    If you want a faster delivery, don't choose this courier service. Their customer service is doing their job well enough with lip services but didn't really solve the issues with their delivery team. Maybe they have communication breakdown somewhere internally. I hope Ninja Van can improve their services, don't let your customers chasing you when its supposed to be the other way around.

    New update: They are getting better. Good job. Old review (3 years ago): Genuine ninja service. Their blades are super sharp and will keel your business fast. They toss your package like shuriken. With Lazada enforcing sellers to use their service, I anticipate more online sellers' death by bad ratings.

    Disaster service. Ninja Van recently delivered my parcel wrongly to somewhere that I don't even know. Worse thing was, the driver did not even bother to call to clarify/check the address. I received email to inform the parcel has been delivered yet I can't even see who "received" the parcel because the signature part was showing a "broken image" icon. When I checked with their customer service, I was being provided a photo showing some unknown house, with all door and windows closed (as if nobody was at home) and the parcel was just being put on the floor, exposed to sun/rain etc. And that's how Ninja Van driver classified as "parcel being delivered". The driver also did not have any decency to call the recipient in the event when there is no one around to receive the parcel. This isn't the first time; I've encountered a few times they just leave the parcel outside quietly, without calling/informing. Definitely feel unsatisfied with the kind of service Ninja Van is providing. I'm not a seller or someone who uses courier service often, but I'm a buyer that dreads every time when I see the seller is using Ninja Van as the courier service.

    Worst experience with this hopeless courier company. Its been 10 days and my parcel is no where to be found. When I contacted them after 2 days, they said that the parcel will be returned to the sender due to wrong phone number of receiver. I resolved the matter by providing the correct phone number and instructed that the parcel should be sent to the receiver. They called the receiver to inform that the parcel is being delivered. But it has been 10 days and no parcel. Very bad service... Not professional. Like working with banglas.

    Here's everything that's wrong with NinjaVan, and what the higher-ups at the company should look into. 1) Terribly slow delivery time (almost 10 days and it's still at the sorting centre). Delivery peak season should've been expected and better prepared for. 2) Terrible customer service. It's extremely, extremely hard for you to be connected through phone call. Live chats are faster, but the response time is frustratingly slow. Once connected, agents aren't usually of much help, they'll usually tell you the things you already know from the website. 3) Lack of clarity and transparency on where the parcel is. I got so frustrated of waiting, that I decided to pick up the parcel myself, wherever it is currently. Unfortunately, was told that it's still in transit (In-transit status has lasted for more than 3 days mind you), and they're not sure exactly where it is. Please guys, please improve.

    Not even worth one star. 1-3 days still not receive while other courier only take 1-2 days. Called customer service saying that I need my parcel urgently and will self collect. Also was told that need to wait max 3 days to receive notifications that can come to collect (particularly said URGENT!!). Asked them to share driver contact number so that easy to track his location, they said they don’t have it and even cannot share hub contact number just because their system can only share internally. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? Btw,was told they start to calculate day when parcel is in the hub, not when you dropped it off. Example from drop of collection to hub already took 3 days + 3 more days to deliver.

    I have 2 parcel. One of my parcel still at transit since 9/5/2022. Today already 21/5/2022. Almost 2 weeks. I need to use that urgent. Worst experience I ever had. I wish I could give you a zero. But I cant give you that. So I give you a one.

    What is up with Ninja Van's service now? Now i want to book order online, need to verify identity with an OTP and for 2 days, i don't get any OTP and can't book my shipping with you. On the 2nd day, chatted with a live agent who kept me waiting for so long and then ask if i put the right number!? wth man. Your safety procedure is going to lose you business, I'll just book DHL on easyparcel. I don't have time to verify and wait for OTP for days just to book a freaking parcel. It's not rocket science.

    Terrible service. Keeping other people's parcel for days. Other courier services only take less than a day for sorting, but this bloody 'sorting centre' took multiple days to do it. Guna kura2 ke buat kerja hah??

