Solid choice for Chinese takeout. Family Meal easily feeds 4 people. Gen. Tso's Wings are delicious. Prices are very reasonable, even though there was a customer in the store hollering about how expensive they were. (I think she was just trying to work them for a free soda.) My biggest critique is that my pre-paid online order was supposed to be ready at 6:05pm on a week night. I didn't actually leave with my food until nearly 6:45pm. The phone was constantly ringing with orders and the staff was also taking walk-in orders. I like to walk into an establishment and know my food will be ready at the time it's promised. I didn't really enjoy waiting around a bunch of mask-less customers going in and out. 😒

The food was not worth the cost. Beef and broccoli had hardly any beef in it. Kungpo chicken had hardly any chicken in it. Chicken fried rice was just plain rice and chicken. Shrimp rolls were over cooked and tasted like something else had been cooked with them. Not sure how this place has such a good rating!

The food was good and most importantly hot and fresh. The one problem/complaint I have is; that was not shrimp fried rice as is stated. Chinese do not cook authentic fried rice nothing similar to the style at this restaurant! I'm from California, I know authentic Chinese food. Not to mention New York has the best real authentic Chinese food if you really want to get technical. I was disappointed with the supposed fried rice, it was clearly yellow rice with diced onion and shrimp! No scrambled eggs, no scallions, no peas etc. And it definitely wasn't fried. I could have cooked my own yellow rice had I known. Needless to say I would eat here again minus their version of "fried rice."

I was pleasantly surprised! This food was REALLY GOOD! I’m used to hearing 15 minutes at Chinese food restaurants. But this one REALLY means at least 15 minutes but the food was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I’m ABSOLUTELY going to be back again.

The woman and the young man are awesome. I always order from here because the food is great. But this last time ordering from this restaurant was the worst experience. The older mane you will see is rude and aggressive. Like this will probably be the last time I order from here for a while. He was rude and disrespectful, which is crazy because I’m probably one of the few customers that tip. He is always rude and nasty. Do NOT deal with him. Deal with the woman and the young man. They are courteous, and make sure your food is prepared correctly. Please order from the woman or the you man, otherwise your experience will be horrible.

I visited a couple of weeks ago and I loved the food. The chicken was fresh and fried crispy and my shrimp fried rice (which I added a fried egg) was awesome and shrimps was fresh. I will be returning soon.

Don’t let the appearance fool you. This was actually some of the best Chinese I have had in awhile. Crab Rangoon is awesome and fried rice is to me very authentic. The egg roll wasn’t what I am used to but I can live with out it.

Ordered shrimp with Chinese vegetables, 2 shrimp egg rolls and shrimp fried rice. It was the worst! Shrimp fried rice was yellow rice with 4 shrimp, the shrimp egg rolls were old, the shrimp inside the shrimp with Chinese vegetables were mushy! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE AGAIN!!!

We don't live here anymore, but every time we visit we have to grab wings from this location. The owners are so friendly!!! The wings are the BEST in the area and the pork fried rice is delicious. Definitely recommend this spot.

Update...do not confuse this one with Etterick. Friendly husband and wife team, quick and efficient Only Chinese food that is great and never made me sick. Only place I will go from Richmond to NC Northeastern border! Got to try.

The egg drop soup at Top's China is one of the best I've had, & I've tried many different Chinese take-out places. I do wish that they gave more crispy noodles with the soup though. You have to pay for extra bags of them. With a large soup two small bags of the crispy noodles just isn't enough. Other than that, we like their food & they're quick with your order. We love their lo mein & sweet & sour chicken as well. Lunch specials are great too.

Great, friendly service. The food was good American Chinese, especially the beef and broccoli. Good prices, dinner for a family of 5 for $28

Cozy takeout spot in Petersburg The generals tso chicken was very spicy and full of flavor. If you haven't had Tops China before I highly recommend it
