I went to massage envy in Palm Harbor and Janice was my masseuse. It was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. It was so good in fact that I joined massage in the and I am now a member. I know that I will look forward to my monthly massages with Janice and I highly recommend her she is very personable very thorough and really knows how to make a person relax. Thank you Janice it was a great experience!

I had a chemical peel done by Karen at Massage Envy Palm Harbor. She really took the time to give me all the information that I needed to know about the procedure and how to take care of my skin after the treatment, including what to watch out for and what to avoid doing. I asked her about the ingredients in the products I was going to be using after the peel since I prefer more natural products, and she told me exactly what each ingredient was going to do for my skin, when and how to use the products, and it really made it easy for me to stick to the post peel protocol. Karen was very thorough while doing the peel and was checking in with me every step of the way and really took care to make me feel very comfortable. Karen also consulted me on the products that I should get for my home skincare routine, and again, she went over every single ingredient in the products. I really feel that she could not have possibly done a better job, I felt like royalty with all the care and attention Karen gave me.

Anthony aka Tony is AMAZING. I got bi weekly and always try to get him!! Melanie is also great <3 both my gf and I go to this palm harbor location and it's the only one we will go to. The manager Beth is super people oriented and cares about the customers. The front desk girls are always super sweet.

I had a massage with Angelica. She is an amazing therapist. She made sure to focus on the areas that I asked, and the right amount of pressure was used the whole time. I feel better then ever. I had the pleasure of meeting Beth upon check out. Beth was super informative and a breath of fresh air. I already booked another massage and the Best part I signed up for the membership who doesn't LOVE savings especially when it comes to taking care of yourself. Beth is the main reason I will be back she genuinely cares about her guests. Thanks Beth and Angelica for making my day special. ❤️

I would highly recommend the Palm Harbor Massage Envy. The atmosphere is very friendly super clean, calm and well staffed. I have always enjoyed the relaxation I feel after and during massage, including the massage envy in Port St Lucie. But I must say Koryn takes it to the next level. So relaxed afterwards not only physically but mentally and emotionally as if I could have floated out to my car when I left. Still relaxed a day later I am already looking forward to my next visit. Bought my husband gift card from the Palm Harbor location last Christmas. Called a few days ago to make appointment for him. Girl on phone asked if he'd ever been there before, I said no, I purchased as a Christmas gift & he's finally able to get there. She asked how much the GC was for, I told her $70.00 which is what a 50 minute deep tissue massage was at the time of purchase. It was also written on the card ( 50 min. deep tissue $70.00) She mentioned that their rates had changed but since I purchased the card at this Palm Harbor location they would honor it, (as they should). My husband got his massage from Lauren as scheduled, the massage was a good one and he left her a tip on her table. When my husband got to the desk to pay, he handed the woman his GC in which she replied, well your massage is $125.00 so you owe $55.00. My husband is quite surprised and said "well the card says $70.00 for a 50 minute deep tissue massage, why do you want to charge me $125.00"? Her response is, "well your massage was one hour", not 50 minutes. Now my husband's confused and says, "well I'm face down on a table, it's not my job to watch the clock, I was scheduled for a 50 minute massage, so you went 10 minutes over and want to charge me another $55.00"? She then goes to talk to her manager, whomever that is, unfortunately my husband did not get any names. She comes back and says, ok we're charging you $75.00 LOL. Husband says "so you want me to pay an extra $5.00 even though the GC was for $70.00", as though they were doing him a favor because they really wanted to charge him $125.00 What an unprofessional & unorganized business. Will never use a massage chain again, they ruined his gift as far as I'm concerned! I'll find a good private massage therapist in the future.

Janice was absolutely amazing. I told her about some issues I’ve been having with my shoulder and she worked magic. Definitely will be back to see her again.

Absolutely loved my massage. The spa is clean, inviting, relaxing, and the staff is friendly. I now have monthly scheduled self-care days and look forward to them.
