Worst
clinic
ever,
extremely
rude
receptionist.
I
reached
the
clinic
on
weekday
evening
and
there
was
only
one
receptionist.
I
scanned
the
QR
code
(chose
option
'other')
and
queued
(stood)
for
30
mins.
Later
there
was
a
young
receptionist
came
in
however
she
was
very
blurred
and
mixed
up
my
profile
with
other
person
profile.
When
it
was
my
turn,
the
receptionist
told
me
that
I
selected
the
wrong
option,
I
needed
to
scan
again
and
select
the
correct
option
(see
doctor
option)
and
the
system
will
take
30
mins
to
be
updated.
This
means
I
wasted
one
hour
just
for
queuing
to
take
vaccine.
Not
only
that,
she
allowed
people
to
cut
queue.
I
suggested
the
receptionist
to
put
the
instruction
in-front
of
the
clinic
door
so
other
people
who
wants
to
take
vaccine
could
select
the
correct
option
to
register
themselves.
The
receptionist
suddenly
shouted
at
me
and
said
all
the
people
choose
the
correct
option
and
she
showed
the
face
as
if
it
was
my
own
fault.
I
turned
to
the
patients
who
was
queuing
(standing)
outside
of
the
clinic
and
asked
them
if
they
are
coming
for
vaccination
and
if
they
had
chosen
the
correct
option
to
register
themselves.
A
lot
of
them
were
not
aware
about
this
and
said
they
don't
know
they
need
to
select
a
specific
option.
I
then
guided
them
on
how
to
register
themselves
on
the
health
portal.
Because
the
receptionists
were
busy
doing
things
and
they
don't
bother
people
who
are
queuing.
As
there
is
no
further
instruction
from
the
receptionist,
some
people
left
the
clinic
after
vaccinated.
The
receptionist
didn't
mention
about
post
observation
period
and
people
needs
to
take
their
vaccination
report
from
the
receptionist.
Only
good
thing
is
the
young
doctor
who
gave
me
vaccination,
he
answered
my
questions
about
vaccination
and
listened
to
my
suggestions.
One
minor
thing
is
I
felt
so
pain
on
my
injection
site
and
it
feels
like
burning!
Ouch!
Avoid
this
clinic
AT
ALL!
