    Warning not to go here. Finally saw the doctor at 2am. I was told I cannot backdate my MC although I was sick only hours before. He said that I should be seeing him before midnight. Dear doctor, I have been waiting before midnight. But you are rude, just like your staff and assume what you like. Instead I was given 3 days of MC for something so minor. And was told to come back at 11am for swap test. This itself is so amazing. And yes, $125 for consultation. And yes, doctor will use his stethoscope to check your breathing twice. Once with shirt on and once with shirt lifted, maybe just to give you a sense that your money is well worth. Doctor also ask if anyone at work is sick. Dear doctor, as I have told you, I did not go to work. Even if I did, it will take me forever to ask all 400 people in the office about their health. Icing on the cake, I came for body ache, not a single medication for body ache. And doctor mentioned my ailment is caused by smoking. Mindblown. Come on Google, you should already create the 0 stars by now.

    Worst clinic experience ever. If I could give it a zero or negative star, I DEFINITELY WOULD. I went out of the clinic to wait for my turn instead of waiting inside the clinic due to covid situation. Missed my number by 1 and told the clinic assistant that I have missed my number. she told me to wait. she let all the patients in the queue to go in before me. that’s fine for me because i thought that’s my “punishment” for missing my queue number. Then a new patient came in for registration. Even he was let in before me!!!! (Note: this new patient doesnt look sickly or anything; probably just a normal patient as he could stand throughout the time) So I informed her again that I am back and the way she replied was so rude! she told me that “you have to wait because other patients are waiting too!” Excuse me, if you’re talking about patients who are already in the queue list when I came back to inform I have missed my number are waiting and should go first, I have already waited for ALL of them to enter before me. How could you even let someone who just came in to register to see a doctor go first? So even after this last new patient finished seeing the doctor, the calling of number just stopped there. My number was still not called. This obviously showed that the clinic assistant didnt inform the doctor that I was back. How ridiculous can this get? So I went to the counter & asked her when my number will be called and she said “can you wait outside?” Oh wow. How nice of her to ask me to get out. Her attitude was so intolerable. New staff reported for work after I came out from the doctor’s room. Even with more manpower, medication dispensing was super slow. Many patients are waiting and the staff just sat there and chit chat. Visit this clinic if you’d like to get rude services. Kudos to your extraordinary lousy service I have ever experienced in my entire life so far!

    If only I can give 0 star ..do not go there I paid $102 for 3 medicine and 1 min conclusion? I was so sick and went there after work. I went in the room to see the doctor when I started coughing he open the door and ask me to wait out side the reception will give me med like what the hell I paid $102 for this ? Moh and government do something worst clinic

    I went this clinic yesterday at 8:30am to see a doctor because I having on & off fever and body aches, runny nose. Symptoms of URTI, actually the after check-up I already do a swab test but I really want to double-confirm I hope must bring these staff to those courses how to handle and manage the patient. Front liner should be more friendly with smile 😊 from the clinic. I’m so worried to spread virus to other people’s. Firstly, i approach the clinic staff at the reception but omg 😳 I was shock because not approachable and very rude, no manners. People go to clinic because we’re not feeling well. But the way she approached me like I owe a big money to her. Instead like I will feel feeling better is getting more worst my sickness. *the summary! The last conversation with the doctor, he advise me to bring my own swab test and let the staff clinic supervise me, there’s no charges but if the swab test kit from clinic have charges at up to $60. I told the doctor, I will bring my own swab test kit. Because I have extra at home. The staff clinic ask me to come back at 10:30am. Instead taking bus go home, I take a cab 🚕 to make sure I don’t spread the virus 🦠 in public transport. Before at 10:30am take a cab again and I reached the clinic and I approach the clinic staff and give my IC card and inform her that I already bring my own swab test kit and staff clinic need to supervise me. But the staff clinic, start higher volume tone voice. Can’t even approach the patient nicely with good manners. Their both Indian staff, have 1 Chinese aunty but she quiet only and this Indian woman is very rude the way she talk to me. She told me, if you bring your swab test kit we will supervise you and any result just inform the doctor no charges. If you want to let us inform the MOH you need to pay $60 cash. Do you understand? I can’t believe that despite of dizzy, headache, unwell patient are totally sick 😷 going to this clinic and encounter these staff Indian staffs I’m will not getting better, my sickness will be getting more worse. I believe that staff clinic receptionist is must be more politely, friendly, kind, patience and comforters. Because all people go to the clinic is all not feeling well. Instead you very sarcastic and arrogant why you give the patient comfort with a nicely approaching in a way that you can help them to relieve the pain what patient feels. At least you can give them HUG of Comfort… End of the day, I take my IC and I go off… I don’t need this kind of service. I take a cab again, is it wasted my time to going back and wasted my money to taking cab, wasted my energy instead i resting. I hope must bring these staff to those courses how to handle and manage the patient. Front liner should be more friendly with smile 😊 I wish, the management’s will taking further action on this matter’s. So that, other patients will not encounter this 2 Indian staffs. Terrible service that i experienced. I also working as a front liner service but I don’t treated my customer or patient like that. Because try to wear they shoes, what do you feel?

    Need to double check your queue number. What they told you and what's inside the system is different. The old doctor issued wrong medication and will blame it on patient that the patient say wrongly when Clearly how can one issue flu n cough medicine for someone enter the room without flu or cough !? I guess anyone can decide what illness they want and just walk in to collect it.

