicios/salud/reclamaciones-sugerencias-agradecimientos-asistencia-sanitaria

(Translated by Google) The worst care I have seen in a health center. They just don't work. Apart from giving you appointments for 1-2 weeks onwards, if you take phone attention, spend the day and they don't even call you. Calling the patient care phone is worthless because they never pick it up. But hey, while in the pamphlet every 4 years it says Libertad, everyone is happy. Sencillamente, no trabajan.

Capacity of the establishment 80 people were not even 10 who were inside the center and they make you wait in the street at 29 ° C at 8:00 p.m. I want to talk to the person in charge of the center and he tells me to report to the center at 8:30 p.m. there is no person in charge (Original) VERGONZOSO llamo al centro de salud desde la misma puerta y no suenan los teléfonos (No hay nadie hablando por ninguno de estos aparatos) Siendo éste el único medio que tiene mi abuela para tener contacto con su médico.

We are tired of the lousy service, I have already come back here, two days I have eaten that huge line waiting. (Translated by Google) My 3-year-old daughter was seen by the pediatrician mate cano Irene and the treatment was fatal. I took her because she had a high fever and they had seen her on another occasion and the fever continued. And when we went she told me that it was not an emergency that she had made an appointment and when I told her that the appointments were for 14 days and I was not going to wait 14 days for her to see her, it was the worst. She is very haughty! Dear health professionals, if you are in a bad mood, learn to separate your feelings because those of us who attend health centers do not go for pleasure. I wish we never had to go and always enjoyed good health, especially our children. (Translated by Google) Like good parasites, it gives them allergies to work. It is impossible for them to answer you by phone. I have counted FIFTY CALLS since the center opened this morning and they never pick up. I have to ask for sick leave and I can't get close since the sick leave is due to an ankle operation. Nor am I surprised by public health, then they complain about budgets and cuts, as if that solved their deep allergy to work. Fortunately, in hospitals there are more people wanting not to feel like a parasite.

The people who treat you in the blood test room (both the two outside and the one who pricks you) They should give an education course, they don't look at your face at any time, not even when asking for your health card, they start talking to each other and you don't know if they are saying it to you, I don't know why they are so bitter, the truth is ,but we patients are not to blame for that.

They complain and put up signs that no one cancels the appointment, but I arrive on time, I see the nurse come out and without telling me anything she has left and I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes for her to come, the less they do in this health center , the less they want to do. The phone is for decoration and they change your doctor without telling you and they are so wide.... if you can, avoid this center better.

(Translated by Google) Many people complain about the center, as they would complain about any other center to which they are attached. I don't have any complaints about him. Whenever I have needed to go, I have been attended to without problems and professionally, either by nursing, by my family doctor or in pediatrics. They will surely be understaffed, like everyone else. For this reason I don't give it 5 stars, because appointments last up to a week or more, clearly due to lack of staff.

(Translated by Google) I'm with covid I need sick leave and they still don't pick up the phone..... and the excuse that we are saturated by covid is not worth it because they are not... it's already laziness I don't know if from those responsible for the center and I say well management or whoever but what is clear is that the attention is not given as it deserves by the people who pay with their taxes to attend to them.....do something now with this health center or improve its operation or For it to continue like this, closing it directly is a shame that you also have to spend more than 3 minutes talking to a machine so that in the end they do not answer you. What's more, the scoundrels hang up the phone. The worst health center in the world!

(Translated by Google) They don't pick up the phone. When you go there they treat you as if you owe them something, when it is your right to see the doctor. I don't understand why I have to tell the lady at the counter what's happening to me, shouting loudly in front of the rest of the people at the entrance. Health is a private thing, and if something happens to me, I just want to tell my doctor. Carmen as a doctor a 10... But I haven't been able to consult with her since before the pandemic... I ask for an appointment, they give me a month and a bit later with the excuse that she can call me (of course a phone appointment, it is not going to be that you go to a face-to-face consultation and hit them something), when the appointment arrives someone calls me who is not my doctor... For that I do not wait almost two months (of course if it were something serious, you can die calmly in your house). But the best thing was the surreal conversation, in which he told me to tell my private doctor about my symptoms that he could help me better... Of course, the management of the Community of Madrid with the health centers is terrible, but the workers help make the service even worse...

