    Oh dear. I didn't know whether I should add to the plethora of incredibly negative reviews... Would it make a difference? What is this medical clinic thinking? Why wouldn't they try to do better given the repeatedly dire feedback? It really beggars belief. My husband went in the other day and a doctor with long hair did not bother greeting him and was very flippant with regards to his concerns and kept looking at his computer screen. Clinically we have no complaint but the GP did not offer my husband any pain relief. We were still concerned so we found another GP several days later and without asking, he offered pain relief. I hope the GP reads these reviews and does better in future. As patients, we can be very worried and nervous, and a caring, responsive doctor can make all the difference. All GPs should be also cultivating a good, long term relationship with their patients - that is just good practice. I used to be a role-player for medical students in Australia and I'm afraid I would not be giving this doctor a passing mark.

    Would rate this clinic negative if i could Staff was rude, 110% effort to be unfriendly. This is the worse experience I've had at a clinic. My goodness. Please don't come here and i hope they close down

    First time here and wanted to get my finger checked as I got a minor injury from my workplace and needed to check on it just to be sure everything was fine. Staffs were normal (not friendly nor rude). Was consulted by a doctor with long hair, he came out from another door and looked really untidy and was slamming the door. Went into the room when number was called, first question from the doctor was "what is your problem or what is your issue or questions similar to questioning like why am I here". As per what other reviews had mentioned, doctor was very sarcastic and didn't have any hospitality at all. Not sure why they're still working in this field if they don't wish to have patients. Wouldn't have went to this clinic if I knew my way at Bedok. Went there because I didn't had any choice but was treated and questioned like a criminal. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

    Staff (Indian girl) not helpful at all... The slim Chinese seem helpful but not in a "helpful" way... This clinic is registered under MHC, if they use the IC number they would able to find out whether a person is under the company insure under MHC but they refused to do so, not sure are they lazy or, cos other "big" clinics are able to do that if u, for some reason, not able to login to the MHC App to produce the "card" ... Guess the management must step up to do something bout it even thou is the "procedure" (they called it) but still... look at others clinics, they take the trouble just to enter the IC number into the system to check, which in term I don't see any trouble at all...

    Female receptionist was rude and impolite when I told her symptoms, as though she wasn't interested in serving me at all. The doctor who has a ponytail and unkempt hair was slouching and just went through the motion of asking the usual questions. He was listless and seemed like he couldn't wait for work to end. He didn't even seem to care about my health. Before I left, he just gave a nonchalant 'bye'. Both doctor and receptionist have really bad attitude. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic at all!

    I rarely write reviews but I am writing this so that people can make better informed decisions. Please avoid this clinic as much as you can. My mum was having stomach flu symptoms and needed to see a doctor urgently. Since it was a Sunday night when most of the clinics were closed, we decided to visit this clinic. The long hair doctor was very unprofessional and rude. He didn't even bother to check properly or listen to understand my mother's symptoms. He also sarcastically told my mother to visit A&E since she made it sounded so serious. No conclusion on whether it was stomach flu or food poisoning. Almost $200 for such a horrible experience. The waiting time to see doctor and getting medications was really long. My advice would be, if you are feeling very unwell, A&E may be the better option. Perhaps the real reason why A&E is getting crowded is because of the quality of such clinics. With so many bad reviews, I hope MOH would look into this clinic.

    The clinic is always saturated with people, given the 24hr nature of the business & the fact that it's located in Bedok central area. Not sure how many locum doctors they have but I believe I have seen 2 or 3 different docs. The consultations are short & straight to the point, so don't expect lengthy conversations. Even though short, one of the docs gave me the exact medications I needed without me asking & I liked that he's knowledgeable. No, he's not the infamous long-haired doc u all mentioned lol. The only time it became a bother for me was when I went there & was told that they weren't operating 24hrs that day, without giving me any reason why & was referred to their Hougang branch, which I didn't visit. The staffs were ok, but can a little too busy to entertain your questions cos the queue can form until outside the clinic, but they weren't rude or anything. They are a small clinic operating quite non-stop 24 hrs, so don't expect star treatment & try to be very patient with the overworked staffs. If u just require basic consultation & meds outside the normal hours, and don't mind the small place & long waiting time, this clinic still does its job —Touch & go. But if u need a doc who could spare u some time to elaborate your ailments & tailor your medications, they are not for u. I have never really visited late night, only weekends & evenings so can't comment on their night staff yet.