    Still haven’t received my Parcel. Very slow delivery. Wrongly deliver to other area. Call Centre cannot be reach. Email CS is useless. Not updating tracking info on the web. Shame on you!!! I wish i could give 0 star!!!

    Ordered an Air Fryer before Hari Raya, and it arrived at Ninja Van's warehouse on the10th May. After that there were no news and no update for the parcel, the tracking website(tracking.my) shows that ninja van's website is unavailable. I called their customer service on the 14th of May (since they are experiencing high parcel volumes it took 30 minutes to reach them) and their customer service told me that the parcel was not scanned after it arrived at the warehouse so they had to monitor it and it will take some time. After a few days there were still no news about my parcel and tracking website still showed the same thing, no update at all. So I made another phone call on the 18th of May(also took 30 minutes to reach them), this time the customer service told me to wait and said that they will check for the parcel after asking for my tracking number, but the call was hanged up after that. I waited for some time but no one called back to update me about my parcel. So I called again and waited for another 30 minutes and finally someone picked up. I told them what I experienced just now and ask them not to hang up my phone again while checking but they still hanged it up before I even finish my sentence. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Doesn't even deserve one star

    Yoo, i see everyone has the same situation as me man. My item bought from Lazada and the estimated date was supposed to be 17/5 but my parcel has been stuck at the SJ sort centre since 14/5. At first i thought it was because of the Wesak holiday but this is way too long. There were so many times i check my tracking number on the website and it came out error. Call the hotline also nobody pick up, says waiting time is 30mins lmao. Emailed twice also no reply. Come on man, DO YOUR JOB. If no drivers to send out then Ninjavan can close business already la. How can the parcel be stuck there for so many days. So near yet so far. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😤

    Whats wrong with your delivery? ordered an item from shopee in 7/5. now stuck at 'en route to sorting hub'. as of today, 13/5, still same status. got another item ordered at shopee in 9/5. shipped using ninjavan also but already received at 12/5. why the first parcel shipped much earlier still stuck at the same status? its an electronic item, not some kind of fruit so u can peram lama2 and make jeruk out of it. u guys really have issue sorting out your priorities

    Really feel disappointed with Ninjavan. The parcel is stuck at the sorting centre for almost 2 week. I had called their sorting centre and there's nobody answer my call for 10min. I went to their main sorting centre and they told me that you have to wait because got people is waiting from morning until afternoon. Then they get tracking number from me and they told me will check and revert. They call me after few days and told me my parcel is ready and ready for collection at sorting centre. What?? why ask me go collect the parcel instead of deliver the parcel?? Other courier companies was able to deliver the goods and provide update if there was a delay but not ninja van. Absolute worse courier company in this country

    bad service as there is noone to pick up the hotline. the chatting system also always mentioned: i will forward your issue to the relevant team but eventually there is no news from anyone from ninjavan. i have wasted 2*30mins to talk to the online officers and also sent multiple emails. no updates! my problem: bought ninja boxes but i cant create an airway bill at the system. mentioning it is an invalid seller even tho i had used it many times previously. their service just became real bad.

    Slow delivery. I went to this hub to collect a long awaited parcel, left my tracking number with the guard at 10.30am. They called back by 6pm to say they have found the parcel and to collect anytime, as the parcel will be left with the guard and it’s 24hrs. Edit: arrived here to collect at 11pm, since they said 24hrs but parcel is no where to be found.

    STRONGLY I RECOMMAND DONT CHOOSE NINJA VAN. i am in KL and Seller also in KL. So i have ordered the item via the Lazada to receive the parcel within 1-2 days. But Ninja Van redirect the parcel to Negri Sembilan state instead of dispatching to the nearest Ninja van distribution center of my address in KL. Really utter worst service and faced this is in 2nd time. Usually other Courier service is delivered the parcel within 1-2 days.. now i am waiting on 4th Days and need another 2-3 days as Total 7 days. OMG.. :-(

    Used to be okay for me, their service has gotten worse and obviously they do not prioritize their customers. My parcel has been in their so called sorting hub since 11th June and no updates on the status ever since. Emailed their CS and the person in charge mentioned they will help to reschedule the delivery on 17th June, which did not happen as well. I emailed them after that to ask for updates and got no reply. Do you understand how frustrated is this experience? I even wonder did my parcel get lost in transit. Avoid this courier if you would like a peace of mind.

