Avg or over Hyped food, especially Paratha. Very very late service. There is no token system where you can secure your seat. Minimum waiting time is around 30 mins to 1 hour (ATLEAST, on non weekend days) if you are lucky otherwise more waiting. Positives are: Food is not very costly, it is pocket friendly. Good ambience. But overcrowded and complete mismanagement. There should be an online system where people can book slots in this pandemic times and can reach Restaurant at their time slots.

Not sure if you should call it a Dhaba, but going by the history of the place, it seems to have started from being a small eatery to the current stage which it is in now. Bang in the highway it attracts a very trendy crowd. Seems the number of cars which are parked in this place easily runs in to close to 500 + numbers with a constant in and out flow. Suffice to say many of the other similar large scale eateries close to this place do not seem to be getting even 25% of the footfall earned bill this place. The food though not very cheap is also not very costly. Quality , taste and service is also great. My recommendation if you are ever in this locality and hungry look no further and just make a halt here. My full 5 star rating for this place. Cheers !!!!!

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Us road se niklo to waha rookna to banta hi he. I have never eaten the paratha and butter like that in my life. We went delhi to manali by road and we stayed there for dinner. But it came out so so good. The sweets are so much delicious. And the soup they offered while I was shivering in December time. We felt soothing.. The food, the cleanlines, the washroom was all so nice.we again stopped there in return while travelling to Ambala. And 2 years after that, We still remember it as a part of our sweet journey.

Food was average. The tea was excellent. Maybe we expected a little bit too much due the place being so overhyped. We went there at around 9am, and the place was super crowded. It was really chaotic and not in a good way. Customers keep standing around near your table literally just beside your chairs constantly watching to see when you finish and get up (even we had to do that to get a table). Just beside our table an argument broke out about who will sit once the table clears. IMO the place is not worth the hassle especially during peak hours.

Food is amazing and service is fast. Employees do wear mask but the place is super busy all day long. Parking is ample,restroom are cleaned periodically. Only thing i can recommend is not to leave utensils on tables.

Food was just okay okay not as per the hype. It was not like out of world. We tried gobhi, aloo and paneer tanduri parantha but they were just just. Also coffee was horible. It was like you get free in airplanes and trains with milkpowder and small nescafee sache. It taste just water. Butter was good you will like it but recommend dont eat too much. I was having bad breath after butter in car. Ambience was good you can shop or rent a room to stay but if you are here to have some food, u recommend to skip it

Well every delhite has heard of Murthal ke paranthe. Amrik Sukhdev dhaba (its a full fledged restuarant now) is the place to go. The taste is as good as its reputation. Aloo ka parantha, paneer parantha and jalebi are the main attractions. Best for a takeaway during a long drive. Its a huge area with fine amenities, parking spaces and lodging facilities. Also, it was pretty clean and well maintained.

Since the price is on a higher side, it doesn't deserve 5 star. However, it satisfies all other criteria for a 5 start service. Overall a deserving 4 star.

We went with great hope but it wss bit disappointing..maybe it was not ourdsy. We went early morning it was jam packed but we managed to get parking nesr the mein entrance. We ordered aloo onion, paneer and onion paratha three of them was ok oo not to the mark. Ee moved on to kheer (ahain ok) then came the best lassi served chilled. It was yummy. Murthal is famous for the number of beautiful dhabas and the delicious food that is offered. We took the long drive from New Delhi and headed to Amrik Sukhdev in Murthal. The place surely doesn’t look like a dhaba anymore, it is a lot more fancy now, with a huge parking space, and the ability to accommodate loads of people in one sitting. The waiting period for a table could be around 15-30 minutes depending on the crowd on that particular day. You will need to wait near the tables if you want one, as there is no waiting list as such. We had the following while we were at Amrik Sukhdev. Chole Bhature was our first pick as we knew this would come faster than the famous parathas of Murthal. The chole was spot on in terms of the masala, and was cooked to perfection as well. The fluffy bhature was fantastic too, a beautiful start to our time at Amrik Sukhdev. Paneer Paratha with a scoop of fresh butter on it looked so enticing that we finished it as soon as it was kept on the table. A little crunchy, chewy, and perfectly cooked, it sure was an amazing paratha. Probably the best I have had in a really long time. Aloo Pyaaz Paratha was recommended by the staff and it was nice, but nothing compared to the Paneer Paratha. The filling was rather bland, I was expecting a little bit of spice at least but nevertheless, worth trying it out. Dal Makhani with Tandoori Roti was decent. The roti was a little more roasted than we would have liked, while the Dal Makhani was superb in terms of the consistency and taste. From experience we would say stick to Parathas, it is what they are famous for and far better than all the dishes they have. A hot plate of Jalebi was the best way to end our eating marathon at Amrik Sukhdev. Freshly cooked, served piping hot, crispy, juicy, and everything you hope for in a jalebi. Lastly we had the chai, nothing extraordinary though, a simple well made chai. You can find them at No.52, 250KM Stone, Grand Trunk Rd, Murthal, Haryana 131039.