    I've just read up the reviews and quite shocked that the company doesn't bother about the negative reviews were rated for them nor to have self reflection for all the bad experiences. I've walked into the clinic together with another lady. The lady told the staff she wanted to change all her coins to notes. The staff ignored me and proceeded with her request which wasn't seeking for a treatment. Another staff appeared from the back office and told me that come back 2 hours later including to those had made the appointments and disappeared (as a result patient needs to re-visit and to pay a higher consultation fees, evening charges) which wasn't patient mistakes. I would appreciate if they behave professional, patients are feeling under the weather hence they seek for a treatment patient. Nevertheless, I've no issues with the professionalism provided by the doctors in this clinic. The work ethics provided by the counter clinic staffs need to be address. Today wasn't the first time I experienced the unpleasant service but this time I decided to pen it down.

    I would rate zero star if given a choice. I was tested covid+ on 15th August night with chill and could hardly walk and was accompanied by my friend to consult doctor. The long hair doctor was watching soccer on youtube and seems unhappy as I had kind of distracted him. He nonchalantly asked the purpose of my consultation and all the while, his eyes were glued on the computer screen watching soccer matches instead of looking at me. He asked me to return the following day to perform ART swab but I told him I have done mine and even brought my test kit to show him. He shows no empathy as I told him I could hardly walk and is feeling the worst symptoms of covid19. Not discounting the fact the covid patient also suffer from muscle-ache, he use his stethoscope and press hard on my back and chests to "listen" for my breathing to the extent that my body tilted each time he pressed on my body, all within less than a sec. I didn't know covid patient breathe that fast. He prescribed 5 days mc and as I told him I was feeling well on the day (before i was tested C+) and went for work and it is just one hour away from midnight 12am, I asked whether if he can start the mc from 16th August onwards but he refused and asked me to return to extent mc if I haven't recover after the four days of mc (first day is already redundant). I called my HR the following day to report sick and thank god I didn't buy this unethical doctor theory. I was told that according to MOH guidelines, the presentation of positive ART test kit is sufficient to warrant additional rest days if necessary and there is no need to consult doctor to get mc for this. It was very unprofessional and unscrupulous of this doctor to behave in this manner and the medical council of Singapore should look into this. His attitude is very unbecoming of a doctor and he is just profit orientated. Please boycott this clinic at all cost!

    As the reviews here convey, please skip this clinic at all costs. My husband and I were there last night as I had a sudden bout of symptoms similar to the stomach flu. The long haired doctor was atrociously rude, unpleasant and seemingly not confident in his practice. Nobody there bothered to take my temperature and after repeatedly telling him I was running a fever, he then ordered the front staff to come in and take my temperature. He then repeatedly cut me off whilst I was trying to explain my symptoms, asked me if I’m breastfeeding (for purpose of prescribing suitable medication) and then told me I do not need to breastfeed which was completely unnecessary. He pressed on my stomach to “check” but it felt like he did not have a clue on what he was even checking for and told me “it SHOULD BE stomach flu” - no clear diagnosis, extremely arrogant in the way he spoke throughout and zero empathy. Not even a hi when you walk in, but be prepared to pay $75 for this amazing consultation. I’m just wondering, how did he become a doctor?

    Lousy service. Skip or miss my number. I asked the staff if I missed, she said no. Yet the numbers kept running away. My turn was totally missed. Left the clinic. Didn't want to waste my time. I suggest to everyone to boycott this clinic. Even the 1 ahead of me was still waiting for medicine 7 numbers after him, when I left

    By far the worse clinic I have visited in my entire life. I have not recovered from my side effects after receiving my vaccination, hence decided to visit the clinic on a sunday night. I was left with no choice but to visit this clinic as most of the clinics were closed or crowded. Waited for 2 hours just for my turn, only to see the doctor in less than a minute. Doctor was poorly dressed, and clearly he has no empathy towards you. He does not even respect and look at you, and does not care about the illness that you have. My temperature fell to a normal temperature during registration, so as I was telling the doctor about this, he jumped into conclusion and asked why did I come to the clinic if I had no more fever. Obviously I had other illnesses as well such as flu, runny nose, and body ache. I told him this and he jumped into another conclusion and questioned me why did I go for vaccination when I was sick. Clearly, he was not listening and I had to explain that I fell sick only after taking the vaccination. He just kept quiet and check on my breathing and throat. That's all! If that's all he checks, I am not too sure why I had to wait close to 2 hours to reach my turn. Imagine paying for a surcharge and getting such atrocious medical service, it might be better off staying at home and continue to be sick. I strongly advise people not to visit this clinic. Visit at your own risk.

    I was having stomach flu. And I describe to the long hair doc on what happened. He doesn't seems to be care. And I told him I have some medicine and I have been eating this in the morning. His replied was this med looks fine, actually u can continue no need to give u extra med. I told the med is not working that why I came to see u and I had a fever this afternoon. He can even tell me u are still young and healthy no need med also can. He seems not keen and wanted to brush me off and say thanks have a nice day ..and Worst doc ever ..if goggle can give 0 zero I would have gave.. Not really confident on the med he is giving me. I will see another doc if my stomach still hurts..

