Dr. Peter Goh is not professional at all. I came in to check on my sprained ankle as it had been sore for a week. After showing him my injured ankle and explaining to him I thought it was swollen too. He just took one look and said "the reason for the pain is because you are very, very, very overweight", and he also mentioned how I should go about weight loss treatment because I am overweight. I said that I knew I was overweight and that I could control my weight loss on my own. However, he went on insulting and said: "You really should go on weight loss therapy because your weight is going to suffer a lot of health problems when you are 25-30 years old. I'm not being rude, I just laughed it off and he questioned why I was laughing. I Saying I know the consequences of my weight and I'm working on it myself, it's my personal issue, I'm here to check my legs and not say my weight. He didn't mention if my legs were swollen and he didn't try to touched my leg to see where it hurts, he just criticized my weight. He also didn't try to offer a solution, as he said, "sprained ankle takes weeks to heal" I paid $80 for the doctor consultation itself, excluding medication, just a lecture on my weight and no solution to my pain. Very bad service without professionalism. Understandable why it lists so many other 1 star reviews. First and last visit.

First time and last time ever visiting this clinic. Clinic claimed full price of $83 even though I have covid symptoms which should have been $10 subsidised rate. Had a fever and i went to this clinic as my usual Gp wasn’t open. Had been paying $10 at my usual Gp for covid related illness. But this clinic asked for my company insurance card. I didn't think too much about it and I just presented it thinking that it is the usual $10. To my horror, i found out that i was charged $83 from my company insurance. Tried to call them many times this morning to clarify but no one pick up. Why have a phone number when no one ever picks up?

This is the worst clinic and it should close. I got a high fever 38.7 oC (not covid) and I have an allergy to Panadol. The doctor said they only have Panadol. Thus he did not prescribe any medicine for me, but just asked me to go back to drink more water and have a good rest. How ridiculous! Panadol can be purchased in many stores; why should we come here to pay so much money for Panadol? Why should I pay so much consultation fee? I don’t understand what is the value for the existence of this clinic. I also don’t know why I can’t select zero star in the comments…

If I could give zero stars, I would. I only chose to visit this clinic because it’s my company insurance’s panel clinic. Not sure why they would even engage them 😇. Visited them twice, once for a blood test and another time to review the blood test for my medication. In both my visits, the front desk was very rude. I mean, really very rude. Rude to everyone except of course themselves. On my second visit, they actually do not carry a very common medicine! The doctor didn’t bother to explain that they do not carry it, I only got to know that after my second visit when they gave me a prescription after my consultation. What was worse is, I didn’t realise the doctor did not write his name and registration number on the prescription, only LOCUM. I visited the pharmacist only to realise that it is required! My last visit to them. Even if they are the only clinic left open, I’d rather die than visit them again.

Went on a Sunday night as I was suffering from food poisoning. Saw locum Dr quickly. Very brief consultation but he gave lots of medication which is way more than what the virtual Dr gave. Medications worked quickly and symptoms reduced gradually. Waiting time was slightly longer as receptionist was not in clinic when I arrived. Tried calling out but no answer from both Dr and receptionist. So had to wait in an empty clinic.

NOT recommended! Worst Clinic top management who don't know how to allocate resources. Refrain visiting even if it emergency. Longer waiting hour even if you enter as the first person to the clinic. Only one receptionist who do swap, registration and prescription. Consultation charges are expensive which is 58$ without medication.

Bad experience with the attitude of the Locum dr here. Was seen by Dr Foo YB. I came in for Covid, self ART at home was positive with the 4 common URTI symptoms. So when the Dr asked what is ur problem today. Then i said ART positive with URTI symptoms. Then he ask “ya ya what are the symptoms??” Then i said sorethroat cough and having mild fever at home. Then he said “no no u dont have fever”. After examining me, he told me to wait to outside rudely “ok wait for the nurse to swab u, u go wait outside, outside of the clinic not inside here. Give u 3 days mc”. After i had my swab done, it was positive, the receptionist told me since im positive i have 5 days mc. All the while i was thinking “wah the dr already assume that im faking my ART before the nurse does it.” Funny thing is the remarks on my MC is also stated “URTI” how can a Dr be so rude to the patients. Not only they have to wait long, plus no seats especially those with URTI symptoms. Do u all even know that C+ or with URTI symptoms feels very weak???? Some more facing with rude Drs. I really hope one day MOH will just come down and audit the standard of this clinic. Really pity the patients that was already squatting on the floor as we had to wait more than an hour for everything. Does not even deserve one star.