Nice place, it is often crowded with loads of visiters who are travelling towards Chandigarh or other parts of Punjab. The place is very well maintained, it has well organised parking. There are external vendors and some small souvenirs, gift shops outside. The main resturant too is very well maintained and is kept clean and tidy all the time inspite of entertaining so many customers daily. I would definitely give a 👍🏽 for the cleanliness specially in a post covid situation in India. The service may sometimes get delayed due to a lot of customers and the servers will force you to tip them, if you give them less, they would ask for more. Hated that part though. They embarrass themselves.

Wanted to give 3.5 but Google doesn't have half stary facility. It's huge huge complex for a dhaba. It's like a mini banquet hall. It can hold more than 1000 people at one go. I will update for paranthas which we ate. A normal( it's a huge parantha if your normal diet is 2 chapati then one is enough for you) aloo ka parantha cost ₹88 without tax along with unsalted white butter. It tastes very good when eaten bite by bite at slow pace. Often people end up eating a parantha in great speed without enjoying it's taste. Side condiments on the table are nimboo ka khatta meetha acchaar, mix achaar , vinegar dipped onions and one Glass of green chillies. Earlier it was only Parantha they would sell now they have updated their menu to include north indian food and south indian( I would eat it unless one can't eat other stuff). They have started to sell sweets also( chek the prices from the pics) and currently offering 10% discount on them. Some sweets are definitely worth trying like jalebi and rabri and hot gulab jamun. They even sell tandoori chaap. In the evening they even sell "barf ka gola( chuski)" those who know crushed ice taste like should try. For kids they have amusement swings to keep them entertained. Cons: They can't handle crowd. Their staff is uncooperative when you ask them for table even if your are a big group. Every one seems to gather inside and look at tables which are about to get empty. This all should be done by the staff or supervisors posted their but currently you have to find your seat. This should improve I hope so. Don't drink water from outside where it says chilled water as guards and staff also drink from it and they clear their throat in same basin( yikes ). They don't have free water service inside which is a huge shame for them considering it's an indian outlet and this let's too much of plastic clutter through bottles. Overall a good eating outlet for every generation.

One of the best place to have paratha outside Delhi .. They sell all type of paratha ..tandoor paratha is famous over here ..with so much white butter.. it's amazing .. they have very quick and fast service despite of huge crowd .. Amazing paratha and kesar chai .. Must visit place for those take delhi chandigarh highway ..

Great place to eat, Always crowded.. They need to bring Butter toast or Bun Makhan option for North Indians which almost is the staple diet with Chai/Masala Tea

We stopped here for our breakfast while we were on our way to Manali from Delhi. We reached here around 7 AM in the morning and to my surprise place was almost full. Service was really good and staff was polite and helpful Food taste was authentic and real. We ordered aloo paratha, aloo pyaz paratha, paneer paratha, poori bhaji. Everything was really good in taste and quantity and quality was also good. Sufficient parking space. Washroom was very neat and clean Only thing which they can start as practice that they can ask people how much butter they need or can give additional butter separately as we feel the amount of butter they are serving with paratha mostly gets wasted as too much is served.

Truly outstanding and most famous Dhaba on the roadway. The spot is so colossal with a great deal of stopping place. Administration was quick and all that we tasted was yummy and will fill your stomach without a doubt. Staffs were great. Place was perfect and clean. Washrooms were spotless. Guests are all the more so commotion is more. You will not get your confidential spot however you can sit outside as well. A should visit place.

I had lunch for an outing. The taste is awesome, but the footfall is high ,and does some service delay as usual. But management is good with such a footfall. The washroom is clean 5/5. Apart from the main restaurant lots of small shops and food kiosk there Tea is awesome. Moderate expensive.

Amrik sukhdev does not require a detailed review because the name itself is enough for everyone to know about it. I tried paneer paratha, aalo puri, and corn cheese sandwich for breakfast, which was average to good. The prices of parathas were reasonable, but few items are just costlier in general.

A nice food place. A variety of foods available here. Service is good. Staff are well behaved. There has been always crowd. Food are very delicious. Quality is maintained. Recommend for breakfast, lunch, dinner, way dining etc with family. A very famous place for dining while traveling through there.

Good Dhaba at Murthal , way to delhi to Chandigarh, with sufficient facilities like parking,washroom, gift shop, kids play area and staff to help the visitors. I found food is not very awesome. Rate is decent here.