    Visited the clinic for the first time. Was greeted curtly by the receptionist and when my mum couldn't hear what she said clearly, she'd repeat it with her voice raised. My mum enquired if the clinic offered stitching but the receptionist said that it did not but I could still consult the doctor for further actions. Then it was my turn. Told the doctor about my situation and what further actions were required. I don't know how my mum can have so much patience cause he wasn't even looking at her while she was talking to him. Would rather talk to the wall. The entire time, he was continuously typing away. He saw my wound, immediately said it will close itself which was surprising considering how deep the cut was, then started cleaning. Then went on to say "If it's still painful and she can't move her toe then I suppose you can go for an x-ray but again, it's your toe so it's up to you if you want to go or not". My mum and I were taken aback by his remark cause it was super unprofessional. So all in all, we paid $146.50 which I thought was pretty steep and so not worth it for the service that we received. Should have just gone straight to the A&E.

    The worst clinic I went to in my entire life in Singapore. Existence of such a clinic in Singapore is really unbelievable. I was suffering from a severe back and abdominal pain. My wife and myself went down to the clinic at around 3am on the 5th of August 2022. There was a couple with a toddler before us. They arrived 5minutes before us. There were only 2 patients including myself. The clinic receptionist at counter asked us to wait till the doctor calls us. We waited from 3 to close to 4am. During the waiting period, the doctor did not tend to the toddler before me too. This couple had enough of waiting for close to 45mins and left. The receptionist checked in on the readiness of the doctor to serve me 3 times upon our request as I could not bear the severe back pain. On the 3rd occasion, we could hear the doctor on call wearily reponding to her. He said that "It is not 345am yet!". In response, the receptionist nonchalantly claimed that the doctor is slow in his response since it was late. There was no apology offered. My wife and myself were utterly taken aback. For the whole time that we were waiting, the doctor on duty was asleep! I don't understand how is this clinic is in operation for this long when the staff are so reluctant to serve patients. Upon realising the hesitance of the staff to tend to us, my wife and myself left for another clinic. I hope MOH can do something about the staff working in this clinic as there are many bad reviews . The staff on duty, clearly lack of empathy and professionalism.

    Female receptionist was rude and the Doctor couldn’t care much about the patient. Untidy hair. Had no choice but to visit this clinic. The medicine always couldn’t cure my sickness. Had to see another doctor the next day. I saw many negative yet detailed reviews about this clinic. To have a sick patient complained so much about this clinic. I think this clinic is not worth a visit.

    Saw a lot of negative reviews about the long hair doctor and was really wary - but my own experience was fine. He was accurate and to the point with his questions. He didn’t waste time with niceties but he also didn’t rush through the consultation. I felt assisted. Receptionist was also fine, contrary to the negative reviews I read. In short, this clinic gave me the medical attention I needed at 2.30am.

    Male doctor (long hair) had zero eye contact and seemed like he didn't care at all & just wanted to get it over & done with. Felt like I was talking to a robot rather than a human & I feel more sick after seeing the doctor. But well, he did diagnose me with the correct condition - throat infection so one star for that. Another star because of the friendly receptionist. Nevertheless, will definitely boycott this clinic after my horrid experience. There are far better clinics out there.

    Hi, if anyone planning to visit this clinic please go through this story before visiting. I was suffering from throat infection (Tonsils) from past 2 days,it was grown bigger in size due to that sometimes I used to get fever and body pain, I have taken rest for 2 days ,it didn't reduce, later I decided not to take any chance then I visited clinic near to my place. I have gone through ART Test and PCR test . And the ART test was negative was about to get the PCR test next day in the morning, also I was not having fever by the time Later in the night (same day) my fever reached 104f (40°c),I am staying alone in Singapore, also I don't have any relatives here this makes me to get tense more what happens if anything goes wrong in the midnight , my earlier clinic was not opens for 24 hours so I called Central 24 - HR Clinic to know availability of the doctor, and I got answer from receptionist that doctor is available. I just book the cab and was rushing to the clinic. After reaching clinic (scenario) Myself - went inside and ask receptionist to consult doctor because of high fever. Receptionist - paying by Cash?(In a attitude way, may be because of my color or because of my racism) Myself - MHC Later she started talking to me in a very rude way, it was not polite or calm (some how I felt like why she is treating me in rude way) I thought to complain about her with the doctor. I got my token number , I went inside to meet doctor. As soon as I entered the "DOCTOR" also started to treat me in a same way as Receptionist. Also he was talking to me in a "sarcastic way", I told him all the scenario from past 2 days and the medicines/reports given by early clinic, " I was very much tensed so while explaining to him instead of CLINIC word once I mentioned HOSPITAL", for that he replied in very sarcastic way stating that you went to clinic not to hospital. After viewing my reports and medicines of early clinic, Doctor - Why you have come here? (In a sarcastic way) Doctor - As of sudden nothing gonna change, you have to wait for sometime after taking the medicine ( in a sarcastic way) Doctor - you can go now and continue with the same medicines. *I was literally explaining him about the situation, and sudden high fever* *Some how I felt why I came to visit this clinic* There are many things to specific but I am writing only few. Is this is the way to treat patients/Handle patients? Guys just imagine why I am writing this much briefly and how was my condition at that time and how the doctor and receptionist treated me. I really having a huge respect about Singapore country and the Singapore culture, I never experienced like this before in my entire life.