    Very worst courier service ever! Always In transit...Selangor to Selangor need transit 3 times...?? first time OUG in transit....then next day in transit - serdang...another next day transit again.....?? serdang to balakong also need to transit...just need a 15-20 min to arrive....feel speechless to this courier services...! 1-3 days working day to deliver...? is 1-3 weeks is it...??? very very very worst... customer service just know apologize & answer will do they best....but no solve the problem....? very disappointed to this service...no next time...!

    My summary of Ninja Van: Still a very confused bunch. ---- - Item was held by Ninja Van and they did not inform me that it was held. - Contacted them and only then I found out it was held a few days later. Asked them why and no proper or direct answer was given. Poor CS person was probably told to give me BS. - Proceeded to deliver my mail but they chose Saturday (Office Building) of all days to send it. Obviously closed so nobody would be there to receive. - Prompt reschedule and did the prompt. Was given the exact date of rescheduled post but that was also not fulfilled as I later found out it would take another 2-3 days for items to arrive instead of the promised date. - So in-short, I rescheduled my time to their schedule which ended up being unfulfilled, which also wasted even more of my time. I basically got played. - I also did ask for a self-collect as the hub my items were sitting in is near where I live, but confirming that would also take another day. Like what? Just let me pick my stuff and end this cycle of delays. - The only good thing was their CS. They did their best assisting me. So they get 1 extra star from me. Ninja Van must understand that if they make changes or promised certain dates, they need to fulfill it, because people would be waiting at the exact time that was given. That means, people have taken their OWN time to wait specifically for YOU. Please don't insult people's time =[. (MAJOR UPDATE) - After speaking to one of their CS people, 30 minutes later, my package status became delivered and they kept on sending me successfully delivered emails, but the weird part is, no package ever came at all! Guys, be aware of Ninja Van. They are starting to feel like con artist!

    Parcel received. But the tracking is never properly updated. What's the use of giving us a tracking number that cannot be tracked? Also deliverer doesn't contact before hand. So I'll never know when exactly my shipment comes. Or where the shipment goes wrong. 🤔🤔

    I was really shocked to learn that all my belongings had been dumped by a ninja van without my permission. I really didn’t think this would happen because before I made deliveries of fruit and other items using this service, I had asked the person at the counter if all my items other than fruit could be returned or not if the fruit was damaged and the answer was yes, can returned. this thing really made me feel angry for not speaking the truth. ninja van, please take note about this. Make sure you ask permission first before disposing of people’s belongings

    We have worked with NV for 2 years to handle our deliveries. Off late they have been a disappointment in terms of remitting our payments on time. Internal Communications between the account manager and finance is appalling. While statement of sales has been released, our COD payment has not been remitted. Been trying to reach finance but to no avail. Their customer service does a good job to assure us that payment will be made but the reality is the finance team is slow to make payments. Very unhappy with the company lately. Emails are not replied by their finance team. We have not received our dues on a weekly basis as promised.

    I had bought an item from Shopee and delivery is handled by ninja van. I told informed that I have to collect parcel at the collection point. What is the point of delivery service if we still have to go collect ourselves? such a hassle to the customer and on top of that I'm sent reminder to collect else it will be sent back to sender

    I will definitely give zero stars to this courier if there is no star! Their customer service system had done well with their useless lip service that always promised to delivery the parcel the next day. I need to wait the whole day at home for the parcel because I'm scared I'll miss it. (the parcel is urgent for me coz i need it to packaging my stuff as i gonna to move out soon)! I have been tricked three times. Orite, I am the dumbest person who waits for their delivery man for four days at home. As of now, I still haven't received my parcel! In the event that my parcel is missing, please let me know so that I can proceed with my refund request! Don't waste people's time!

