Love the beverages and most of the food on the menu! My main issues are not with any of the actual menu items, but almost always with the people who work here. Not great at customer service.

Huge sign that says drive-thru 24/7. 3 cars parked there like employees. Not open 8/13/22. 5:10am

January 6th I ordered the new egg white omelet bites. As they were steaming hot and I was getting on the freeway, I tried them a short time later. THEY ARE AWFUL! I'd appreciate if you'd make it right as they cost over 4 dollars, weren't fit to eat & I'm a regular customer. Thanks for your time. Your rating will go up if you reimburse me. If you want them back, they are in my refrigerator.

Why do you leave your sign on if you are going to be closed from 11p to 4a. Does not make much sense because people think you are open. Sorry you only get 1 star from me for wasting my gas.

Ordered hash-browns, maple bacon sandwich, a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with coconut milk and my husband ordered a Carmel macchiato and a Chocolate cake doughnut. The croissant tasted stale, the refresher tasted like flavored medicine or a strong extract flavor and I didn’t drink any more after the first taste. My husband said the coffee was terrible. My 5 tiny hash-brown circles were over cooked and rubbery. The only thing that was decent was the doughnut and husband said Kroger’s grocery store were better. Probable wont go back to a Dunkin Doughnuts again.

This is the worst Dunkin around do not waste your money at this place they mess up your coffee every time

Its August of 2021 and the owner of this franchise is still with this ridiculousness. Big thumbs down. Decided to eat elsewhere

Staff was so friendly. I love this Dunkin! Great coffee!! My macchiato was actually full and hot! Sometimes it's filled barely 3/4 and Luke warm.

This was my first time at this location. The drive through was busy, but they moved us along nicely. I ordered my ice coffee with vanilla (unsweetened) & butter pecan (sweetened), the girl repeated the order and said French vanilla (sweetened) and I corrected it and repeated Vanilla not French vanilla. I get my drink & it was super sweet, i look at the order taped to the cup & what do I see... FRENCH VANILLA! I was already out of the line & on my way out the parking lot to am appointment I was running a little behind for so I just took it & waited for the ice to melt to get rid of some of the sweetness so I could drink it without it being so sweet.

Getting in & out earl morning kind of blows. Nearly $5. for coffee with double espresso really blows. Girl at window was friendly & efficient but because of set up getting in & out, I won't likely go there too often.

They upcharge for everything at this one. Other DD's that i go do dont charge nearly as much. I dont know if its because they are so close to the interstate or not but i try to avoid this one. Unless i really need it. A whole extra dollar for almond milk or other changes. Its a bit much. I fully understand adding a mark up for other items not regularly used in the coffee or additional flavoring. But this is the most expensive one around. My coffe here costs about a dollar fifty more per cup, Then at any other one.

The Coffee is outstanding,cold or hot,the sourdough sandwich with bacon is basically a sourdough sandwich with a egg and cheese the bacon is non existent

I ordered a large iced pumpkin signature latte and all it tasted like was milk and hardly had any whipped cream or other toppings. I will not be going here again.