    Horrible service for exorbitant prices. It would have been okay, had the service been at least passable, but no. The service here is beyond horrid. Utterly horrifying. Felt sick physically before I visited this clinic, and I felt horrible mentally after I visited this clinic that I actually cried for a good 30 minutes because of the treatment received. The two indian ladies at the counter were EXTREMELY unfriendly and curt in their responses, when I only asked to confirm. They are the worst staff I have ever met in my entire life. They were very condescending and smug in their replies. They had absolutely no manners since the moment I stepped in. I have never felt the need to leave google reviews because of a horrible service, but this clinic's service is the WORST, hands down. It is really bad. Doctor also lacked sympathy. Also, there's barely any consultation going on. He barely did anything. It's really not worth the consultation fee. You're better off visiting another clinic. Will not be coming back ever again. Feel so stupid to have spent so much money for horrible, and the lack of treatment. Edit: I just realised they never even gave me the cough syrup they charged me for. On top of that, I went to consult the doctor for a fever, but they charged me for a mouth gargle? LOL I am pretty sure I did not consult a dentist. $27 gone to them for free! Dishonest clinic.

    I experience sudden vomitting in the middle of the night while I was outside and sought help at this clinic that happened to be on my company insurance panel clinic. However, my Shenton app was locked out, and my login details were on my work laptop, which I didn't have with me. I try to nego by proposing to pay the full amount 1st and seek reimbursement later from my admin, the clinic declined. I had to take a cab back home to retrieve the login information from my work email and then cab back to the clinic for consultation.

    Lousiest clinic ever with the lousiest doctor with no work ethics. The young doctor doesnt seem to be interested at all. Abrupt and rude and were just trying to get things over and done with. Doesnt even show slightest empathy to his patient. A shame to call himself a doctor. Any animal is better than this idiot.

    Hi, I have my own personal experiences to share with the clinic management. I went to the clinic few times(night). At first, I was a bit upset with the Indian receptionist thinking that she's rude. But after few minutes of sitting there while waiting for my turn, I observed her and noticed she's not rude at all as I thought. She's busy with her overloaded patients. After realizing that, I went to talk to her. Actually she's really kind hearted and helpful staff. I would like to express my thanks to her for guiding me and a big thanks to the Clinic Management for appointing her as ur receptionist.God Bless U.

    The absolute worst doctor, so unprofessional. My mother has gastric and comes here often because of it and this morning she had experienced pain and went to visit this clinic only to realise that it was closed for lunch so she came back again for it to be closed again. Now we’re back and after consultation my mom came to me to share her unpleasant experience with the doctor. Apparently during the consult my mom she has gastric pain and so he went to go check only to say that my mom was “lazy” and said “this will be the last time I will give MC”. What doctor says that? He’s basically implying that my mom was lying lmao. My mom visits this clinic due to it being one of the clinics she can be paid back by her company. That explains all the bad reviews here. If you can, save yourself the time and pain from visiting this clinic for your sanity. Best believe that we’ll never step foot into this clinic ever.

    Clinic looks old and unhygienic. Receptionist/pharmacist spoke poorly with only 1-2 word replies. It seems like EVERY POOR REVIEW MENTIONED A SUPER SENIOR (OLD) DOCTOR. If you were consulted by this senior (gray hair) doctor, good luck to you because he is extremely skeptical about all his patients’ condition. He responds to his patients like we are just there for a free day off and speak to us like we are lying to him all the time. I mentioned about my regular backaches due to one of my leg being shorter than the other, as diagnosed by a chiropractor. This senior doctor told me not to believe the chiropractor unless there is X-ray. When I told him I have the X-ray in my phone to show him, he said it is too small to view. I told him he can zoom in, he just brushed me off and said if the chiropractor is right, I will be in pain all the time and said I don’t look like I got a strained back muscle like I claimed. He didn’t even believe what I said when I have X-ray to show him. So I can imagine the agony all other patients went through. I truly wonder how he sleeps at night being such a lousy practitioner and if his life would shorten with so many patients cursing him. PLEASE FOR GOODNESS SAKE, stop pasting the template to ask us to drop an email to enquiries@centralclinic to understand more and improve. Because if there are 300+ poor reviews here on Google yet nothing had changed and poor reviews continue to flood in. IT IS OBVIOUS THE MANAGEMENT DO NOT STRIVE TO IMPROVE AT ALL.

    Dr Ong Theng Sung was arrogant, unprofessional and unsympathetic. He not only insisted my condition was inaccurate but hinted that I’m making up the pain in my head. He labelled me delusional. When I headed to a specialist for a second opinion, she confirmed that I indeed had the diagnosis. Don’t bother wasting your time there, I lodged a complaint with MOH and on the Central Clinic site.

    Actually this reviews didn't worth for any star. I really hope that I won't see Dr Ong again in any of your clinic especially yishun branch, I had very awful experience on him several times, few months back when i had bad diarrhoea for few days, I've visited your yishun clinic and a young doctor diagnosed that I'm having stomach flu and gave me medicine, after 2 days I'm still having diarrhoea and I visit again your yishun clinic, and he can say that I'm totally ok and I didn't looks like diarrhoea coz my stomach DIDN'T SOUNDS LIKE diarrhoea, and he sarcastically saying if I keep claiming that I'm diarrhoea, he wont mind send me to specialist if I want. Today I'm having heavy flu and coughing, he asked me did I having covid infection before, I said I just recovered from covid 2 weeks ago, then he said recently I got a lot of MCs, I was thinking why he bothered so much I got MCs or not...? then he asked me how about July did I having Covid infection, I said July is my wife having covid infection, then he asked me why July I have 5 days URTI MC......Hello!!!! my wife having covid and doctor decided to give me 5 days URTI, so how I know why doctor give me 5 days URTI MC...??? Then he checked my throat and nose, he can say my nose VERY DRY....!!!!! I'M HAVING HEAVY FLU AND RUNNY NOSE, HE SAY MY NOSE VERY DRY....???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME...???? What he think I come clinic play play and wanna cheat for MC ah...? Please la, I go online to check his reviews, mostly all reviews complaint about him.

