I’ve been a customer of this shop for years and the only thing I would get is the Swiss Chocolate ice cream. I would buy this in the summer after school and winter if it was there and the staff used to be wonderful offering me chocolate sauce on top and a big scoop. However recently I noticed my favourite ice cream was brought back after months of waiting and i was told the price has gone up to nearly £3 a scoop. Even though the price was too much, I’ve been a loyal customer and was willing to pay the price however even the cup the ice cream was served in was smaller. However the last thing i expected was to be given a spoonful of ice cream for £3. It wasn’t even a full scoop and I’ve worked at dessert stores. And no matter i wasn’t allowed a full scoop for the price. It’s not about the price, it’s about integrity. You cant make people pay a high price for not even a full experience. I hope this store learns from its mistakes and the new staff learn how to scoop properly because this is really disappointing. :(

Petits Fours was great. My brother and I had a cheese roll, sheesh kebab roll, baklava and a slice of cake with a latte. The experience was great i would definitely go again. Its quite small so not a plave to go and sit with the big family.

💰 £21 for a large cake 🌰 nuts all around the cake were delicious 🍓 FRESH fruits as a topper for the cake incredibly tasty and perfectly ripped 🍰 FRESH filling, sugar ratio is exactly how it’s supposed to be, and cake is moist too 🤝 customer service 10/10 friendly but not intrusive & fast serving ⏰opens earlier than other patisseries which I love as we can get the cake early in the morning and relax for the day The cake was for an extremely fussy older person however I did the right choice getting it because EVERYBODY loved it 😍.

Purchased a lucky bag off the app Too Good to go , valued at £10 for £3.39 . All that was in the bag was Two croissants and a small salad baguette , which would amount to £3.50 . I would not recommend???

Ordered from this place so many times. Called in today to see if the baguettes are halal spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed they are. Would defo still order from this place! Ideal for lunch and for anyone who has a sweet tooth.

Food usually tastes good but portion sizes for the pasta are child size and not worth the cost. I got a vegetable pasta bake which was given in a burger size box and half of that was a salad (lettuce, red onions, tomato, cucumber) feels it's quite a stingy portion. Cakes are usually nice and decent size but again portion size for the almond bake can be quite small. It is a shame as the food is good but for what you get it doesn't feel worth it just my honest opinion.

The service I received was the best and the aunty is very welcoming with everything that they make is hand made and made in store highly recommend this store as its very good with the vest vibes🙌🙌👌👌👌👌

I purchased an online "suprise bag" from Good to Go.... ...big suprise .... staff know nothing about it.... took me over an hour and half through traffic on a Sunday.... from great Barr... told on page to collect between 6pm-8pm.... got all the way there.... shutters down ... cleaner there only.... the forgot to mention close early on Sundays.... just fantastic.... wasted money...journey.... tryed to ring next day to see response.... no-one could understand what I was saying.... what now ??? Bad experience .... do not deal with this shop through Good to Go page.... I have had no sorry... no effort to resolve even though message left on answer phone.... not a good first experience

I have had this fortune to talk to the staff and have a discussion about what kind of cake I want regarding the event in terms of the taste, shape, prices and notes on the cake. It was a birthday cake that I ordered. I really enjoyed the whole ordering process and the staff is very helpful, patient. They have been kept helping me to make it a surprise and it really worked. Thanks really a lot for the good service. The cake is very delicious and my friend was very happy when he received the cake. it looks good and taste better. I would like to pay a visit to the local shop If I have the chance. It was such a good experience! Highly recommend.!

Cappuccino was okay service in China mug can't complain about it too much the strawberry trifle dessert no offence it was for me top of dessert was nice base wasn't for me found it tough going to finish it off I had baguette and pizza slice in past nice and fresh can't fault the girl service me a bit cheeky guy ask her if she born here whilst having and cappuccino over heard saying that to her not right apart from that go again for coffee fingers crossed staff don't have deal with too many kind of questions

Worst customer service ever. I went with my work colleagues she had served them and I was next in line but another customer walked in behind me. The worker and the customer behind me were speaking in Arabic to one another she then served her first just because they knew each other when I opposed the worker was so arrogant and unbotheted rolling her eyes. I chose not to order anything because I was so annoyed and sat with my work colleagues who were also shocked at her rudeness and she just laughed at me carrying on talking to her friend

Nicely presented little Café/bakery. I love that the biscuits/cakes aren't overly sweet and are generally made quite well. Chocolate concrete or Middle Eastern style rusk is nice - not too sweet and has a hint of Vanilla 💗 On the savoury side, tuna/salad baguettes🥖 and coriander chicken panini is made with seeded bread and its usually fresh and crisp. Prices are a little higher than other local bakeries, but I'm happy to pay that bit extra anyday for fresh food and a variety to choose from. Also, Aisha is always lovely!🥰 Thanks

Wonderful store with home-made products of a high standard. Good coffee and friendly helpful staff. Well worth a visit. Also Halal.