Says 24hr but no one was inside and the clinic was locked. Called the hotline and rang the doorbell but no one answered. Arrived at the clinic around 5:26pm. Might as well rename the clinic to "Try your luck while wasting your time"

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Extremely arrogant weirdo rude Longhair male counter staff, mumbling himself like robot which I can't hear him properly, I tot as usual procedure he ask reason of seeing doctor today, so I reply "I tested positive today.....". Without delayed he responded:" tested positive not a big deal, come back at 130pm"!! I was shocked by this kind of response, and i stunt for 5 sec. Where is ur manners when u request ppl to respect u?? What a shame. Rather walk 100km away for other clinic or die outside, never visit this scammy clinic. MINUS FIVE STAR FOR THEM 👎👎👎👎👎

Receptionists are extremely rude and unempathetic. We, patients, do not need to be treated like a King or Queen, but at the very least speak and treat us in a way that you would like to be treated.

Visited this 24hr clinic (Pioneer North) on 23/5/22 (in the afternoon around 2.15pm). This clinic have never change on its way of operating. The front desk clinic assistant seems like they are unaware of their task when patients visit the clinic. Spouse was told to stand outside clinic with the rest for about 1h15mins. No registeration was done eventhough ID was taken by clinic assistant.Hot weather luckily no patient fainted. After the long wait, spouse was called in to see doc. Doc expected the clinic nurse to do ART while spouse was waiting but he was shock nothing was done. Hence, told my spouse to stand outside again & informed the clinic nurse to do ART. In total spent about 2hrs to complete the clinic visit. My goodness!! If you are unwell & badly need to see a doctor, PLEASE VOID this clinic. Best advice to the future patients. Hope the health board can do someting about this clinic before someting real bad happens to any future patients due to long wait. Thank you & hope to see changes!!

Clinic asks you to register before telling you the charge. The rude receptionist does not know the charge and refuses to tell you, then threatens you by saying they have captured your information in the system and you have to pay the charge. Surcharges also not made known before registration. After that, they refuse to gown up in PPE to do your ART and says she will wait until the end before she does the ART, and "make you wait very long". Very unethical and scammy clinic. Would recommend going to AE or just wait a day. Took half a day from registration to actually seeing the doctor.

Went at around 8plus nearing 9 at night. Receptionists were ok but the doctor literally didn’t check my throat (when I told him I had sore throat and runny nose, mucus kept flowing and stuff), I had to ask him that question before he slipshodly checked before asking me to go again. He only asked if I took ART, and used the stethoscope on my back. When called to confront, he implied I lied and said he gave me a diagnosis when none was given (like literally none, he did not at all tell me what was wrong, or say what medication he would give me). Fees aren’t cheap at all, $90+ for this? Looking at most of the reviews it seems I’m not the first one to experience this. No second time.

I visited this clinic yesterday 6:00 pm. This male doctor was impatient and condescending. I told him I came because of my chronic back pain. Then he asked why I only came now. What a stupid question to ask as a doctor?! Why he straight away assumed I only seeked medical attention now. I might have gone other clinics and now only came this clinic to get different treatment. I went there because I suspected it’s kidney stone and I wanted to get referral for ultrasound. I was really disappointed that the doctor didn’t even take a few minutes to get full history of me. Did he treat like this to everyone or just me because I’m a foreign worker??

This is the worst clinic I’ve been ever in my life. I’ve been charged $200 just for a pain killer, antibiotics and a cream for my boil in hand. And the doctor just had a look at my boil and mentioned you can go hospital if you want to. If I know earlier wouldn’t have wasted my time and money here. This is so unprofessional.

