I
went
this
clinic
yesterday
at
8:30am
to
see
a
doctor
because
I
having
on
&
off
fever
and
body
aches,
runny
nose.
Symptoms
of
URTI,
actually
the
after
check-up
I
already
do
a
swab
test
but
I
really
want
to
double-confirm
I
hope
must
bring
these
staff
to
those
courses
how
to
handle
and
manage
the
patient.
Front
liner
should
be
more
friendly
with
smile
😊
from
the
clinic.
I’m
so
worried
to
spread
virus
to
other
people’s.
Firstly,
i
approach
the
clinic
staff
at
the
reception
but
omg
😳
I
was
shock
because
not
approachable
and
very
rude,
no
manners.
People
go
to
clinic
because
we’re
not
feeling
well.
But
the
way
she
approached
me
like
I
owe
a
big
money
to
her.
Instead
like
I
will
feel
feeling
better
is
getting
more
worst
my
sickness.

The
last
conversation
with
the
doctor,
he
advise
me
to
bring
my
own
swab
test
and
let
the
staff
clinic
supervise
me,
there’s
no
charges
but
if
the
swab
test
kit
from
clinic
have
charges
at
up
to
$60.
I
told
the
doctor,
I
will
bring
my
own
swab
test
kit.
Because
I
have
extra
at
home.
The
staff
clinic
ask
me
to
come
back
at
10:30am.
Instead
taking
bus
go
home,
I
take
a
cab
🚕
to
make
sure
I
don’t
spread
the
virus
🦠
in
public
transport.
Before
at
10:30am
take
a
cab
again
and
I
reached
the
clinic
and
I
approach
the
clinic
staff
and
give
my
IC
card
and
inform
her
that
I
already
bring
my
own
swab
test
kit
and
staff
clinic
need
to
supervise
me.
But
the
staff
clinic,
start
higher
volume
tone
voice.
Can’t
even
approach
the
patient
nicely
with
good
manners.
Their
both
Indian
staff,
have
1
Chinese
aunty
but
she
quiet
only
and
this
Indian
woman
is
very
rude
the
way
she
talk
to
me.
She
told
me,
if
you
bring
your
swab
test
kit
we
will
supervise
you
and
any
result
just
inform
the
doctor
no
charges.
If
you
want
to
let
us
inform
the
MOH
you
need
to
pay
$60
cash.
Do
you
understand?
I
can’t
believe
that
despite
of
dizzy,
headache,
unwell
patient
are
totally
sick
😷
going
to
this
clinic
and
encounter
these
staff
Indian
staffs
I’m
will
not
getting
better,
my
sickness
will
be
getting
more
worse.
I
believe
that
staff
clinic
receptionist
is
must
be
more
politely,
friendly,
kind,
patience
and
comforters.
Because
all
people
go
to
the
clinic
is
all
not
feeling
well.
Instead
you
very
sarcastic
and
arrogant
why
you
give
the
patient
comfort
with
a
nicely
approaching
in
a
way
that
you
can
help
them
to
relieve
the
pain
what
patient
feels.
At
least
you
can
give
them
HUG
of
Comfort…
End
of
the
day,
I
take
my
IC
and
I
go
off…
I
don’t
need
this
kind
of
service.
I
take
a
cab
again,
is
it
wasted
my
time
to
going
back
and
wasted
my
money
to
taking
cab,
wasted
my
energy
instead
i
resting.
I
hope
must
bring
these
staff
to
those
courses
how
to
handle
and
manage
the
patient.

I
wish,
the
management’s
will
taking
further
action
on
this
matter’s.
So
that,
other
patients
will
not
encounter
this

Indian
staffs.
Terrible
service
that
i
experienced.
I
also
working
as
a
front
liner
service
but
I
don’t
treated
my
customer
or
patient
like
that.
Because
try
to
wear
they
shoes,
what
do
you