    Cannot visit this clinic. I was assigned the long hair doctor in room 1. I understand this is a 24 hr clinic and he is tired on a Friday night. But he really didn't bother to make eye contact when he asked questions and felt like he just wanted to dismiss me. Shocking to know there are such doctors around. 😕

    Hi, thanks for opening 24 hr. I would like to share one thing. Yesterday I went down to see doctor because I got urine infection. Doctor is very good. But, the fee is about 130$+. I am not saying it is expensive. According to my company rule, I can claim max 35$ per receipt. Therefore, I requested your staff to split two receipts. So that I can claim as much as possible. But your staff doesn’t want to help even though I explained her the fact. All other clinics except of yours, they are willing to help and I didn’t see anything effect to the clinic. I am really disappointed regarding this issue. Thanks

    The nurse took very long to answer my call to confirm it open at 3am. I done all the registration at the counter. When I went into the consultation room, the very young doc chase me out to register again???!!!! I told him I have done all the registration and why don’t you ask the nurse through the window. When this is sorted. First question the doc asked was why did you come at this hour? Honestly speaking if I am not in great pain and having fever, I wouldn’t have come at this hour. The doctor done a check claimed that I was not having fever and advise me to go A&E. This is the most lousy doctor I have ever met in my life. This is my temperature 39.1 & 37.9. Do you think patient enjoy visiting a clinic in the middle of the night unless necessary. Please hire a more professional doctor instead of saving cost on this kind of young punk.

    Went to see doctor on 27 Sep 2023 night at about 7plus pm. I was very sick due to flu, cough, sore throat and not much voice to talk. However, the doctor just tried to brush me off with short answer and it does not even take up to 1 min and I'm out of the room already. I felt that he is totally unprofessional and to treat a patient with this kind of lousy service. This is the worst doctor I ever seen so far. When I am really sick and wished to recover as soon as possible so that I can return to work, the doctor didnt seem to give me advise and just tried to brush me off as quickly as possible. Super unpleasant experience.

    There isn’t a minus star option for reviews if not I’ll put that. Came here twice and on both visits met with rude front staff and doctor that just can’t be bothered. On the first visit, I came across this doctor that spoke in a monotonous tone as if he was half alive, could see he just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible and I was really a bother to him. On the second visit, came across this really rude Malay girl, I had called many times at around 7 am as I wanted to be sure the doctor was in before coming down but after nearly 10 mins of calling no one answered so I decided to take a chance and go down, when I arrived at around 7.10 am the Malay girl said doctor isn’t in, come back at 8 am. So I asked her why no one answered the phone earlier on when I called, she replied she was busy then said wear your mask, so I asked her if she could spare me one but she said No go get your own mask, I asked why she can’t spare one as clinics do she said go get yr own at the central. I tried explaining to her mine got damaged but she refused to spare one. She then became more aggressive and defensive and started to raise her voice when I told her I was going to lodge a complaint. She even challenged me too and said go ahead. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. It’s isn’t 24 hours like the name states and the staff running the place are just horrible.

    Today evening we went for checkup. After checkup was done we were asked to wait outside. Waiting for around 25-30 minutes they handed us over a referal letter only... Neither they give any medication, nor they guided us through the problem going on with the patient.

    To be fair to the long haired Dr, he understands quickly and is a man of few words. I was diagnosed quickly and given the appropriate medicine promptly with minimal small talk. It works for me, but some may view it negatively. It really depends on how one perceives the Dr.

    Overall I had an average experience here. Went at 11pm. It wasn’t even crowded. About 7 to 8 patients but the Indian counter lady was so edgy. I was nervous to even ask her questions afraid I might get yelled at. Doctor was nice and advised properly. Was charged 100 over dollars for just a syrup medicine.

    I visited clinic yesterday for swollen ankle due to insect bites. Doc checked and confirm there is no infection and inflammation and not due to water retention. I have no pain or itch. Nevertheless, he gave me several medications and two kinds of antibiotics for 5 & 7 days (see pic). I am wondering if I needed two kinds of antibiotics and for so many days? There were other medications for gastric protection and to reduce swelling and inflammation. I am on company AIA insurance plan.

