Employees not helpful. Came when they weren’t busy and 90% on their phones- when I did ask if a particular brand of shoe was in stock, he responded “ I’m not sure. Sometimes, sometimes not.” … he didn’t offer to check or look it up, even though he was working in the shoe department. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

This store is never appropriately recovered and it seems they only honor costumers with a particular skin color when they have miss marked merchandise. This is not the first or second time this has happened, the first time I excepted the miss marked price, the 2nd time I excepted the discount but this time after watch them honor another customers request for the price as it was displayed in the wrong place. I refused to except anything but what was displayed. Do not shop here!!!!!

Bought my new bike from this location, the staff was very knowledgeable about the bikes and what type is right for me. The whole process was great, they answered any questions I had & were very helpful. Purchased a great hybrid bike for trail riding & couldn't be happier!

I was going to drive 30 minutes to buy a pair of shoes from here. It said there was one left so I wanted to make sure before I drove out that it was actually in stock Call two times nobody answered. Waited a little bit called back and got hung up on, so I said forget it

Very nice, and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great store, they go over and above to try and fill the customer's order.

It pains me to shop here. The prices are outrageous, considering the online options we have these days and the short shipping available. However, in the event of a gift card acquisition, it can be fun. But any GC under $50 will end up costing you another $40 more out-of-pocket. I just don't shop here unless I have store credit or we need a new pair of something on the way to our game.

It's a little more expensive than other places, but their stuff is generally really nice, and they have damn near everything you could possibly imagine under "sporting goods". Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a complaint.

Ordered a fishing rod online for in store pickup. Got a confirmation email that my order was ready. I then left my house to go pick up the item and my order was cancelled on the way with no reasoning. Apparently the manager doesn't want to fulfill the order because I used a $20 off $100 coupon code. Really bad customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I came in today looking for goggles and gloves to go skiing over the weekend Kyle helped me along explaining exactly what I needed. Thank you Kyle!