Horrible. It was stated that it is a 24hr clinic. My dad wasn't feeling well and leg was super swell up due to skin conditions. I was told at the counter that the doctor is not in and had to come back tomorrow. If it is a 24hr clinic, why is the doctor not even in? If this clinic does not have any doctor after certain hour, it should be labelled as 24hr. This is misleading. I travel down from bukit batok to bring dad that stay around jurong to see the doctor at 24hr clinic and now there is no doctor?! -10000000/5 star rating.

Registration was done breezely by the friendly indian lady. Consultation was greatly executed by Dr Yeo with his usually friendly and patience manner. Medication dispensing was explained clearly by the chinese lady staff. All these factors made my sickness feeling much better.

Was feeling unwell. Had a fever last night, took a panadol and my fever subside. However still felt weak, hence went over to clinic. The queue is never long, that is the best part but the Dr is not helpful at all. The moment i step into the room, the Dr didnt even ask what happened like " Hi, good morning. What happened to you today?". All he did was stare. Never coming again.

Do not visit! Stated 24hours online.Went there due to food poisoning at 2am but it was closed (not listed on website or google). Just with a note stated outside that due to manpower shortages, they will only resume operation at 8.30am in the morning. Waste of time and made the patient suffer more as we had to travel to another nearby clinic operating 24hours.

The receptionist definitely needs improvement on her tonality and customer service. Simply told her that I did not need a specific pill, to which she retorted and tore off the receipt with an attitude, telling me off to inform her earlier next time. It’s a pity to allow such staff character to jeopardise the company. Overall a bad experience, as proven by current rating.

I don't want to give you a star if I can. I don't want to give you even one star. I waited in line for nearly an hour and finally saw the doctor. However, the doctor took one look and said he wanted to go to the hospital, so he told me to write a letter. I went out and waited for another 20 minutes. The front desk gave me a letter worth more than 70 Singapore dollars. They didn’t even give them anti-inflammatory drugs. The letter to go to the hospital can only be used on the same day. Should the doctor check his conscience? I really wish your whole family well. do not get sick

I was attended almost immediately. The counter staff was clear in her requests and medicine explanation. The locum doctor understands what are my illness and concerns. Altho he is efficient, the locum doctor has an air of arrogance but maybe its just his personality. 🤷‍♀️

The doctors I have had consultations at this clinic are all very professional, proficient and knowledgeable. Kudus to them! However the clinic staff are not the most pleasant to encounter. One aunty (short hair with specs) is particularly rude and talks to patients like we are her minions. We aren’t at the clinic to take her commands though directive information is appreciated. More kindness from her can be observed for a more positive and better experience at the clinic.

Clinic understaff... Waited for almost 45 mins, doctor consultation less than 1 min... Total waiting time 1hr+-... Asked the receiptionist is it possible to get high fever medicine for my son incase his temp shoot up... Told by receptionist that is not possible cause his temp was only below 38.5°c... FYI, my son temp is up and down... Cant even get the medicine i want for my son yet the price is damn expensive... If i know i will encounter this kind of bad experience, might as well just go to the hospital... More way better... The receptionist show bad attitude..!! Will never ever go to that kind of clinic anymore, cause that is my 1st time and having very bad experience..!!

Morning female doctor is quite nice. Late night doctor usually sucks. Just went on 12th Sep 9 pm after work/dinner, the attitude of the doctor is very bad and rudeness uncalled for. Zero interest in checking on the patient and simply brush off any questions and concerns without much explanation.

30/07/2023 - My first visit to this clinic as I was down w skin allergy reaction. Despite the night was conducted by a locum doctor, I am impressed w his service. Took his advice and my skin gets better over the night. The allergy reaction I had is quite bad. He ask a lot of questions which I guess it’s normal as I myself has health history. Didn’t get his name but thanks Doctor! I was first served by an Indian lady at the reception counter - she is ok. Approachable. Only take - price point. I would say it is a bit on the higher side even on normal weekdays.