    Went in late night with a high fever, the doctor was so hands off he wasn’t even the one taking the temperature. Went in less than 1 min, told him all my symptoms and he just dismissed me to rest outside. If being a doctor was so easy anyone can be one. Don’t even think of him helping to understand what you could possibly be down with, stethoscope and blood pressure machines are just for the aesthetics of the clinic. The other reviews are right. Prescribed me generic medication that I could easily get over the counter. If panadol was working why the hell am I here at 2am paying $135 for consultation. The doctors here need to be reviewed. Waste of our education system invested in these people.

    One of the most irresponsible medical aid ever! Last night at about 10pm, My helper was running a terribly high fever and feeling weak throughout. We frantically rushed her to this clinic, seeing that it was a (supposedly) 24 hour clinic to get the fastest medical help. When we entered the clinic, the doctor was happily chatting with 2 nurses. As we approached for medical attention for my helper, the doctor proceeded back to his room and the nurses were just engaged with their clinical administrative errands. We walked up to them and to my dismay, they told us that consultation was no longer available as the doctor was about to head home. We pleaded with them over my helpers current condition, hoping to feel at least assured that her condition could be diagnosed and treated accordingly. BUT THEY REJECTED SAYING NO NO NO. & THAT THEY WERE BUSY COUNTING MONEY?! So yes, made enough money before deciding to treat a patient ?? This is extremely irresponsible as healthcare professionals!!!

    The receptionists and doctors are wayyyyyy better compared to 3 years ago. Now the receptionists are polite and quite helpful. The doctors answer my questions and address my concerns patiently. Huge improvement for the whole experience. Me and my husband visited on 21Oct (Saturday night) and 23 Oct (Monday morning)

    Located via google for a clinic opened at night. it was the first time to the clinic and I was not familiar with the night procedure. when we reached we were fairly glad it was not crowd. The night-shift doctor was fast to complete the session and the way Questions he asked was curt and to the point. While we are grateful there is a doc on duty I am boiling it down to our luck interaction of the doctor. The clinic will not be my first option if I have known the level of service. My son came down with fever over 40 and I wanted one that was nearest to us via travelling time. the next time it happens, we will travel a little longer.

    Hi, My experience with doctors in the clinic is good but during my every visit I am asked to buy medicine such as antibiotics from guardian or from Watsons. Receptionist at the clinic says out of stock which I don’t experience in other clinic. Hope you can improve on that part. Thank You

    worse clinic ever! untidy doctor and so attitude! his hair is so long and he smell unpleasant too. he dont even look at u while talking, and he just keep looking at the monitor. please avoid this clinic at all cost. so expensive too! the clinic assistant is so rude too.

    My dad suspected he contracted covid and went to this company clinic. The doctor examining him did not wear gloves. Nonchalantly told my dad that this (covid) is going to be very normal. Sent my dad home without paracetamol despite fever.

    very bad,counter staff not professional and bad attitude,my wife booked through the phone for a 730pm slot on sunday 26/9/21 for my daughter end PCR test swab required by MOH,when i get there at 720pm,i was told to queue for registration and there was a snaking line,when finally my turn came which was at 754pm i was told to come back tomorrow as i was late for my 730 slot,imagine rudely told to queue up and told to come tomorrow as i was late,ridiculous..surely last place to go again unless singapore has no other better medical facility to visit..i read all the reviews and all gave 1 star only..i had to put a star which actually i did not want to give which is no star..maybe the management could have look into this and gave better than satisfactory service to the masses

    A ZERO RATING FOR THIS CLINIC. Worst clinic I’ve ever been throughout my life. Doctor was being very disrespectful and unhelpful. I was having an ear blockage that leads me to headache & jaw pain. He still ask me “So what do you want me to do?” Oh for goodness sake! Where is your menace!? Is that how you respond to your patients?? Your patient is in pain!! He then told me he don’t have the “tools” or “can’t help much” as it needs a specialist to take care of it. But that doesn’t mean he can be rude. I really don’t understand why the clinic is still operate when the rating are this bad. Like come on, is he even a certified doctor?

    Its true what 99.9% of the reviews here says....this is a 60 seconds clinic....patients were checked in a haste. The counter staff were good and polite unlike the review. But, the doctor nailed it, i think he can clear 1000 patient in his shift. 🤭

    Before visiting the clinic, I called ahead to inquire about my son's situation – he had fallen and sustained minor scratches on his head and a slight nosebleed. I was assured over the phone that the clinic was equipped to handle such cases and that we should come in. However, upon our arrival, the experience took an unfortunate turn. My son was already apprehensive due to his injury, but the doctor's approach seemed to exacerbate the situation. Despite my assurances that I could hold my son on my lap, the doctor declined to examine him, citing his distress. This left us feeling helpless and confused, especially when we were told to go to the hospital at 9:40 pm. What added to our disappointment was the lack of communication regarding my son's condition. We expected at least a brief explanation if his condition was serious or not, but we were met with a refusal to provide any information. Ultimately, the visit ended with no examination of my son, and we were billed $86 for what seemed like no service at all.

