Easily accessible from the CTA Red Line, Centered Studios has been my yoga home for a few years now. The space is intimate with charming exposed brick. The teachers are knowledgeable, welcoming, and very kind. I highly recommend Centered Studios to any yogi from beginner to experienced practitioner. The studio offers acupuncture and a variety of other services as well!

The ambience is very relaxing and the instructors are great! Very clean facility too, they have all the equipment and mats for you to borrow. I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and like I got an amazing workout. Our neighborhood needed a yoga spot like Centered Studios! They also offer acupuncture and massages which I'm eager to try out.

I love yoga classes at Centered Studios. It's a small, intimate setting without pressure or judgment. The instructors are so welcoming of new/inexperienced students, and there are lots of times and class options available.

Very much enjoyed the Yoga 101 class I took at Centered this week. As a newbie, I felt like I was challenged, but because the instructor was supportive and helpful, I never felt frustrated. The space is great, and everyone on staff is amazing. Will be back!

I’m grateful for the classes at Centered Studios. They are just the right mix of challenging, but still doable. In recent months I’ve noticed less pain from my back, shoulders and knees since taking the classes — as well as just feeling more flexible and chill in general. Every teacher I’ve practiced with has been caring and knowledgeable—I think this place is a welcome haven in the Rogers Park community.

Centered Studios is one of my favorite yoga studios I have ever been a part of in my 25 years of practice in 3 cities. The studio itself is warm and welcoming. The space is a delight to practice in. It's beautiful. The teachers are solid and varied (faves currently include Elsa and Bridget). But most of all the owner is wonderful. Amy and her partner Barrett are always open to ideas, always making new offerings. Amy definitely takes care of her clients. They are active and supportive members of the community. I have friends who love to visit this studio from other parts of the city. For both new and seasoned yogis, this studio is the best in Rogers Park.

Centered Studios is so full of soul, connection, and community. Classes are mindful and nourishing and will kick your butt if you need a little of that too! Their programing is always exploring how we can best connect our body and soul in new and progressive ways. Didn’t think I’d find this kind of space outside of California. So grateful!

I've been to just about every yoga studio on the north side of Chicago and in Evanston, and Centered is the one I call home. It's so chill and laid back and everyone is friendly and down-to-earth. It's a real community. The space is cute and clean, the prices are right, and they even have a consistent morning schedule, which is what works for me. Last, and certainly not least, the teachers are first-rate. They're all so different, and each one challenges your mind and body in totally different ways. I can't say enough good stuff about this studio. It's been a huge part of my life for many years and I can't ever see myself going anywhere else.

So excited about the community Centered Studios provides for Rogers Park. I have been going to the studio for years. This morning I was honored to be a part of a small outdoor yoga class. So much thoughtful intention behind every effort the Centered team puts forward! They are constantly finding ways to collaborate locally and think forward to new opportunities. Much respect to everyone involved!

Absolutely hands down one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken! Lane was beyond skilled both in technical adjustments and soothing guidance. I’ve never been so challenged but relaxed during a 75 min session and even though I found this through ClassPass I’m highly interested in the studio just because of Lane! No music was used and I never thought about it once since the session itself was so engaging and mindful.

I love yoga at Centered Studios. It is such a safe, relaxing, and non-judgmental place where everyone feels welcome. The instructors are all smart and compassionate. There is a great variety of classes and times. COVID precautions are top-notch. Great local Rogers Park establishment. We're so lucky to have this place!

This studio has a unique feel. It's intimate and a really special place. I have now had three instructors, and while all took slightly different approaches, they all also paid close attention to the participants, provided very detailed instructions as to how to position one's body during a pose, and described the benefits of that specific pose. I also laugh at least once during each class, which is such a powerful emotional release. I could not recommend Centered Studios more highly. Find a class and go... like now.