    The counter staff was really rude. You guys need a change of counter staff, the chinese aunty with glasses and short hair is so rude to all the patients. The Filipino staff is good. At least she talks politely. This is a customer service base jobs, do not let such people bring down your clinic ratings. Not worth it at all.

    Wish I could give negative star ugh. Brought my mum on 13 oct at around 9pm as she tested ART positive and was getting quite bad symptoms, so wanted to get some medicine to alleviate her high fever, chills and sore throat. After the diagnosis, Doc told us to return at 10.30am tomorrow morning, and we checked if we could come by earlier, doc said ok. So when we reached around 9am the following morning on 14 oct, the receptionist rudely informed us that “but ART only starts at 11am??” And told us to wait outside. Ok nvm. Then few mins later she comes out dressed in PPE and barks at my mum to sit at this poorly isolated corner and took the ART test “because she has high fever” (duh, if not why did we want to go earlier). When I stand at the side to take a look at the ART procedure, receptionist barks at me again without any clear instruction to “GO DO DECLARATION”. I was bewildered why were we being treated in this manner - my mum was sick, I was NOT being rude yet I kept getting barked at. When the ART test is over she barks loudly “YOUR MUM IS POSITIVE YA” like we didn’t already know that??? Then she saunters back behind the recept and barks again “YOU DECLARE ALREADY?” I retorted “you didn’t give any clear instructions how would I know?” And the recept after being retorted (lol no one say her before issit) proceeds to mutter something in her mother tongue to her colleague. Ya la scold or whatever nvm, but after I’m done with declaration there was NO INSTRUCTIONS from the recept at all except for a final bark “YOU CAN GO ALREADY LA!” We had wanted to request for my mum to be transferred to a quarantine hotel as we do not have a spare room with proper isolation facilities at home. When I called the MOH hotline, the lady mentioned that we could’ve requested at the clinic but guess what? I was told “YOU CAN ALREADY GO LA” by the nice and friendly recept. :) What a day. All we ask is some kindness, patience and being told in a professional manner what were the next steps. Staff cannot even control her temper and treated us like we were imbeciles. If it wasn’t even open 24h in the first place, we would’ve never even stepped in. Thanks for nothing other than a measly 3-day MC, 4 grab rides and a grisly warning for all to tell 🙄

    Personal experience to share here and hope the business owner, or someone may take necessary actions for improvement. First went to the counter at 9.30pm, was served by the Indian receptionist by ask for details, check in, price of consultation. The first impression through the way she talk could felt that she is not patient, unwilling to serve but it doesn’t matter the intention of visit was to get the treatment. Following, went to see the Chinese guy doctor and was telling him which part of the body uncomfortable and throughout halfway the doctor did some physical checkup. He asked a few questions and then to brushed off the entire consultation by telling to have further check up and refer to specialist, and not continue listen for the symptoms or findings. No medicine prescribed during the visit. Very impatient doctor as well. Right after, we went to KTPH as the body still felt uncomfortable and the doctor did a thorough check up, including blood and urine test. Several types of medicine being prescribed and consumed immediately. Both consultation fees about the same, but the difference is the treatment given to the patient and imagine someone has to deal and face with all these attitudes when he/she during extremely weak condition? The staff here doesn’t worth a star due to no medical ethics.

    The night doctor was EXTREMELY RUDE. Told him I just recovered from covid and had bad post covid conditions (rashes, cough and breathless). The doctor replied: "from the moment you step in till now, you never cough." 😐 The whole conversation turn out to be as if I am lying to pay $95 for the consultation fee. I never even request for MC, just wanna to get medication for condition. But the doctor is TOTALLY NOT WORTH for my time and money. I believe he doesnt fit to be a doctor as he do not understand how the patient feel.

    Horrible front desk nurses. Rude as hell. Do you really need to show faces and shout at patients? Absolutely atrocious service. I suggest the rest to boycott and don't bother coming. Even as a last resort, I do not recommend this clinic at all. Worst of the worst clinic I've ever visited

    Accompany my wife to clinic at around 10.30pm due to covid and needed MC and medication. Waited 2.5 hours and was told that they are unable to do ART due to no swabber. Was told to come back the next morning for ART test. When ask do we need to queue again the next day, was told by receptionist that need to take queue number again for ART test. Firstly, why was it not make know in the very beginning during registration and making patients to wait for 2.5 hours? And are you expecting a patient that are tested positive in ART to travel all the way down to your clinic for ART and getting members of public to get expose?

    Ever met very good doctor there, a senior-age doctor. But this Monday evening I had worse GP visit experience in Central 24 clinic Yishun. The queue system is messy, the visitor could skip the queue to see doctor earlier by talking to clinic assistant for not urgent case. The doctor’s consultation was perfunctory, only asked few questions outside clinic without any blood pressure throat and lung checking; also consulting 3 patients at the same time outside of clinic. The assistant’s attitude was very bad, she replied me “you can go to other clinic if you want to see doctor here” when i asked her why the patient queuing after me can consult doctor before me. The charge was very expensive as normal clinic hours. I will never go this clinic again.