    Person who took PcR was racist and not professional. (A butch) by the name of Nate. Chinese Malaysian woman, by the sounds of it. Their organisation did not apologise for the way she took the test. It caused me pain and she purposefully did that. Not going there again and also i hope people are or should be aware of this clinics with such staff. The doctors are fine but the counter staff are the worst!!

    Plain ridiculous doctor. I had to self diagnose myself. Doctor simply had completely disregard and was utterly unconcerned about my potential rash and flippantly went yea it could be, yea it might not. I asked so how will I know if it gets better “I supposed you’ll be recovered” Seriously?!!!

    The staff is not responsive. My wife took serology test here and they updated her results to someone else FIN number hence there is delay in her vaccination status update for one month. Worst experience ever. Strongly recommend not to go this clinic

    Actually Dont want to put any stars as the staff were not friendly and not approachable and not helpful. Request we for a refund for a medication that i do not need yet they flatly refused and insist i drop an e-mail to Back office on a public holiday where no one Will reply me! Very inflexible group practice

    visited this doc few months back, ard midnight bc i was hving really bad stomache & diarrhoea... really bad experience at this clinic... the doc long hair, dont seem like doc at all. wore home clothes, was very messy.. he didnt even hear me out what im feeling pain. he literally dont bother its like as if he want it to get done and over with.. i look thru his computer, one of the computer he was playing chess another one probably typing out medical records i guess? but how can a doc not care abt their patients? he told me that its normal... but dont bother to check or ask me & just gave me 1day mc... bro i was feeling so pain, was pale, felt so weak that night.. right after paying, just to note it was expensive... i went straight to the hospital bc i didnt hv the energy to walk & vomitted non stop.. i thought by going here can shorten my time at hospital & get treated, but i made a mistake not going to hospital straight & wasted my time here for nothing, just to get this kind of treatment frm a doc that is probably not a real doc... i only giving 1 star bc the receptionist was friendly and polite. other than that useless. late review but the other time i walk pass the clinic the experience hit me back & i cldnt just keep quiet, so hence im writing this.. people need to know how bad this clinic is running & idk maybe the ministry of health or what can do some inspection or take a look of this clinic since there are alot of bad reviews so far.. nvr coming back here at all.

    Wish i could rate the doctor and receptionist here differently. 5 stars for the receptionist for their service at the clinics. I understand the crowd can be very overwhelming on weekends, they probably havent had their meals but still portray lots of patience for the patients that came by especially this couple who seem to have hearing and speech impairment, this chinese receptionist lady wrote down her questions to communicate with them, kudos! On the other hand, id rate 2 stars for the consultation experience. Despite waiting for 1 hr and 40 mins hoping to seek proper advice from the doctor, he doesn’t seem to have interest in understanding my condition. While stuttering in my first two sentences to get the right words to explain my symptoms, he simply just let go a long sigh and that stressed me even more to tell him where i feel unwell. I hope he can at least show some basic empathy, that would help us appreciate him for taking care of the patients more..

    One of the worse doctors ever to encounter. Went there on a public holiday and the doctor was very sarcastic as i was having stomach pain. Told the doctor about my issue and he said it's nothing, just a common pain due to slight food poisoning. The doctor was even rude when i ask about taking the medication. Will never come to this clinic again. To cut short, i was admitted to the hospital later that day and was diagnosed with liver infection. The doctor was a Chinese Indian looking man in his mid 50s. Not sure if he's having a bad day or it's just his attitude.

    It took a long time to register for the queue number. Understood there was a queue (around 3/4 people before me) but 30 minutes to register? That was mad. The doctor was this chinese old doctor. He was speaking so softly when I entered the room, couldn’t hear what he said. When I asked, he just scolded me “what happened to you!?” and without even thorough examination, he just diagnosed & prescribed meds, and asked me to leave. Total in the examination room was 2 minutes, top! As if there was a time limit for every patient. Do not visit this clinic if you have severe illness, because the doctor is unsympathetic, at all.

    When I had to make payment, the reception kept rushing me to sign the prescription slip, to which I told her, I had to read it before signing. Low and behold, I am allergic to one of the medications. Though clearly indicated in my records, neither the doctor nor the receptionist picked it up. I don't have a picture because when I highlighted it, the precipitation was quickly taken away from me and cancel with a pen. Good luck.