A super small clinic with a lot of patients. This means super long wait times with nowhere to sit. Not accommodating to people, combine that with a rude receptionist, you can't expect a good experience here. If you come here at odd hours, be prepared to pay through your nose. Not all is bad however, some doctors and receptionists are nice and professional. My experience here: Went in at 11:30pm on a Sunday for throat inflammation and fever. Doctor was understanding and gave the right meds for me. Gave me 3 days of MC, but forgot I came in at literally midnight and effectively only gave me 2 days of MC. Told me to come again tomorrow for swab test at 10:45am. Tomorrow comes, at 10:45am was told that there was no doctor (the irony) and to come back at 2pm. 2pm comes, a whole line of people at the front; some for doctor's consultation, some for swab test. After some waiting, we were finally divided into separate groups for more effective waiting (hooray). Half waiting for swab test get sent to the back for more waiting while the other half (me included) have to wait some more because we failed to register (all because the receptionist failed to give us correct information, which she then refuses to admit). So finally after 2.5 hours of wait, I got my swab test done (which only took 2 mins). Thank God my fever is gone, because I would've taken this complaint higher if they made me wait like this with fever.

Went to see doctor on a weekend afternoon and was informed doctor was not in. It is a 24hr clinic and yet there is no doctor. Somehow, the clinic was still open. If the key person (doctor) is not there, why is the clinic even open in the first place? No notice at the door or anything. Moreover, the receptionist, was EXTREMELY RUDE when I told her I wanted to see the doctor. There was nothing informing people about the lack of a doctor in the clinic and somehow the receptionist felt that it was beyond her duty to inform the people who walked in about the lack of a doctor. Similar to the other reviews, the quality of service is HORRIBLE. Someone needs to look into the service provided by the clinic and engage staff in a professionalism refresher or something.

Is a worse Doctor ever. I've file a complaint against Dr Lee Khai Yann. First time, I brought my son see him at Clementi branch with ear infection, he ended up give my son nothing (no medicine at all). I ended up have to visit other clinic for medication. As so unfortunate, my second visit at Jurong West branch, is him again. I was asking for just a letter to get my contraceptive pills (Mercilon), he refuse to give me the letter and again give nothing. I also have to visit another clinic to get it done. I wish to ask, is this doctor qualified? I never had met a doctor so unprofessional him.. I hope everyone please consider before going this clinic.

Worst clinic ever, extremely rude receptionist. I reached the clinic on weekday evening and there was only one receptionist. I scanned the QR code (chose option 'other') and queued (stood) for 30 mins. Later there was a young receptionist came in however she was very blurred and mixed up my profile with other person profile. When it was my turn, the receptionist told me that I selected the wrong option, I needed to scan again and select the correct option (see doctor option) and the system will take 30 mins to be updated. This means I wasted one hour just for queuing to take vaccine. Not only that, she allowed people to cut queue. I suggested the receptionist to put the instruction in-front of the clinic door so other people who wants to take vaccine could select the correct option to register themselves. The receptionist suddenly shouted at me and said all the people choose the correct option and she showed the face as if it was my own fault. I turned to the patients who was queuing (standing) outside of the clinic and asked them if they are coming for vaccination and if they had chosen the correct option to register themselves. A lot of them were not aware about this and said they don't know they need to select a specific option. I then guided them on how to register themselves on the health portal. Because the receptionists were busy doing things and they don't bother people who are queuing. As there is no further instruction from the receptionist, some people left the clinic after vaccinated. The receptionist didn't mention about post observation period and people needs to take their vaccination report from the receptionist. Only good thing is the young doctor who gave me vaccination, he answered my questions about vaccination and listened to my suggestions. One minor thing is I felt so pain on my injection site and it feels like burning! Ouch! Avoid this clinic AT ALL!

And when I asked why they didn’t pick up the phone when I called beforehand was because “we 2 people very busy” worst service I have ever seen, don’t attempt to run a 24 hour operation when your staff is so uncourteous even 7-11 auntie also nicer than your staff

Worst service coming from this clinic. Went to see the doc on 24/10/2021 at 1:00pm due to sore throat and cough was told to do ART and PCR Swab Test. Was only informed that the swab and art will be done at 2.30pm and by then there were more than 10 people waiting outside the clinic for the swab test as well. They havent informed me of my ART Test results as at the time of me writing this review. The lady who was there told me i can go home and just wait for her sms update but nothing came. Really poor service from the clinic.