    The Indian staff is racist. She only shows a good attitude and respect for the Malay and Indians, for the Chinese she just shows an annoying face. I already felt extremely uncomfortable and unwell but she was just so impatient with me. Such a horrible person. Idk why this kind of people still manages to become a nurse. Other than that the doctor is so useless I can even suspect that I got dengue but he just like what to say don't want to say, not even telling me to do a blood test and for girls plz be carefully the doctor as he like to touch. He suddenly touches my hand for pulse diagnosis but didn't comment anything and just say ok. So disgusting. If there's an option for me to rate negative stars I'll conform do that

    Very bad experience over here, i was the third customer over here after their dinner hour, waiting half an hour finally my turn to consult doctor. I told doctor that i tested positive for covid, doctor never do any test to double confirm and without give any advices, the consultation took less than 2 min . After consult doctor, it took me another 30 min in order to get my medicine.... Hello i am the third person not too much people in fornt of me also took so long, hard to imagine the people behind of me need to wait for how long. Slow speed and poor services

    Detoured to the clinic on my way back cos i was having diarrhoea and vomited. The senior aged doctor questioned if my diarrhoea was real cos “it was extremely calm” on my stomach. It is quite insensitive to question that as someone who really just expelled water out; both ways. Went back home to continue to puke and diarrhoea until late night. Too weak to work and no MC given.

    It been few years I had not visited the 24hr clinic. On 21st May 2023 I was feeling unwell i took my swab test at 15.28pm and tested positive. I reach the clinic at 15.45pm went to register I show my staff pass and they ask me for the E-Card. At the time I didn't bring my company phone so my wife had go back home to get my phone. Then I try to load the E-Card and ask my friend to assist me how to load the card till 16.30pm. I was so disappointed with the service it took almost 45min for me to register just for the E-Card. I just want to check with my IC and staff pass can't they check in the system and I have a record there before. Just FYI the past 3 years I been working in the facility in the hotel and I know how sick the patients is and check in them as soon as possible in the room. But for my experience on 21st May 2023 the service was very, very poor.

    Very bad experience with Dr Kay. I was down with sore throat and cough and was told to wait outside. After a while, Dr Kay came out and spoke to me for less than 3 mins. He didn’t even examine my throat. He prescribed a lot of meds and I left the clinic with them. The moment I stepped out, I realized I should have mentioned I was breastfeeding. The clinic assistant asked me to not give breastmilk to my baby. She didn’t even want to change my meds. When I insisted, Dr Kay appeared impatient and he started to scold me for not mentioning . I apologised as it was my mistake, but he continued on. I was the only patient so he wasn’t even overwhelmed! Very bad experience as compared to other locum doctor.

    Went down to this clinic as its under my panel of clinics for my company. Neck was swollen and painful. Dr Ong Theng Sung was the Dr that day. Didn't even inspect anything, just said it was muscle ache, and said he'll prescribe some painkillers and muscle relaxant cream. As I've allergy to NSAIDS, I asked if I can use my own as I know most cream contains NSAIDS and he sarcastically said 'if your cream worked you won't be here to see me.' In the first place, if taking painkillers worked, I won't even be wasting my time to go see him. At collection point for medicine, I reminded the nurse that I've allergy to NSAIDS in which she replied 'oh you should have told me earlier.' Is that my job or your job to ask each and every patient if they have any allergies? And then she proceeded to bring the cream in to ask the Dr if I can use it, only to come back out and tell me that cream contains NSAIDS so I can't use if I've allergy to NSAIDS. If I didn't reminded her that I've an allergy, I'd have brought the cream home to apply and god knows what will have happened to me. Allergies to medicine is not a joking matter and it can cause death. I'll be bringing this matter up to relevant higher authorities. This guy here is not fit to be a doctor.

    PLEASE BELIEVE all the bad reviews! My husband was sick and waited for 2 solid hours ended up having to cancel his queue becos the “clever” doctor chose vaccinating people over sick patients! Avoid this clinic at all cost.

    Poor environment poor service! A couple of visits already before I realised that the counter staffs are generally lacking the correct attitude in a clinic, not trying to seek attention while being unwell but the rudeness was not expected. It was pretty crowded on my last visit was told currently no doctor only would be available in 1 hour, why not open only when doctor is available least the sick don't need to wait unnecessarily or make double trips

    Went in past 10pm, there was no one waiting before us but still was told to wait, I had a lump on my neck that the doctor failed to identify and claimed that there was nothing wrong and was normal. At first when the symptoms was mentioned he claimed that it was a sore throat (as i mentioned it was painful to swallow) but after checking he said that it was normal which contradicts what he said in the first place. He wanted to end the consultation not even 5 mins in and did not even address the vomiting and headache concerns i had, when bringing it up again he said he is unsure/don't know? And suggested to come back for a blood test at the clinic THE NEXT DAY.(no doubt to give more money to the already expensive consultation fee).Even though i already was feeling faint and nauseous. ended the night paying $160.00 with medication and left with no conclusions on what are the causes for my symptoms. These doctors should have given more in-depth checks and not just go through the routine to conclude there's nothing wrong.

    Rude woman at the counter. If she hates dealing with people so much, she does not deserve this job. She’s better off holding a broom and cleaning the entire clinic. Came to register for consultation, but was brushed off as it’s closed for cleaning at 5pm. Misleading to say that it’s a 24 hour clinic. Charged nearly a $100 for the visit, really taking financial advantage of the fact that they are the only one “open” at odd hours. Don’t waste your time and money here. For medical emergencies, avoid this clinic (literally at all cost) and take a cab to the nearest hospital clinic. If you are in pain, at least you will have a kind smile and a gentle beside manner from the doctors.