    I think you should give your staff with extra benefits, the doctor yesterday looks so sad and weak. However, yesterday was still fine compared to the last time I went there with the front desk nurse was very rude together with lack of mental support from the doctor yet inexperience. Your long hair doctor and the Chinese nurse. I can’t believe they’re a nurse, goodness. I wonder where is she from. If I weren’t sick that time, I might ady fight her and put her on social media.

    My wife was so angry at having wasted $148 for a midnight consultation that was unprofessional and redundant. Started with my son waking up at midnight from a painful lower tummy ache. We first thought of going to the A&E but thought that the nearby 24 he clinic might be more convenient. We should have seen warning signs from the uninterested nurse at the counter and an unkempt doctor that didn’t even bother to look us in the eye during the consult. The consultation was over in 2 min and when asked what was wrong, the diagnosis was “a painful stomach ache, that could be wind, could be constipation, and if it gets worse, go to hospital for a scan”. It was basically what was told to the ‘doctor’ when we entered the room. The medicine we got could have been bought over the counter for under $20 (Lactus and Colimix) Really wished I saw all the negative and 1 star reviews here before visiting this scam of a clinic. Some medical board should look into reviewing the standard of this medical practice.

    double standard for the clinic assistant on 5th Sep 2021, I request for ART and told me is only for event purpose only and tell me to take pcr which cost more than$200. My staff later went on and he is able to take the ART. i think the assistant need to go for further training.

    Doctor was extremely rude and appeared completely disinterested for the consultation. He kept insisting on providing an MC when i’ve clearly mentioned an MC was not an option. Instead of providing solutions, he just brushed if off with short answers and bare minimum diagnosis, before asking me to leave. Mind you, he said ‘go’. What a complete waste of time.

    Had two encounters with this Malay male doctor with specs that ask irrelevant questions. Sarcastic and mean in his approach and doesn't show much concern to patients. 1st encounter, he asked if I wana go for operation when I only had a swollen eye, i was there only to ask for eye drops, very sarcastic. 2nd encounter, I had a cough for 2weeks. He asked if I exercise regular n how often do I exercise in a week. What has that got to with my cough? So what if I exercise everyday? Does it mean I can't catch a flu/cough? He stopped asking when I put a stop to his pointless demand. He even told me to go some other clinics if I needed some stronger cough medication. This will be my last visit to this clinic n all other branches as some of their doctors are not professional or show any form of empathy to patients.

    Visited on the evening of 9th Oct. Counter staff was rude and unprofessional. We were called into the room before the previous patient had exited, resulting in a collision and confusion. Next, the doctor felt unprofessional, asking my spouse what certain medicines previously prescribed by another clinic were for, despite already being told what all the symptoms and illnesses were. He asked "what were our expectations today?", and did not offer to make any suggestions until prompted. He finally suggested an X Ray, but all three counter staff forgot about the X Ray form completely when we asked them. This entire consultation, which was unprofessional from start to finish, cost $190. We mentioned all of these incidents to the staff, but they did not respond to us and did not offer to even "do better" or apologise for these lapses. This is wholly unacceptable and we are highly dissatisfied.

    Receptionist was nice and helpful. Went to the clinic at 12pm, but was told that doctor will only be available at 1pm. Decided to wait outside until then, but asked if she could register me first (I was the only patient there at that time). She declined and said it was against the sop of their clinic, but she would ensure that I was first in line when registration starts at 1pm.

    First time at this clinic will be the last time also.I entered the clinic at 11:50pm The counter nurse started to help me doing register, But the nurse turned her feet up and very slowly to help me doing register, i feel like she stalling for the time, until 12am she told me now arly 12am need to change midnight consultation fee price is $135. $55 difference from the price before 12am. After paid $135 for 1-2min consultation with the doctor,is male doctor with long hair was uninterested and tbh could not be bothered with us. Barely checked the throat, symptoms and breathing. After let me waiting outside and get the madicine. Their attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. I never saw the clinic nurse will put her feet up in the chair to help patient doing register and I never seen a doctor so casually and perfunctory. Summary Spend $194 including medicines and don't know what caused me to get sick.

    I rarely write reviews, however I am compelled to write one to highlight the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the female counter staff. I was told by the Doctor that my blood/urine test results will be available in 4-5 days. I kept on waiting since the clinic did not call me even after 7-8 days working days. The reception staff was not picking my calls despite my multiple calls every day to check the status of my medical report. I then decided go down to the clinic. They gave me the results, it seems it was received by them for quite sometime. I explained the need to review my report with the Doctor. They made me wait for almost 45 minutes even though the clinic was not crowded in the morning. They kept sending patients to see the Doctor who came to the clinic after me. When I asked the reason for such a long wait to review my report, the female count staff was extremely rude stating that I should not come to the clinic to collect the report without receiving their SMS. Avoid this clinic if possible, this is not the first time I have experienced such rude behaviour of the counter staff

    would not recommend to anyone to be honest. doctor is so unprofessional, keep disrupting whenever i try to explain what health issues im having. didnt even bother to check fully, can see he just want to get it over asap ( the doctor with the specs, indian male) ask for the extra meds i need but didnt receive it, but got another diff type which got nothing to do with my sickness. its super expensive here. place is not clean at all. read the other reviews. counter staff is okay overall but they dont look like they even want to work.