With just 2 patients waiting in the line to see doctor, my entire wait was 1.5 hours. Lol. And it’s supposed to be a 24 hours clinic as the name suggests but it closes for operation like in the afternoon and reopens at 6.30-8.30pm before it closes again. Please change your clinic name to 8 hours clinic instead. Name super misleading. But no choice, this is the only clinic opened on Sunday.

It was a public holiday and its my 1st time to this clinic. Although the consultation charges was $90, it’s worth to see the staffs are still smiling working on a public holiday. They informed the charges & asking for insurance before registering which I feel its fair. Even they encountered computer system issues and I have to wait for more than 1/2 hour for registration. My queue no was 007 with 6 patients in line. But the waiting was less than 1/2 hour. Doctor was friendly and crack a little joke making you feel ease. Medicines was expensive but works. Will consider this clinic in the future.

I rushed down to the clinic at around 5pm as my husband and son forgot to bring their mask but when I reached there the front desk told us doctor is only available at 6:30pm. He could have told my husband that there was no doctor straight and I didn't have to rushed down. This is not my son's first visit! I apply Chas card for a reason and the front desk told my husband can't be use without showing my son's NRIC OR STUDENT PASS. He is only 5 years old and he didn't have any of that. Front desk was very rude and ignore my husband. We never had issue like this before. Since is not operating 24hr please kindly change your goggle operation hours etc. I strongly want to complain on the front desk who is so rude and not professional.

Domestic helper has stomach flu, Disturbingly expensive. Same symptoms of my sister’s helper from another clinic incurred total $40 including medication. Rude front desker, no spare mask for me when my helper was rushed there as she said feeling giddy. A clinic don’t have spare masks? You think we ask for free masks ?

One of the Worst Clinic which i ever seen in Singapore, Especially the Front Desk Receptionist (Gentleman). Yesterday my son unwell (Fever & Stomach Pain) i visited the Clinic around 7.30Pm, the receptionist man told no token system its first come first serve basis. I was waiting almost 1 hour. After 8.30 pm the reception man putting Token and he arrogantly saying its my decision to chance to Token System. In the mean time my son was completely down and start crying. I am requesting him to consult the Doctor urgently due to my son Health Condition. But he don't have any courtesy to understand the Situation and not handle the Situation. I am sure he is not fit for this Position. I decided here after i should not go to this clinic (Central 24 Hour Clinic (Pioneer North)) anymore. I also convey to my friends better not visit the clinic because of the Receptionist Arrogant Attitude. Any right Person who read my review, Kindly take action against him so that he will not repeat again to any one. Thanks!!!

The doctor is supernice x 100. but the front staff is kinda rude. They werent even looking atvus when asking question , she just look at the computer. Even when someone is asking what her queue no, she raise her voice n even give wrong no which belong to me. There is no systematic in calling people in for registration n simply asking us to stand outside for 30 min when there is only 1 or 2 patient waiting for medication. She just shouted as if we from outside can hear they calling us, it in the market area come on. We not animals. It only 8.30am so if they have no mood to work, might as well dont come to work. We are sick, no for fun. We pay for the medicals n not free ok. First n the last im coming to this clinic. I see others review, might as well u close down the clinic. I wonder how it survive this long.

Unfriendly staff. After seeing the doctor then they told me they don’t have the medicine that need for my insect bite. I still need to go pharmacy and buy the medicine myself when I already feeling very uncomfortable

1 star for being open 24hrs and available for registration. Came at night around 9.30pm so consultation fee was high. But needed medication so I just went. From the moment I entered, the guy with ponytail at the counter spoke as if he couldn’t be bothered to work; spoke in a low monotonous voice, very few words and didn’t even bother to smile. After registration, he just said, “Eleven.” (My queue number was eleven.) But I clarified with him if he meant I should come back at 11pm. He gave me that annoyed look. When I went into the Doctor’s room, and after telling the Dr why I’m there, he didn’t ask me about my past medical history or past medications and prescribed a new medication for me. I requested to have the current medications I’m already on, and the Dr simply shook his head and said, “No no, don’t have.” Right then and there, I regretted coming to this clinic. Poor service, lack variety of medications. And I paid $100 just for consultation fee and 10 tablets of medication, apparently comes with bad attitude from both staff and Doctor. Never again.