    Came on 5 Dec 2021 at pm. Was ignored by the Indian receptionist lady as I waited in front of her behind the counter. She spoke with her thick India Indian accent thru a facemask to THE COMPUTER instead of facing me. I hv to ask her to REPEAT EVERY SENTENCE. Terrible attitude. And she had the audacity to complain to the older Chinese lady colleague pointing and gesturing at me. I explained to the older lady the issue, while the Indian receptionist continued to interrupt and argue. The patient before me nodded that it was the same terrible attitude. Informed the locum lady doctor who came 630pm but she was not interested. Don't come here unless you hv no alternative.

    Very bad experience with this clinic. Keep on pushing patients out to come to next operation timing, but when I came at the specific time, they pushed me to come to another operational timing. This keeps on happening to me every time I visit the clinic and they never answer their calls when I want to make an enquiry on the operational time. This is definitely not a 24hr clinic.

    Very rude clinical staff it was clearly she was sleeping while on duty but she claim the clinic is not open and the doctor will only be in after 9am and chase me away as she is doing (cleaning). I wouldn’t have make my trip here if this is not my company doctor. Locum doctor even worst I told him I was Covid positive and he just told me it is ok I will give you medication and you can wait outside without checking other things

    The consultation process is very quick. However, I feel the doctor is quite inexperienced. The lozenges and mouthwash he gave is totally not helpful at all. My throat is still in pain today. He doesn't even bother to check my body temperature. When I reach home, I realized I have fever, but don't have any fever medication prescribed :(

    The Dr Consult was very professional but I can't say that of the reception service. The CRM is below expectations and I don't think I will visit the clinic again. It's important to onboard your front office personnel with the correct performance standards. Also continued monitoring and assessment is necessary to maintain the standard of service. I felt like I just walked in a wet market stall and trying to buy fish.

    Consultation fees is $115 if u see the doctor after 12am, its crazy i had never heard of anything like this for a 24hrs clinic in the neighbourhood. How in the world do u justified for a $115 bucks consultation fees? I asked the nurse and she said due to running cost! Pls pls avoid this crazy low review clinic if ur illness is not serious!     Worst clinic I ever went to. The toilet is unhygienic & DIRTY. The queue system is messed up & the OLD MAN suppose to be retired already doctor is the worst. His expertise is so bad that he needs to go recourse on his skills. He acted as though he knows what’s best & when you tell him your problem that you’re facing, he ignored. The OLD MAN should just enjoy his retirement, seriously. The staff there were inexperience also. Really gonna be my last time coming here, it cost so EXPENSIVE just for this run down clinic. If you all don’t believe, you can see other Google review about this place, don’t even bother to come.

    Firstly, this clinic charges really high consultation price on public holidays. I understand u don't get your holidays and it's 24hours, but most clinics are not open and not everyone can afford your ridiculously high charge. Min of $90. Secondly, they tried to outsell their medicines, I got so many unnecessary medicines that I don't need and charged a lot. Originally I was charged $194. Then after I checked all the medicines and removed all that I don't need, I was charged $144. Ridiculous! Lastly, the front desk ladies are snobbish especially the chinese lady. They were not happy when I removed all the unnecessary medicines too. In conclusion, don't charge your patients too high. People do fall sick on public holidays, and we are not rich to spent 2-3x more just to see the doctor. Seems like this more like a business to you, then thinking of the people.

    Very disappointed with their overall service. I had a bad food poisoning and what the doctor did was to check my stomach and give me lots of medication. He didn’t even check my temperature, didn’t ask if I need jab, didn’t ask if I needed mc, didn’t check if I allergic to any drug. Worst clinic I ever been to. If not because of emergency, I wouldn’t have been there. 😠😠 nothing was fix! Avoid the very old senior male doctor at all cost!!!

    A clinic that is not worth visiting. Nurse on duty was extremely rude. My sister was already ill but nurse was impatient and asked the same question twice in a rude tone when she already answered her. Doctor can’t even answer simple queries. It is as good as the visitation was simply useless. Doctor was simply trivialising the matter and was not helping. MC was only given upon requested till the end of the visit despite being severely ill. Same three patients have yet to take their medication after a long waiting time. Highly recommend all patients to visit other clinics instead if possible because the visit was completely useless.

    Visited the clinic on 22/01/24 at around 11.30pm. Waiting time is acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was the professionalism of the receptionist (nurse on duty) 1.) She mentioned the wrong consultation fee. She told us it's $95 but it should be $85 as it's on a weekday evening before midnight. 2.) She gave us the wrong medication. She gave my son prospan cough syrup instead of the lozenges the doctor prescribed. We noticed the mistake and she immediately changed the medication. 3.) When we asked her if the antibiotics (powder form in a bottle) that's prescribed needs to be refrigerated, she said no. When we got home, we had a look at the label and (please keep refrigerated) was in bold. I don't think these mistakes should be made for the safety of the patient. Imagine if the patient is an elderly or a foreign worker who isn't proficient in English. Please relook in this

    Worst experience I had at this clinic and definitely will never visit nor recommend this clinic to anyone. Doctor at consultation room 1 (male, Chinese, middle age above) treats patients with super arrogant, rude attitude. If he does not have heart to consult, shouldn't be a doctor. Patients are not visiting clinic to take this doctor's poor treatment. I am reading so many bad reviews on him now and wonder why he still holds position.

