We are fans of the original Fast & Furious movies and were sadly disappointed by the ride. Felt it was underwhelming and the storyline could be better, but the props & cars in the warehouse/garage were pretty cool.

Very lame ride. You get in a bus and go sit with screens on your left and right while some action plays. It’s a very poor virtual ride at best. It’s about as cheap a ride as you could put in and still call it an attraction. The cars and garage before and after the ride are better to look at than the ride itself.

The cast did an amazing job. The ride itself is horrendous and the only ride at any of the parks my family disliked. So many easy concepts with this brand for amazing ride ideas or guest experiences yet they landed on the most boring and ridiculous ride that captures none of the original franchise charm. This should be shut down, rebuilt as an enjoyable attraction incorporating racing, car culture, or at least a moderate amount of fun not a bus ride to boredom. If it is really that hard to figure out how to fix this attraction then I would gladly accept co-lead on the rebuild project for a reasonable fee Universal. Sincerely, the dad who stood at exit gate dumbfounded with family for seemingly hours because this ride was that bad. It defies logic how this passed the chalkboard and actually made it to production after experiencing the rest of your spectacular attractions at all of your parks. If this ride was a person it would bite string cheese like a banana.

The staff that would interact with the videos from the cast were funny. Loved the car props. The ride and story were corny and boring. The fade in and out of cgi and actual characters was horrible. Also it looked like Owen Shaw fell off his truck multiple times and kept coming back. I get it was a ride but was he super human?

The ride is no cornier than a fast and the furious movies themselves. The next ride should be in space! Our kids love this ride, watching letty straight up massacre the baddy with an excavator is always worth it.

Not the best ride but it wasn’t awful. I do enjoy how immersive the line itself is which really makes the time go by quickly if there is a line.

The worst ride in all of universal. I'd literally ride any kiddie ride rather than ride this again. Three cars are cool and that's about it

The queue is way better than attraction, unfortunately explosions sound is too loud, the speed on a bus doesn’t remember a properly fast and furious with tuning cars. This attraction would be perfect if announced as Speed(1994) with Tom Cruise.

When I first rode this ride in 2019 I was very disappointed like “that’s it?” It’s a quick ride. Woulda gotten zero stars. Went back in 2021 and since the pandemic forced limited capacity, I went on this like six times! It grew a bit on me. If you have to wait longer than a half hour, 45 min skip it especially if it’s your first time. If you get in the park early in the morning, hit this ride first. The atmosphere surrounding the ride though is absolutely awesome! If you love hooked upped cars you will appreciate it more than anyone. Enjoy!

The staff working the ride was pretty much the funniest part. The cars are cool to look at but the ride itself was pretty mediocre. If you're a fan of the franchise definitely give it a go as long as the wait time is less than an hour. Otherwise I'd say it's not worth it.

Super cool ride! Very family friendly and the cars were really neat to look at while you wait

As many have said, this was a disappointing attraction from this franchise. I enjoyed the cars, the set up leading up to the ride itself, and the interactions the employees had with us. They were included in the act of the ride which I thought was very cool. But the ride itself is not good. I didn't find any meaning in it and it ended pretty quickly. I love the movies, but do not waste your time on this one. They have a lot of work to do to make this one better.

Walking and getting to the ride was probably better than the ride itself. Seeing the model cars and displays kept everyone more entertained than the ride. If you like cars and want to see a few cool ones, a walk through isn’t bad. If you’re really into rides, this will not be for you. Not worth wasting the time on in all honesty.

The premise and video lead in to this ride are so dumb the staff can only mock them, not play along. The ride itself is a pretty lame video/motion simulation and was the worst ride I had all day.

The wait line feels like you're in the movie. You'll see cars from the movie, which you can see their specs and what movies they're in on the universal studios app. Once inside, the staff are actors and help build in the experience. The ride itself wasn't very intense, but it's a 360 experience. There is action on both sides of the ride so you feel like you are actually in the movie and part of the action. You'll even get a couple of squirts of water sprayed on you.

This ride is okay, not the greatest. If you've got time, defintly do it, but if you missed it don't worry too much about it.

Update: they should have stopped the service today, they let the people in and make them to wait 45 min and then they pause the service for another 40 min and we get in the ride is less than 2 min and then we all got stuck in the buss for another 20 min?!!? 🤬 Wait time was more than 45 min but the ride was less than 2 min and wasn’t fun! We initially waited for 45 min for the ride then they cancelled it and the next time we got into the ride after 30 to 40 min but the ride ended in less than 2 min and were stuck in the bus for another 20 min! 🤬🤬🤬 worst kind of time!

This ride has an insane lineup. They keep bringing you into different 'waiting' rooms trying to build a story for this ride that makes no sense. Universal had to reuse the old Earthquake ride so you are basically riding a bus that they somehow tied into a F&F chase. Sitting in the back you see nothing except a lot of jiggling and random water sprays.
