    Molina deserves zero stars. I’ve been having issues with my insurance coverage getting denied and I’ve been having to pay for prescriptions out of pocket. In an attempt to get the issue resolved I talked to eight different people at Molina over two weeks. The only thing they do is transfer you to another person who cannot help. In all honesty, I’m not sure why they are paying these employees because not one person I talked to could actually help. Someone would give me another phone number to call and then that person would say it was the wrong department and transfer me back. This happened multiple times. No one would let me talk to a supervisor, they would just transfer me. The last person I spoke to seemed like they could help, then the call dropped and they never called me back. Shocker! Luckily I have a 90 day window to change my insurance provider through Medicaid. Ultimately I had to call Medicaid and switch my provider to Select Health in order to resolve the issue so I can get appropriate coverage. With so many negative reviews it amazes me that Molina continues to operate the way they do. Clearly this company does not care about their members. Molina should be ashamed.

    We had a Molinahealth plan through the marketplace in 2021. What a huge mistake. Their website doesn't work properly, expect to wait at least 45 minutes to talk to customer service which you will be calling frequently, and then expect to have your claims reprocessed multiple times. Now after two years they are still reprocessing claims to get an extra 20 dollars here or there. It never ends. Stay away from this terrible company!

    I’m so tired of trash customer services from insurance companies. I pay THOUSANDS of dollars to Molina for health insurance I rarely use and getting ahold of a human being and getting a problem solved is literally impossible. There’s no excuse for that kind of disrespectful behavior. To whoever created your automated system: I don’t need to hear about your neat new website five times before speaking to a person. It’s 2022. Believe me, if I could solve my issue without interacting with another human I would. Calling is a last resort.

    Molina has screwed my family over so bad that I can't say enough bad things about them. We have been trying for over two weeks to get an issue resolved so my diabetic daughter can get her life-saving insulin. We have literally called every single day and the response we get from everyone we talk to is that it's not their responsibility and they transfer us to someone else who has the same attitude. Whenever someone does say they'll do something they say it will be solved in 1-24 hours and they'll call us back and they NEVER DO. They just say that to get us off the phone. My daughter literally needs insulin to live and Molina is not taking that seriously and not doing anything to resolve they issue that exists on their end I. Their own system. It's scary and beyond aggravating to be in this situation.

    They have the absolute worst automated system/customer service. I’m usually on the phone for hours and have to get transferred 10 times. I’ve never experienced anything like it. And then when I have gotten through to someone to help me… they said it was taken care of and it wasn’t. So I’ve had to call back multiple times for the same issue. It’s wild. I will never ever use Molina again!

    I cannot get them to stop calling me. My son was on Medicaid, but went off of it in January. I contacted work for services (Utah) and notified them, but Molina keeps calling me to remind me of my son's need for his annual exam and today I've been called and told I can get paid for having that exam. You can't even get a hold of anyone to ask to be removed. I've blocked number after number to stop the calls. It is getting very annoying.

    I don’t even know how my kids got enrolled with Molina. They have never used the insurance and I have been trying to cancel the service for two years. Yet, they keep calling me 3 times a day. Talk about stress, it’s ridiculous!

    This insurance company is all over the place. How many different companies do you guys use. I'm always getting messages from different companies all the time that lead back to you guys? You use different names on YouTube that lead back to you. Yeah, I'm going to have to pass.