    Plsss don't think to go this terrible clinic , the worst doctor I met ever , never try to listen what patient says, never do consulting and take the consulting fee , give the medicines anyhow and charges very expensively.The young and skinny doctor, he may think everyone come for MC.     I have consulted the Doctor for blood test , after they took the blood result the staff told me that they make a call within 5 days to collect the result . I had been waited for more than 2 weeks and no one called . After 2 weeks I go there and collect the blood test result , the staff told me that I have to see doctor because of abnormal value of my blood result. I am surprised how come they never call the patient even they know that the patient need attention immediately. Client care is very very poor ... Still I wondering Singapore have such a clinic ...!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This clinic is the worst of worst ever. Front Counter: bad attitude and living in they're own world, let patients wait for registration and keep on talking and laughing. Secondly doctor: having a serious attitude problem, ask me what happen, after telling him he just brushing off my problem like just entertaining me. What kind of clinic is this.     I felt frustrating toward the Indian receptionist. I was called to clinic to understand my wife's blood test result, however the rude women at the counter rejected to explain and keep telling me that she has explained to my wife, not need to explain to me again. The Indian receptionist doesn't worth a star due to no medical ethics. I hope the management can take it as a serious issue and improve it. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

    Beyond mediocre experience. The last thing you would expect is to be cured at this clinic because the doctors and nurses have zero concern about the well-being of the patients. I came in to the clinic with cough and fever and after registering was immediately told to wait outside in the 36 degree weather for 3 hrs... I get that they may be precautionary due to covid but it’s definitely a wrong way to treat a sick patient whether they have covid or not. Anyone who was sick would’ve gotten even more sick with those conditions. And after waiting for such a long time, the doctor only asked 2 questions and issued me an mc...

    Very rude receptionist and the doctor also backing up his staff even though she is rude. Took my photo without my permission even I says she is rude. When I wanted to take her pic, the doctor came up and say I cause a disturbance and wanted to call the police and ask me to stay put. Why must I stay put and listen to the rude people. We just exchange verbal communication but end up she took my pic and make herself as a victim.     The worst clinic I have ever went in my life!!! Wanted to do the pre-travelling ART test last night at around 11pm plus, but this auntie nurse in specs told me that there was no swabber available although she is qualified to do so. So she told me to come back at 1am to do the test as it is usually packed with patients at that hour. Ironically, there were only 2 patients ahead of me. Reason given was, she needs to clear all her existing patients for the night before she can do the test for me. So what does she trying to imply? She is treating all patients who go to her clinic to do the test are covid positive??? Without hesitation, I left without doing it and went to do the test this morning at another M clinic at Northpoint instead. Everything was smooth and settled within 30 mins.

    Well, looking at the constant flow of 1 star reviews given to this clinic, results from the public eye have shown you, the recently attended patients, or ‘fishes’ in their eyes, the fact that the staff and doctors show no remorse nor seek any form of improvement. I know very well, because I left the premises today at approx. 1800hrs after being taunted by Brandon who claimed he was a staff there. As one that claimed to be a staff there, he denied all form of knowledge to any contacts to which I could provide a feedback. After a short conversation with Brandon it was clear that such a disrespectful and immature staff should not be speaking to any potential patient moving forward, unless he wish to tarnish the already embarrassing reputation of The Central 24-HR Clinic (Yishun).

    It was my first time to this clinic. Dr Ong was in attendance. The medicines given by Dr Ong were of good quality and had certainly improved my bad flu condition. Will visit him again when I next fall ill. The Indian receptionist also had good attitude. Will visit this clinic again.

    Do not go to this clinic. Came for allergies. Never even asked further what happened. Straight away launched into why he thinks i had the allergy. Also told him about my recurring backache and he told me I do not know how to excercise and proceeded to show me how to excercise. Made me do the exercise when Ive already told him my back was aching! Also told me im sitting there looking comfortable. I think he needs to stop being a doctor. Cause its not about the patient at all. Its all about him. At least just now I waa sick but with money in my pocket. Now Im still sick with an added heart pain from talking to this dr and a hole in my pocket. No empathy at all!

    the place kind of run down. a refurbish reno for the clinic would be good. the glass are stick up with lot of messy posters. Also while it say 24 Hours but will be closed during lunch and dinner. didn't show its actual timing to see Doctor. the doctor are friendly. if really no other choice then go there. car parking is convenient. you might want to chill inside KFC next door.

    First time I visited this clinic as my regular clinic was closed on Sundays. I’m under Great Eastern Supreme Insurance and showed them my E card after seeing doctor . The staffs said my policy was not in their systems and I have to pay cash first . My family members were under this policy and had no problems when visiting this clinic. Clearly they staffs are not well trained for members under this scheme . Very bad experience as I had to explained that it’s a valid E card but they could only insist there was no record . Please look into this matter and train your staffs who are not aware of this scheme for first timers here .

    Visited the clinic on 24/8 around 7pm. Told doctor I was feeling dizzy, headache and a bit breathless after a day in the sun while working. Doctor is very insensitive and rude to tell me is it that I come and want mc. I told him I needed medication and a day rest for the following day because I had past experience of such symptoms lasting till the following day. He rejected my request for mc by saying that all I need is a good night rest and I'll be fine the next day just by judging that my skin wasn't red from the exposure of the sun. I do not doubt the doctor's judgement but all I need is a day's rest in case I'm still feeling the effects. The impression that the doctor gave me was that he is judgemental, probably due to his years of experience. But as a professional doctor, he could at least display some form of compassion rather than brushing me off. Hope he can reflect on his behaviors and actions. Please reach out to me if you are sincere in improving. I don't deal with robot replies .

    Both husband and I got bitten by our house cat while trying to stop a cat fight. Our wounds became swollen hence we came here at 9pm to get this treated, waited 1.5hours, seen the doc and was eventually referred to A&E instead as the doc insisted they can't do treatment there. With the referral letters and mild wound cleaning, we were charged $166 for 2. At the A&E I was questioned why the clinic doc didn't treat us instead. A very puzzling and not exactly pleasant experience.

