I stayed here for five nights and wow! What a phenomenal hotel. I loved the gorgeous drive way leading to the hotel - you could be mistaken thinking you’re in a jungle and not in São Paulo! I love the library “outside”! We were quickly ushered to the check in area and was delighted to learn that check in that our rooms were ready despite it being 07:30am. Great! Rosewood prides itself using Brazilian only materials and it’s evident throughout the hotel’s theme. The wood, marble, carpet are all Brazilian sourced and it’s beautiful. We were shown the room and how it works and Wow! It’s my new favourite hotel in São Paulo (I’ve only been to one!) and it was stunning. I loved the marble bathrooms and the headdresses across the hotel. We had a few faults with the room but it was dealt with quickly and alas one fault couldn’t be fixed so we were upgraded to the Grand Premier King Room which was fantastic although there was some noise from the restaurant at night which can be bothersome but wasn’t a problem to us. I would definitely recommend coming in if you want true luxury. I doubt any hotel can compete with Rosewood in São Paulo.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Rooms are fantastic. Don’t forget to go up to the roof top pool. The location is very very questionable and we didn’t feel safe walking around the area. Service is was good but staff seem to need additional training. But everyone was wonderful

Amazing stay! Loved all of the spaces in the hotel. The rooms are exquisite and the restaurants are all delightful. The pool cabanas were a surprising bonus, too!

I stayed here for two times total 5 nights. The first stay for one night was amazing because I was amazed by design, but the second stay for 4 nights felt bit wasted money because the service was not good. Many stuff can not speak English, and this is a luxurious hotel but no personal attentive services.

Great hotel with great accommodation. Hotel is brand new and everything is beautiful inside. Everyone in the hotel is super helpful and nice. Food and drink were very good but a few things a little price even for the category of the hotel. Breakfast included in the package might not be the best option.

This hotel is a must visit whether it's a one night stay, a weekend or a week do it. The group of people behind this project care and are present. The design is curated and warm, the love is there. The attentiveness of everyone from A to Z was outstanding. Allard and his team will win many awards for an spectacular hotel. They compost the food you don't eat, they recycle everything. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking about it and book now.

As guest you feel like being in heaven. Wow! I can highly recommend during week and on the weekend.

Beautiful, elegant and quirky hotel perfectly located with superb facilities. Food excellent, rooms delightfully entertaining and service exceptional. A wonderful stay.

The hotel is truly exceptional. Service and food (try the healthy breakfast!) were impeccable but what stands out the most is the attention to detail and design of the place. We spent almost an entire day just browsing through the hotel and discovering different artworks, plants and design details. This is among the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I am looking forward to returning in a few years to see how much the jungle has grown on the building facade.

Great architecture and gardens, fantastic location, superb service. Excellent value for money, probably the best hotel in South America. The food is flawless, the bar is not only comfy, the drinks are on a class of their own.

My husband and I stayed here about a month ago for a family members wedding. The service at this Rosewood location was impeccable. We arrived at 9am. Our room was not ready but they let us stay in a temporary room to refresh after our 12 hour flight. We used the car service the entire time we were there. They worked hard to keep our driver the same throughout our trip allowing us to secure a bond to our driver, Divo. Divo was phenomenal as our driver. He was attentive, fun, talked about the city, and always made sure we were safe and taken care of. He is truly an asset to the hotel. Guilherme Correa was hands down the best concierge we have had at any hotel we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at five rosewood hotels. He knew us by name amongst the many visitors. He went above and beyond to get our family a restaurant reservation and spa services. Guilherme made sure we had everything we needed while making us feel like our stay was important to him. Again, both these team members are vital and make the experience at Rosewood São Paulo memorable. Thank you to both of them!

The first thing that caught my attention was the detail of the interior. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Room services are on time and had the best time of my life in the swimming pool area and the bar. If you know what i mean😁

My stay was 5 stars all the way! What a great place to stay. Everything was excellent from the staff, food, service, location! I can’t wait to come back. It’s the. It’s the next hotel experience I’ve had in quite sometime. If you are looking for a bargain, don’t come here but if you want the best, it’s the place you want to be!

One of the best hotels in the world. I’d like to especially point out that Housekeeping was somehow never seen yet my room was constantly being cleaned and adjusted, several times per day. AMAZING.

Husband and I stayed for 5 days last week. Wonderful property! Attentive staff. We call it our “home” in Brazil. Really really enjoyable. Can’t wait to stay there again! Not a fan of any of the 3 restaurants we tried tho! Fasano and belmond properties are out favorites but rosewood became our thing!

I can't recommend the Rosewood Sao Paulo highly enough. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the design aesthetics are magical, sophisticated whimsy. It's definitely a favorite. It reminds me a bit of high-end Singapore, but with a purely Brazilian personality.

What an incredible hotel! One of the most beautiful places in São Paulo. I had a delicious lunch at one of their restaurants. The decor on the hotel is incredible.

The hotel is great. This hotel is part of the Inkaterra Resorts, which we enjoy staying at. Spa is amazing. Staff at the front desk speak English and are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Staff beforehand with opti for delayed check out when my husband was feeling under the weather. Restaurant manager, Frank is fantastic!

Absolutely incredible hotel. I have been to several rosewood properties and they are all wonderful but Rosewood São Paulo is EXCEPTIONAL. The hotel staff service was fantastic. All 5 of the on-site restaurants were incredible. But what really separates this hotel from others is the design. Starting with the grand but private lobby entrance you feel like you are walking into a secret club, continued by a rainforest themed pool area and outdoor patio, the vibe is 10/10. All the fantastic artwork in the hallways and rooms is wonderful. Then you have this amazing little jazz bar with live music every night and superb drinks. But the cherry on top is the rooftop with infinity pool looking over the city. Anytime you are staying in São Paulo you MUST stay at this Rosewood!
