Been here a couple times. The cashier asked me a weird question : “Do you have United States phone number?” Hello? Only because I look an asian face? Unacceptable!

Been shopping here for years... Love Ralph Lauren's down to earth, never go out of style clothing..! When I go, I always hope Kevin one of the sales associate's is there, because he's the best at giving you any help you might need..! Oh and did I mention the manager James, he’s great and always comes over to say hello….! Love talking to these guys as they go the extra mile for you..! They help make the experience always a good one...! And Ralph Lauren is the premier American designer of men’s clothing as far as I’m concerned, always classy and clean looking and never over the top…. From young people to old timers like me, he’s still the best….! 5 Stars always..!

There were more than 5 personnel doing nothing, and only 1 cash register out of 6 counters was open. We were next in line to pay with no one behind us, and they managed to make us wait for more than 10 minutes. The family in front of us kept getting more and more additional items, and no one bothered to check on us. Then another counter suddenly opened and they let someone else pay before us. We left without getitng anything.

The first time I went in a clothing store with my teenage son and he was happy and did not go directly to the sweatpants / joggers... etc. I am definitely going back! The gentleman that helped us was amazing! He wad happy to help us with everything... even showed me how to get a discount with the app! 😊 Thank you so much! 🤜🏼🤛🏾 We will most certainly revisit this clothing outlet

Look for store associate named "Kevin", he went above and beyond to assist us in finding just the right polo shirt and had a very friendly and helpful attitude. All of the staff we encountered appeared hard working and were friendly. Better than expected shopping experience!

I’m definitely a fan of Ralph Lauren so I thought I’d check this store out as I was in the area. It reminded me of a car lot before covid. Constantly hounded by person after person wanting to show me something or suggesting I buy something specific. Commissioned employees and disappointing selection of clothing made that my last time going to this specific store. I had 10 people try to sell me something but when it’s time to check out, there’s an extremely long line with one cashier. Terrible.

Very pricey for being an outlet store... IF you catch a good deal than yes its great but that don't happen often..

Always a pleasure going into Michigan City's Ralph Lauren outlet. James (the manager) is one of the coolest guys! Been shopping there for 18+ years and have known him 10+. The staff is friendly. The store, no matter how busy it may get....they keep it clean and organized. Between Michigan City and Aurora, M.C. is my favorite. Shop the two and they'll be yours too!

Love Ralph Lauren even when most things were retail prices! They did have a very nice sale going on for memorial day weekend. A lot of their items are current and in season. This is a great place to shop.

Nice clean store but small selection

Lots of selections to choose from. Staff and store manager were very helpful in acquiring some pieces, they did not have in our sizes, from other Polo stores. We were happy with our purchases and experience.

My kids and I are headed to Mexico and I needed to buy clothing for all four of us. Shirley helped me every step of the way! We started with my youngest girl, my son, my oldest and then me. Shirley took the time to actually put outfits together for all of us. She even found a dress and shirt my two youngest to match for a family picture on our cruise. Shirley really took the stress out of shopping for me. I truly appreciate all of her help. She took her time with me and made sure I had everything I needed from tops, bottoms and shoes. Her managers were also very nice and helpful. I really recommend this store and I can’t say enough good things about Shirley. Thank you so very much Shirley. You truly made my day!
