They have multiple stupid restrictions like charging bachelors more for maintenance, no entry for friends, no water during summers, too much noise of road vehicles. Their maintenance is quite high for the amenities they are offering. Even for families, you will not find this place worth for staying given the enormous amount you are paying for rent. For people considering to buy a flat, please keep in mind the above as it will be difficult to rent it out. The president of the society is the worst man, such people are bacteria in the Indian society.

Now it's a best located after flyover opened, not much traffic, eating joints, sharat city mall, ratnadeep, pista house, dmart, Hospital, schools, many more important daily needs places at walikng distance or few minutes drive. Best located and well maintained community.

Staying here has it's own perks and disadvantages. Some plus points : Great society, near to almost all famous party places, on main road. But a few disadvantages of staying here: The main gate opens on a road which is always jammed, at night you'll be disturbed by lot of trucks passing by, If you are willing to stay here, ramky tower is same. Should check that place out as well.

Summary: Lived here for 2.5 years. Located on the main road, and next to Ratnadeep, Sarath City mall, etc. However, be ready to put up with (a) noise, since it's directly on the main road, (b) an overbearing home owners association and (c) traffic during the peak hours. Does not accept bachelors, even if the owners are willing to go for it. Go for this if you're a family, and absolutely need something on the main road. Pros: 1. Located on the main road, and walking distance from amenities such as Ratnadeep, Sarath City Mall, RRG Wines, etc. 2. The maintenance crew keeps the cleanliness up to scratch in the society. 3. Has sufficient parking facilities for all flats. Cons: 1. The home owners association is too over-bearing, and will make life impossible for you if you're a bachelor. 2. You're trading off on amenities such as a swimming pool, lawns, etc in favor of the location. 3. Since it's located right on the main road, there's a lot of noise even late into the night. This also means that the traffic situation will be a problem if you plan to commute during peak hours.

Excellent location if you are working anywhere in the Hitech city area. The flats are pretty good and spacious too. It has only two problems. Firstly, at night, there will be a lot of noise as it touches a busy road. So you will hear honking of horns till 1 AM at least, sometimes even later. Secondly, during summer months, there is water shortage in this area. But the water shortage is a problem in the entire Madhapur, Kondapur and Hitech city area, so you can probably expect it everywhere. It has a small gym, which is good enough for normal exercises.

Excellent place to live in, well maintained having Gym, Party room, children’s play area etc. Bhagyanagar gas pipeline work going on and will be operational shortly. Nearest to all commercial places. At one side Sharath city (AMB mall) and on another side vast 130 acres of open area i e Botanical Gardens, having walking track of 3 KMs, open Gyms, sports, Children play areas. You can see peacocks, Rabbits, birds etc. So at one place we can feel commercial as well as open area on another side which we can rarely have at one place. That’s the highlight of Aditya Heights location.

Personally own a flat in this apartment complex. Though it is pretty new, association & flat owners are striving really hard to make this place wonderful for families to stay & grow as community together. Excellent location, close to all major amenities & shops; features like gym, pool, 24/7 security and good water connection as well.

If you are looking for a decent gated society and working near the hitec area, search no more this can be your solution. The flats are spacious and amenities are good. The only problem is busy road just ahead of the society but you will get used to it. Bonus tip - Bachelor's can also find good accomodation options available here..

The crowd is what makes this place bad. It's filled with messy bachelors, snooty families, and traffic is a mess right outside. It's in the middle of everything so the location is great, but the signal right outside makes it so difficult to get out because the moment you get out of the colony, it's a jam. Only move in here if you plan to walk to work.

Excellent location. All airport buses, benguluru, chennai buses stop just opposite. Opposite INDIAS SECOND BIGGEST MALL. BESIDE RATNADEEP, PLATFORM 65, GLOKAL PUB., OPPOSITE BOTANICAL GARDEN, SO ON.. society maintenance is good and upto the mark