    Why does this company even exist? Slow to collect items from their so-called "ninja point". Such that it only arrived at the sorting hub at the vendors state more than a day after vendor dropped it off at the drop-off point. I even had to call them to make sure they went and collected the package. I mean, doesn't the system tell them that something is waiting to be collected at the drop point? They claim 1-3 days delivery, but ONLY AFTER THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT THE HUB. That means that package can be sitting at the ninja point for days, and they can still pretend they are giving you good service. So yeah, Wed drop off, expect delivery the next week. I would not use Ninja Van by choice, but unfortunately forced to do so by Shopee.

    Disposed my parcel sent to my customer without return or inform me. Ninjavan just simply cancelled the parcel and declared as leaking damaged. From damaged photos only 1 album damaged on the cover but they said already disposed all 3 albums that I sent to my customer when I request return. Without informed sender or receiver before do dispose without knowledge. Only me and receiver msg them then only said the parcel damaged. Worst courier service that I deal with.

    Not helpful at all..I ask help to them about my parcel because I received a wrong item from the seller and only I found out it's a scammer because the seller don't even answer my call or reply my message.i ask the ninja vanif they can return the money and just deduct the shipping fee they spend.but then they ask me to call the crossborder which is very expensive because it's international call.i know it's not there fault but at least they can do something about it because I pay COD if online payment that is for sure I cannot take back the money.very sad about this because it's already a scam still want to send the money to the seller

    I have always have a bad experience with Ninja Van, and believe many other customers too. Their service are unspeakably bad. Why shopee even consider ninja van as their courier partner. Always give me bad time when i accidently let them deliver my item. It is better if Ninja van close their operation in Malaysia.

    Why is your customer service line keep on disconnecting????? I have called like a million times and every time i was on the phone with the agent, the line suddenly disconnected. Do you have any idea how long to wait just to talk to your agent? I’m starting to think that you guys did this on purpose because you can’t cope with the orders you have. So you prefer to make your customers life miserable rather then helping them to solve the issue.

    Ordered baby milk formula from Lazada. My parcel has arrived the sorting hub on 18 May and therrafter no updates in the system when you track. They do not have easy phone numbers to contact. I called a number and was on waiting for 45 minutes before someone spoke to me Faizal and he said will send in report but now is 24 May, still no updates. Where is my parcel. Ninja Van services is really bad.

    The delivery is fast but it is not protecting our privacy. It took 2 days for my iphone casing from machine to arrive my house. I wasn’t at home when parcel arrived at my doorstep so my mom helped me to take it. The delivery guy whatapps me to ask me to photo the IC with the parcel, and he sent me a photo of other’s people IC and the person parcel. It was definitely not accurate to leak people other IC photo out. And I am not sure why they want the receiver IC while me the buyer already contact them and tell them my mom is going to receive the parcel. They should either stop asking buyer to take photo with their IC and parcel or protect us / buyer personal details especially IC PHOTOS!

    They can take up to 2+ days **to just pick up your parcel** and up to 1-4 days (3 days if u r lucky) to just deliver to your doorstep. It doesn't matter your location in west Malaysia; even if you were next to the warehouse/seller or where ever they sent/picked your parcel to/from, they will still deliver it in 3+ days. To get a live agent, you will have to pass through the OTP verification message, which absolutely didn't work for me. You will need to contact them through email, and even after that, you will be asked to sign up for their service even though you have a simple inquiry on your parcel. Try to go for DHL or Lalamove maybe or any other courier services. Try your luck.

    Please don’t use this service anymore. It’s slow. Unreliable. Their updates is wrong even the customer service asked me to ignore it. Parcel was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. It took them 2 days to deliver. It’s a joke.