(Translated by Google) Shameful, I've been calling for hours and a robot asks me for a thousand data and then hangs up! In the App there is an appointment for a thousand years from now, does anyone think that when one is ill they want to go there and wait in line to just ask for an appointment? Then you go to the emergency room and they take you like crazy for going to the emergency room for that, but in twenty days it will surely not be bad. I am already bored that people do not work because of the covid and on top of that they say that everything is because of the covid but they don't care about generating queues and crowds just to make an appointment. A main place of contagion should be the queues that form just to make an appointment. It also makes me sad that older people have to move because they are unable to pick up the phone! But I am even more sorry that this does not reach the hands of anyone who is going to do something to change it.

(Translated by Google) Hello good, my experience with the center has nothing to do with the previously published reviews, I made an appointment by phone at the first time, they processed my cancellation and I had no problem. They didn't yell at me or treat me badly at any time. It is true that the telephone line is non-existent on many occasions. From there, to publicly saying that they are parasites who do not want to work, there is a galaxy. The cuts in Health are noticeable and that translates into a lack of troops. The toilets were there, in the hardest moments of the pandemic, they should be given more consideration. Thank you! Gracias!

Vamos a ver.

Regrettable treatment by the family doctor and worse response from the center director. My wife came to request leave since she was in the 34th week of pregnancy with a severe contracture in her neck and migraines. The doctor's response, whose name I will not name, out of respect, which they have not shown to my wife and I quote verbatim: "my wife lasted practically until the end of the pregnancy working", "if your neck hurts, buy a bigger television to work on", and "take 3 paracetamol a day". We went a few days later to have another doctor see her since she spent the day in bed in the dark unable to work due to migraines and neck pain, and to file the corresponding claim and request a change of professional. As soon as they treated her, they discharged her and the doctor himself was surprised that they had not given it to her sooner. We wrote a complaint and today we received a response from the director of the center, obviously defending the doctor's position, which was an obvious lack of professionalism. We will continue with our claim through other means, it has been seen that this does not work. A shameful management.

(Translated by Google) The administrative attention of the center is unfortunate, you can spend hours in that place due to the poor management they have, the people at the reception are extremely rude, it seems that they will hate working there, they run over everyone, they yell at the elderly, they yell at the sick… This is without counting that they don't pick up the phone to anyone, they are simply always off the hook, there are people sitting at the reception who are with their arms crossed doing nothing… and the queues that are made of more than 30 people don't care either. They delay everything, coming here is a nightmare. I wish they would change the staff at the reception, answer the phone and that way so many people don't have to go to the center for nonsense... (the lady with orange hair who is at the reception is the rudest thing there is...)

(Translated by Google) Trying to make an appointment by phone during the morning (impossible) Friday, December 9. I keep calling in the afternoon to see if there are a lot of people and it's impossible... I try it through the app and there are no appointments available either, finally as I see that it's not possible by phone and the app, I show up 36 minutes walk from my house to make an appointment, which there is no appointment until January 10 ... embarrassing. What happens that people don't get sick when doctors go on strike? The most embarrassing thing is to go because they don't pick up the phone and when you arrive at the health center you see that there is no one and there are only the receptionists, and the most important thing is that the receptionists are laughing looking at photos of someone who looks like I don't know who . Cheer up! keep working like this.

(Translated by Google) Fatal, 59 calls in one afternoon, FIFTY-NINE, and they never pick up the phone. It's time to go and see if the queue doesn't reach the entrance door, but come on, it's always just as full, there's a reason. Then at reception you ask why they don't take the phone calls and they tell you it's a lack of staff, which is understandable but the phone rings and even if you're doing nothing NOBODY IS GOING TO ANSWER IT.

(Translated by Google) Buenas tardes ! Every day more embarrassing to deal with any worker in the center! Edges, they don't help you and punctuality regarding the time of the appointment with the doctors or nurses... let's not talk better! They will never attend to your time! It seems that it is not worth our time when we enter this center… I hope that one day someone will solve the problem that exists in this ambulatory. (Original) Buenas tardes ! The attention leaves a lot to be desired, especially in person, 0 empathy, I don't know how they can hire people with that level of antipathy in a health center where you have to have it since you deal with sick people. If you get them to pick up the phone, the average is about 20 calls minimum, it is true that they serve you quite well. However, for a couple of years it has been impossible to make an appointment, there are no pediatric emergencies, which seems to me... and if you are lucky they see you in "emergency" in 1 or 2 days, and on top of that they tell you that if it is urgent that you go to the hospital, seriously? Because of sore throat? I think that the attention they give is certainly counterproductive, but it is not their fault, it is the Community of Madrid's fault, which I believe is leaving public health worse and worse to fill its pockets with the privatization of health, as already They are doing with education and other sectors, it is unfortunate... the professionals are excellent, that is why I do not give a 1, which is the minimum grade. A real shame, when I came to live here 14 years ago it was the best health center and now...

