BEWARE PROSPECTIVE RENTERS. GrandeVille increased my rent 22% this year, more than $400 a month. GrandeVille misrepresents what they offer in every possible way. On their website they boast brand new apartments for upscale living. This is not true. They are not brand new and are poorly built. Floors and stairs creak, carpet wears quickly, appliances break down, and you hear neighbors through the walls. To top it off, the amenities are not always available. The pool often has issues and gym equipment is broken. The reason GrandeVille has availability is because many residents have left due to the unreasonable rent increase. NEW RENTERS, prepare for a high increase when the lease comes due or give yourself plenty of time to plan for your next home now.

Staff is excellent. I recently requested maintenance for the washer and a toilet float adjustment. Kevin called within 1 business day and had everything fixed in two days. I can't wait for the Pool and Spa to reopen following their major repairs and update.

We love living in the town homes! Maintenance is great, front office staff is friendly and warm and informing! They have a ton of events and always want to keep everyone engaged! A very good size dog park for our pup to run and the kids playing is awesome! Well maintained outdoors and when it snows, its nice not having to shovel myself! Residents are sweet! Pups are friendly! Highly recommend!

I came to live at GrandeVille approximately a year and a half ago. I am so pleased with my 2 bedroom apartment. It’s pleasantly updated. The buildings are kept clean. Great office and maintenance staff. They’re so nice and friendly and helpful. This is a perfect area to live, with easy access to I87, which brings you to Downtown Saratoga in about 12 minutes. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. There are many amenities here. I would recommend living here.

Resident for almost a year an really enjoy it. Newer townhouses and very convenient with the one car garage that we have (there are 2 garage options as well). Well-kept and if there are any maintenance requests (few), all of them have been addressed promptly. Really appreciate the staff and crew that run the facility. My girlfriend and I are living together for the first time, and chose this place, over a few in the area and so glad we did. Convenient to many local attractions and walkable to many restaurants/stores. If you are looking to live in the Capital Region, definitely check out GrandeVille at Malta!

HORRIBLE PLACE horrible service vanessa harassed me was absolutely so rude. verbally abusive. DO NOT GO THERE. she made me feel so small and went back on her word a friend she lowered the rent but for me nope not allowed

Well kept property, friendly and accommodating staff, and centrally located to everything the area has to offer. Occasional events hosted in the clubhouse, and great selection of amenities. My wife and I have been here since 2019. Neighbors are mostly pleasant, and this is a very dog friendly community. 🏘️

I’ve visited a number of times trying to decide where I would eventually want to live. I’ve never had such a warm and friendly experience as I did each and every time I visited Granville… The property manager Vanessa is one if not the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She always was soooo professional and soooo inviting no matter how many times I visited the community.

We moved into our apartment in July 2022. It took us about 8 months, to really settle into our space. We were pleasantly, surprised, to find how QUIET, our floor was. We like, the security features, of our building. Plus, the pool, gym, clubhouse & lounge, are all huge compliments, to this property. Our garage, is larger than any other garage unit, we looked at during our search. Finally, after living here 18 months, we haven’t needed maintenance to fix many things, in our unit. However, when we have needed them, they were prompt, courteous & efficient. We would, highly, recommend this property, to anyone.

My wife and I just signed our lease and moved in last week, we love everything so far! Management and maintenance staff have both been great about making sure we’re taken care of, Calan was a pleasure to work with in finding the right fit for us and Jordan was quick to swap out storage room light & a new hose attachment for the kitchen sink/dishwasher hook up. Looking forward to checking out the fitness facilities and attending the next community gathering :D

My husband & I moved to the Grandeville at Malta in May to be closer to our son, daughter-in-law and grandson. We couldn't be happier with our choice of apartment complexes. Vanessa, the property manager, and her staff, Callan and Maria are fantastic as are Kevin, the maintencance manager and his staff, Jake and Ken. They are super responsive to any issues that you bring to them and work to resolve those issues promptly. Vanessa has had regular community get togethers, to allow residents to get to meet one another. The most recent one, "Cloudy with a chance of Wine" was last night and was fantastic, made even better by Maria's delicious homemade (but professional looking) mini-bundt cakes. Neil and I were so happy to have the opportunuty to meet and spend time with our new neighbors. The Grandeville is the best!!

By far the best living choice I've made to this date. 100% recommend living here.

Great place to live. Maintenance very responsive if you need anything. Office staff is awesome always willing to accommodate renters. We've had a great experience here. They maintain the apartments and grounds very well.

GrandeVille at Malta’s property manager Vanessa Malone exhibits unprofessional behavior by abruptly ending the call. the extended closure of the pool, despite ongoing payments for access. The lack of information and continual unavailability of this amenity raise questions about the value we receive in return for these added rental costs.