    If you have other choices, you shouldn't come here. I usually don't choose to come here but that night I had a high fever and wanted to mc. The other clinics are closed. The price was not reasonable with what we got. The male doctor with long hair didn't seem to care, just wanted to finish talking. I said my illness was not over yet, the doctor said cut me up. and said it wasn't a big problem. Any questions? Do you think I will have questions if see doctor like this My discomfort and high fever better Because Panadol from Watsons $187 nothing better bad medicine go buy from watson or Pharmacy better Just watson and Pharmacy doesn't have mc for you.     I visited the clinic on 12 May 2023 at 830pm. I didn’t get the name of the attending doctor (not the long hair doctor) but he was truly professional and experienced and the questions he asked were to the point. He administered the injection for my vertigo efficiently. One star reduction however for the nurses or front desk receptionists who come across more as gangsters than nurses… the clinic itself is basic setup.

    Absolute worse clinic. Receptionists try to be as slow as possible. Had a small splinter stuck in my finger, bleeding from trying to remove it myself. doctor says he cannot see and has no equipment to take a look. Didn’t even bother to clean it to see better. Just asked me go A&E. He made sure to type the referral as slowly as possible. And finally remember that he can wipe my finger w alcohol after writing and clumsily put a bandage. $68 for that. Most expensive bandage I’ve used in my life.

    I visited the Clinic at 0800 in the morning , staff at the counter was not very friendly, but doctor was very good able to rectify my issue and issue me a referral letter. Staff asked me to fix my own appointment. I try to call CGH to make an appointments but they said Clinic staff need to call them. So I decided to go back at about 2pm 2 staff attended to me they assist me to fix a hospital appointment . They were very helpful and professional they managed to get an appointment fixed for me at CGH. Thanks again! God bless! 🤗

    Please do not visit this clinic if you need serious medical attention. I came here as I had food poisoning/stomach flu near midnight and it was the only clinic open nearby - the doctor was patronising, went on a long spiel about how I should let my body do it's own work by purging so I shouldn't be taking any medications, then proceeded to dispense medication for me (which was an incredibly expensive bill). Other advice given by him were also contradictory and sounded like he was talking down to a child. Additional thing to note was that I could not find his name anywhere on the receipt or medical certificate (only the name 'General Practitioner'). With the way he just threw on an outer shirt and slippers, I'm not even sure if he's a certified doctor.

    Went for Health screening. Dr was very patient in finding out my exact intention and order the precise screening test. The same Dr attended to me for my report. He was also very patient in explaining my report and the follow up required. Maybe the only area of Improvement is for the counter staff to be more customer centric.

He didn’t really want to show care for his patients. He told me that he will give me medication but after I made my payment, I realized that I didn’t get any medicine from the front desk.     Went to the clinic, seen by a male doctor, tall and long hair. Never even look you throughout the whole consultation. Told him have a sore throat. Didn’t even bother to take a look. Eyes glued to the computer the whole time. Damage $276. It’s not about the money spent. But your f….. attitude!!!!

    Avoid this clinic at all cost. Went to this clinic with my mum as she was experiencing some abdominal pain. It was past 12am so we had no choice as this is the nearest 24h clinic. Immediately the receptionist was rude but that was still acceptable. Was attended by this Indian doctor and he's the most condescending and unsympathetic doctor I have ever seen. Kept saying my mum is having abdominal pain because she drinks coffee and eat outside food everyday. Tried to explain but he seems to have a habit of cutting people off mid sentence. Should't doctors listen more to patients and their concerns? Almost quarrel with him but figured that its not worth it. Close to $200 for some meds and a "consultation", speechless.

    Went for serology test & was late. The female staff was very nice. The doctor is very friendly and nice, like ant bite & no bruise. I observed that the staff either male or female are very polite & friendly. Moreover, the charges is the lowest in town. Good job !

    It says by it name 24 hours clinic. Afternoon shift Dr until 430pm then night shift gotta come 7pm??? Patient come here all the way just to see Dr yet no Dr around. Please be consider and make some changes as ur clinic is deemed 24 hours not like normal clinic. Patient is already suffer yet if come at 6pm need to wait another hour without nothing then when Dr came another half an hour. Speechless how SG clinic standard