(Translated by Google) Lately they serve you quickly and badly. In addition, the girls who give you the appointment at the counter, more than one (who have attended me) look without any interest and without empathy, they talk to you borderline and make little faces. It is one thing to be on strike and another thing to be lazy.

(Translated by Google) An embarrassment of health center. The attention is terrible and little education. The management workers are rude and don't feel like working at all. The facilities are mediocre and dirty. A health center is a reflection of the poor quality of a "public" healthcare in decline. (Original) Una vergüenza de centro de salud. (Translated by Google) I give a star because you can not put less. It is impossible to make an appointment through the application and if you have available days they are in 15 or 20 days. The phone is never picked up, you can be there for days and calling up to 40 times and they never pick it up. You have to go in person and wait for queues of up to 40 min. And then there are all the empty consultations and the phones off the hook. I had a telephone appointment with the doctor and they have not called me, nor warned me ... after being ill for a week with an infection waiting for the telephone consultation. Impossible to contact by any means and the problem of having to travel there again with the setback of days without being attended. A real shame. Practically like not having sanitation.

Well, I have moved to this center due to a change of address, I went twice. The people at the reception were lovely, and they gave me peace. The family doctor Carlos Armando, a guy, I have already asked for a change of doctor. I go to make an appointment for a specialist for anxiety among other things and he tells me that yes, I believe that this is a supermarket. Anxiety at its peak again. Thank you Doctor".

Officials treat you in a bad way, ethics are on the ground, they should send them to prepare how to care for the patient or public.

What a shame of a health center! They give you an appointment for at least a week and then you go and the consultations are all empty with no people waiting and worst of all they are in a hurry to see you at the consultation, they let you go in 5 minutes with not even anyone waiting, you can see how eager they are. they have to work!!! I made a video where you can see that there is no one waiting for the consultations, it's a shame it won't let me upload it, I hope they do inspections!!! then it's normal that you go to the reception and have to wait 1 hour, the receptionists should have a a little more empathy since they are a little kind to say nothing. The worst I've been in my life

Telephone attention and presence leaves a lot to be desired, my daughter's pediatrician has a weak eye, she is an excellent pediatrician but the people who are at the counter definitely have no education whatsoever apart from saying that since they have placed an absorption pediatrician the only way to That they see me has to be at 3 in the afternoon and there is no other time that it is impossible for them to see me after 3, gentlemen, what are we playing? If I chose a Pediatrician in the afternoon, it is because in the afternoon I can The lady who attended says that if my daughter is very serious, I should take her to the emergency room, I'm sure I'll put a claim form because she's so rude.

(Translated by Google) It is very difficult to get an appointment and when you do, they give it to you in two weeks. The system should work better, social security should make you look at it. What is happening with healthcare? At the health center they NEVER answer your phone. You have to show up for anything. When you try to make an appointment, they give you a period of one week to see the doctor. I want the pediatrician to see my baby and I have the first appointment after 5 days. I show up to see my daughter and they tell me that there are no emergencies, that they only leave 4 free appointments and if you're lucky you get one and if not test the next day, while no one sees your daughter. That day I was lucky and they gave me an appointment in the afternoon. The afternoon pediatrician, who apparently doesn't feel like working, treats my daughter as if she were sparing our lives and at the end of the consultation she tells me that her pediatrician has to see her, not her, that those 4 appointments are just for emergencies. Sorry? Don't you say that emergencies are not attended to at the health center? The pediatrician's waiting room was EMPTY, but she prefers to be doing nothing in her office and for me to wait 5 days for them to see my daughter who hasn't slept for 3 days because she is sick. Is this pressure for us all to take out private insurance and not work or so that the department does not have to add more human resources? Is this to eliminate healthcare as a public system? It is not logical that in the community of Madrid, the capital of Spain, we are having underdeveloped healthcare with empty waiting rooms. I believe that taking out private insurance is not the solution, the regional government should take responsibility for this situation.

A doctor does not directly assist you either by phone or in person when you are sick and need one. The precarious situation in which our Madrid public health system finds itself is absolutely shameful. I have never seen it so deteriorated as now.