Very very bad experience with this clinic. Rude, attitude, poor service impatience receptionist. (chinese mid age lady short hair with spectacle) Came to extend my MC due to covid positive. While collecting the medicine, happen that one of the medicine antiseptic mouthrinse. I told her that i have this mouthrinse haven't started to use yet. Instead of telling the patient nicely should follow the instruction to take the medication so that could recover fast. First word came out from her mouth was loud and clear "that is not my problem" meaning to say it is patient problem for not using the mouthrinse fine, i told her it is not her problem, nevermind just give the mouthrinse it to me. Anyway without give patient medicine they can't charge patient medicine fee. Receptionist was very unprofessional chase a chinese patient away say we only speak english cannot speak mandarin. Had ask the patient to go next door clinic which can speak mandarin. Speaking loudly to a domestic helper patient with impatience tone. Not recommended to this kind of 24hr clinic with expensive fee and still need to tolerate full of anger from the receptionist.

The charge at $137.30 is way too high for a normal flu & headache with 3 type of medicines: viocil lozenges atrizin & abrilar cough syrup. We carry a blue CHAS card which expired on Apr 2023. Unfortunately was auto-issued with a replacement orange card. At this charge rate, it is impossible for retiree to visit your clinic again. Feedback on behalf of the patient, my wife who is 62 old.

Rather unpleasant experience: politely asking for a possible mask before entering (rejected), no stocking of Tulip’s cholesterol tables, refuse to provide a GP Referral letter on FIT test result even it’s my Healthy SG Doctor, time to switch Healthy SG clinic. Instead I was asked to go polyclinic.

The admin staff who opened the clinic which I went to at Pioneer North on the 28th Jan 24 was rude. Not only did she opened the clinic late at 10+am which supposed to be open at 9am where people already started to queue up When I entered the clinic, I could only hear she said to a patient before me to sit and she will call them to register. As I was having back pain and couldn't stand too long I also sit down. Came along an Indian patient, she asked him for his ID and asking him some question in Tamil and also told him to sit. Upon hearing this, I got up and wanting to pass my ID to her too. A Malay guy who happened to saw me told her that I was here before the Indian guy. The admin staff said, she's alone in the clinic where need to open the clinic and do registration as well. I told her what actually I heard upon entering the clinic. Too bad if she's from Malaysia but at least what she can do is to go out and tell us to pass our ID to her and sit down. Not forgetting she will also call us for registration. Attach is the photo notice which I took on the 27th Jan 24 after I came back from work at night

This was my first visit. I was having stomach cramps n unbearable pain. Food poisoning at nearby food center. Receptionist was very kind, friendly, careing n polite. The minite I enter the clinic, she said, uncle doctor is not available until 7.30pm. She said can register first. I did. Only a short wait n I was able to see doctor. Doctor was kind, friendly, carefull n careing towards patient. My first experience walking into the BEST clinic in Jurong West. 76 years living in Singapore, my first experience n I Heartfully Appreciated all that was done to me. I am very thankful to Doctor n all the staff in this 24 hour clinic. Warmest Regards.

During weekend my visits is mostly a lady Doctor, but sorry I never get her name! She is my favourite Doctor. As I have visited quite number of family clinics most of the Doctor when looking at patients I can say most case is less than 5 min patient walk out! I mean Doctor have to more care & do proper diagnosis about patients illness not very cases the same and we are not there for just the medication or mc! We just hope our feelings of sick getting better after the visit..

😠 The doctor is very old and paralyze, using his eye to see your condition without diagnosis. The charges were too expensive $120 with or without medication compared to others on a Sunday. After taking the medication, no effect still need to go polyclinic the next day.
