    My experience with kailash is highly enthusiastic, accessible warm and caring. He is always flexible in its teaching style and also he very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. He teaches student how to perform the various stretching poses, practice meditation and promote mindfulness in addition to overall wellbeing.Its good to have a teacher so that u can explore your ability to control your responses to stressful situations. I really enjoyed doing yoga with him and also its make me stronger and more flexible.