    To my utmost surprise, I actually had a decent consultation today at central 24 clinic’s Yishun branch with a doctor who... cares!! *gasp* And I have never, ever, ever had felt a tinge of professionalism from any of their “Doctors” before nationwide. The doctor on duty today was Doctor Gordon, a really young chap and I thought oh here we go again, an in-n-out consultation, fingers snapped, ok I’ll give you some Panadol , done, who’s next, all within 30 seconds with an indifferent doctor. He threw me away by surprise by actually properly doing his job and providing me with a complete consultation and detailed advice. Maybe I’m just lucky today, maybe I caught the doctor at a great mood. But a compliment is due when they should be.

    this clinic should not exist, i had a minor ache in my shoulder and requested for mc to rest. the doctor gave me medication as if i tore my whole muscle off. When i requested for no medication he said cannot take mc without medication, i was charged $104 for an ache in my shoulders. Do not go to this clinic.

    long waiting time for medications despite few patients. staff were chit chatting and taking own sweet time to settle the patients. putting one patient outside clinic waiting too long for swab test. one of the worst clinics i have been to ever.

    Visited to check on red eye, doctor insisted I was fine. Could have gone blind listening to the doctor. Went another clinic and was diagnosed with Shingles (herpes zoster ophthalmicus) causing red eye.

    I called and told the receptionist that I needed to see the doctor cos I was feeling quite sick. She told me raised her voice at me and told me she’s very busy, she’ll be closing this session soon, and that I would need to wait 1-2 hours. I asked when it’ll reopen for the next session cos I really need to see a doctor, and she hung up on me.

    THE WORST CLINIC EVER. my mum visited the clinic due to her vomiting & dizziness. my sister accompany my mum there. but the lady at the counter is being rude to both my sister & mum when they ask her a question. even the medicines she never write down "before or after food" that my sister had to ask her & write down herself at home. after they went home & told us their experiences then we check their review online. then we realised how bad it is. if it wasnt last minute & we check beforehand, we wouldnt even want to go there. i guess this is the last time.

    The doctor have been asking the same question to my mum over and over again.. my mum is vomiting and feeling giddy, can't even walk properly. The doctor keep repeating the same question and look clueless of what medicine to give. Ended up mum is vomiting in the room, inside plastic bag and while she vomiting, doctor still asking her question.. If your illness is quite serious, I suggest this clinic not suitable

    Wouldn’t even rate a star but there’s no other choice. Went to this clinic with no other choice as this was the only clinic that’s open 24/7 and near my place. Went in to the reception in the middle of the night , the Indian receptionist wasn’t patient even though there was only one patient in the clinic. The receptionist told us to go to KTPH’s A&E even before consulting the doctor 🤷🏻‍♂️ , we are here to seek professional advise… And we went ahead and consult the doctor , during the doctor’s consultation, he said that there’s nothing he can do and advise us to go to the hospital instead. The Chinese young doctor was nice enough to say he will not charge us for the consultation fee because he couldn’t do anything to help our case and he told the reception to waive it off and this is when things start to turn ugly. She insisted on telling us to pay even though the doctor said it’s ok to waive it off. Even if the doctor told us that we have to pay, we are fine to do so. But the receptionist was blabbering about her having to answer to her boss about it… Come on, you’re here as a receptionist and you don’t even have the basic service towards the patients and yet no empathy at all. I understand that she might be having a rough night but she still ought to be as professional as possible for her job especially when there are patients whom ain’t feeling so well and is in great pain. Before leaving the clinic , I told her politely again , it’s ok I’ll pay for it and she said loudly “it’s ok I’ll just waive it and I’ll just let my boss know about it” 🤦🏻‍♂️

    I went to your Yishun clinic on 27/12/2021 15:00~16:00 and encountered a bad experience. I went in for registration and waited about 15 minutes in front of the counter. 3 staffs were inside looking at their own things and ignored me. After a long waiting time, i voiced out & Jenny approached me with a bad attitude and shouted at me saying that i got the wrong form & slammed my documents on the table. She insulted me using my nationality (Malaysian) infront of other patients. I came back with the correct documents within 10 minutes, nobody assist me still. Until i voiced out again, there was some miscommunications between the work pass renewal blood test. Saying that the blood test station will be closed after 2pm. Then there was a drag of time for confirmation due to their lack of knowledge. A series of checks which could be done in 10 minutes was extended till 1 hour due to your receptionist's lack of knowledge, attittude & unprofessionalism. Hope you can look into this matter seriously. I have seen the google review. It is as bas as my experience.

    Went for a persistent sore throat and doc only bothered to take a look at my throat when I requested. Initially simply had a swab by the nurse and was brushed off by doc saying will prescribe me lozenges. After waiting for 1.5 hrs. Lol then might as well go buy lozenges and do self ART then? Not sure whether got value add...

    Worst night doctor ever. Dont deserve any star. Paid $140 for an old should be retired doctor to speak less than 10 words, using ancient torchlight that needed to be knocked a few times before it works. And less than 2 minutes. And worst of all, no medication or treatment given for the visible pass on my daughter's toe. He just said, go hospital.

    One counter girl was rather rude. She has to be understanding n caring as pple come to clinic are usually not well. Place looks dirty n not hygienic. Doctor not very friendly and does not want to communicate much with customer. I don't think I will go again as it scared me and I find not comfortable.

    Was seen by a senior aged doctor and I had a 39.3 deg fever at that time but he gave me this and paracetamol. Instructions given was to take this, 3 hrs later if I still have fever, to take paracetamol. But it did not work. My fever was still going on strongly the next day. Went to KTPH A&E and the doctor told me that GP gave me buprofen dosage that was meant for kids... -.- Are you serious?? I could have been cured way faster.