    Im really dissatisfied with your service. I lodged a report before and now it happen again. Im from matunggong,kudat and your courier do not want to cover delivery to matunggong as the rider said your company cut their payment to cover matunggong delivery. When i ask how much was the payment usually given, they said rm30. If i want to be delivered to matunggong i also have to pay the same amount. How come this happen ah? I reported and this issue still happen. Like your company do nothing to solve this issue. I will definitely use other courier if possible but puma only have ninja van. Im gonna continue lodging a report everytime this happen. Its all okay if kudat and matunggong was near but it took me 1 hour of driving! Why dont just ask me to fly to semenanjung to get my own order if your so-called-delivery was operated like this!

    I'm actually very annoyed with ninjavan this few days, i have buy something at lazada at the courier was ninjavan, they delivered my parcel at 9pm night and i already sleep at that time, i told the delivery man to send my parcel at the next day but they won't and they didn't pick up my phone call anymore. What kind of service it this!!!!!!

    Very bad service. Their hotline are useless and time-wasting. In my case, they have not deliver my parcel accordingly and just they will claimed that it was delivered.

    SUPER DUPER IRRESPONSIBLE LOGISTICS COMPANY!!! They deliver my parcel today while i'm not around. Missed his call and I try to call back after 4mins for few times but he never answer my calls even when whatapps showed he was online. So i leave a msg through whatapps to ask the delivery man to leave the parcel at guard house or push till under the roof so it won't get direct sunlight(since the goods inside can't put under sunlight), and he said OKAY. But after I back from work, i saw my parcel just put under the sunlight from 12.50pm to 7pm!!! I text back the delivery man and he just ignore it?! Never give me any apologize or even explaination?? Now my goods inside were spoiled because of the direct sunlight, will you take your responsibility on it?? I want to make a claim on this but will you accept? Or will you just skimp on this responsible? Or just ignore me like your delivery man done? Please let me know how to make a claim on this issue!!

    First time I had to rate 1* to anyone. Bought a few items on Shopee and had 1 urgent item so I opt for Ninja (as oppose to Pos Laju). All my other purchases ave been received last week via Pos Laju, but parcel via Ninja is still stuck and been told estimated delivery date is not for another 1-2 weeks. Well dissappointed.

    I rate poor service for Ninja van delivery. my recent experience driver coming thru the gate with his handphone straight away taking my photo wo permission. When I stop him, he said is Malaysian Covid Law that he has to take a phone of the person he deliver the parcel. He acted like he is the law enforcement team and very rude. I suggested that as proof of delivery he can put the parcel on the table and take a photo like how i other delivery before and yet he refused. I request that the company should check and make sure he delete my photo otherwise I will take up this case to law.

    large volume and covid are just excuses now. travel restriction had been implemented 9 mths ago, if the other courier service can adapt, why can't you? also, if you can't handle large volume, just don't offer your service during peak shipping season. i bought multiple items on 12.12. all hv arrive except 2 with ninja van. both "pending" pickup by ninja van. it's been 4 days and if u can even pick up, you should just stay out of this business...!!!

    1st time using their service and guess what, I didn't receive any parcel nor update about it. You may wonder why would I rate 1 star: I ordered two items which one is from oversea and one from next city. The item from oversea literally cost me nothing and arrived a week after while item from next city has not arrived even after a week. It nonsense to talk about Hari Raya or something else because both are ordered at the same week. Shopee Express, DHL, JnT and other services that available are better. I will never use their service again and I'm still waiting for my refund.

    Parcel has been stuck at this stupid facility for nearly 5 days since the 17th of may, supposed out for delivery since then with the estimated day being today 9-6 everyday. Lousy service, tf happened to your company?     Im from Sabah and i regularly order from Nike. Usually ninjavan’s route to deliver my parcel will be singapore->kuala lumpur->Sabah. But currently a parcel that im waiting seems to transit in MKZ (and when i search, its Melaka). Can explain why? And i believe this is the cause of the late delivery. Usually i receive my parcel within 6 days. But now this is the 7th day already and theres not even any update whether the product reached Sabah yet or not