    Worst experience ever in the first 10mins of my walk-in. On 2nd July 4am, I walked into the clinic because I was stung by a sea creature in the afternoon and my toe started swelling. When I entered, there was no one at the counter. After about 5mins, an Indian lady shouted from the back of the clinic that she was coming out. When she came out, she did the usual process of getting my details and she kept stressing about the $140 charges. I told her about 3 - 4 times that I was fine with it. Then I told her about my symptoms and instead of having urgency, she said.."if doctor refers you to Hospital you still must pay $140." After I agreed, she went into the doctors room and said that there is a patient. The doctor then gave a loud Yawn and Sigh.. I immediately walked out and went to Unihealth clinic which was the best decision and experience I had. It was also alot cheaper and the doctor was very professional. Next time just go to Unihealth, its a 2mins drive away. Please do not ask me to reach out to you. If you want, you can reach out to me.

    Patients should not be charged additional $90 dollar consultation fee for follow up visit just after 2 days, explained that due to new symptom, but for kids always starting from fever, first time see doctor only stomach pain, then slowly starting diarrhoea. Spent total more than 300 dollar for two times seeing doctor for my kid. Rather go KK directly.

    I came on sat, 26 Aug at 11pm to see Dr for my sudden allergy. Came here as it near to home & it save time from waiting. Was given 2 types of allergy medicine & calamine lotion which works on me. It been 3rd day and i still have mild rashes here & there on body. Glad to rem we have a 24hr clinic nearby. Thank you for solving my health concern. It important to have such clinic opening at night in time of emergency.

    My experience with the clinic yesterday was at best unsatisfactory. The receptionists were not very welcoming. I did not have a mask with me and when I asked for one they gave me a N95 one!! They were abrupt when informing me that the consultation was higher and if I was ok with it. They did not bother to explain why. Since there was no patient, I got to see the doctor very fast. The doctor was also very abrupt. He took less than 3 minutes to consult. Pretty expensive considering I had to pay more than $60 for it. He told me I had Achilles tendinitis and he would be giving me a rub and pain killer. And asked if I wanted to be referred to polyclinic for physiotherapy or specialist. I wanted neither. No advice on how I should take care of my foot and etc. I had to read up from internet. If I knew that it would be so simple I could have bought some over the counter pain killers. Why bother to pay $114 for it.

    Very helpful staff and doctor. Both my wife and I prefer coming to this clinic even though there are quite a few in our vicinity. The doctor way of diagnosing is very other different from other GPs. He spends time asking probing questions before taking action. An approach I haven't seen in a while.

    I bring my daughter to the clinic for open wound. (17/09/23) She was struggling very badly, but doctors keep calm and carried on with the glue process. Doctors can be more active and kids friendly. The administrator was very knowledgeable and able to help out with queries.

    Fast & efficient if no patient including lesser waiting time to see doctor and medicine. Less than 10min in total. Clinic needs proper renovation. Do not visit between 12pm-1pm and 4.45pm-6.30pm, as receptionist claimed cleaning which I didn't see any and the toilet stenched too. Having said that, 24hrs still a consolation.

    Relatively an okay experience. Front counter staff told me wrong Q number and it was quite messy towards the end as they were confused which patient is which and almost gave me the wrong medication but I clarified with them in the end so all is well. I did not encounter any negative attitude from the front counter staff, unlike prev reviews, however I believe it really depends on how sensitive you are as a person and what you categorise as “rude behaviour”. It is a 24HR clinic after all and it is understandably so that they do not have a lively and vibrant mood after hours of working. What would be better, however, is if they have a more systematic way of handling the Q so they would not mixed up which patient is which.

    Good experience even though I visit for the second time since I am still not well. To my surprise, the Dr and staff never once showed me faces or asked me not to come back, unlike my experience in other clinics. It would be great to reduce the consultation a little bit lower. Thank you

    I was very quite disappointed the staff at the counter , I have 2 times experience there, it at night time around 10+pm I went to see Doctor, the counter staff not helpful enough and can show their face like not happy, the nurse counter tell me the Q no is too soft that I can't heard, I ask the nurse what is the Q no again, she ignore me then I angry and ask again what Q no, she shouted at me say 18. At night all the counter India are really not helpful and rude, pls take note. I saw they treat other patient the same thing also. For me I don't think I will go there again.

    The doctor we visited is not friendly, his face showed impatient, no any emotion. after a checking up, never said anything, but said you could go. When i asked what medcination he gave, he said nurse would tell us. It is really a very disappointed and very uncomfortable experience. My father is very worried about his health, but the doctor didn't give us any advice.

    One of the worst if not the worst clinic I have ever been. Doctors are unprofessional, rude and unfriendly. We go to see doctor cos we are sick but after seeing the doctor at this clinic , I felt more sick. No empathy for patients. This old man doctor made me go home to take my ART kit to test in front of him but later rejected my fainted line result as negative . Crappy!

    Younger Indian female counter staff gave me a good 5-10 minutes of lecturing about not forgetting to bring mask and will cause doctor to become bankrupt, when I rushed to the clinic with my toddler with high fever. Elderly Chinese male doctor is good, my toddler was calm when consulting him. Will only visit if there is no other choice…

    Doctor is friendly during my this visit (Friday, 2 Feb between 3-4pm). During our previous visits, at many times, we (my family members) encountered rude and unfriendly doctors. Not detailed and didn’t answer to our questions asked. So we seldom visit to this clinic. Many of our colleagues staying in Yishun encountered the same issues too. We even feedback to our company HR.
