Five minus stars for my first phone call. Had to give it at least one star to be able to send my review. Melanie, answered the phone "Yep" and nothing else. ALL and I mean ALL down hill from there. Unprofessional would be a compliment. Rude, arrogant, defiant to the most basic questions of just setting up an appointment. Meeting with Dr Gupta in the morning for the first time. Here's hoping for a better class of humanity.

If I could give this provider negative stars, I would. I had the experience of this person back in 1994 after my car accident when I sought treatment to have a scar revision on my forehead which had deep scar tissue. December 1994, Gupta did the first treatment: a dermal abrasion of the forehead. Told me to return to his office in two weeks post o.o. February 1995, Gupta said we can do tissue revision and scheduled surgery with tissue expanders to be placed under the skin on the right side of my forehead and come to office each week and have saline injected into each expander until he felt enough tissue was grown. July 1995, Gupta felt enough tissue was grown and scheduled surgery for August. August 1995 Gupta did surgery and not only did he pull one eyebrow significantly HIGHER, he rolled the skin creating the left eyebrow into a lower turn leaving a 'dog eared corner and discussed that he would correct at a later date in his surgical notes. I sought corrective treatment with the original plastic surgeon and at the time I was told that I should have waited for at least one year before I had any treatment for scar revision as the skin had needed time to heal.THANK RUN.....DO NOT GO TO GUPTA....HE SOUGHT NO FAULT $$$$ Perhaps this is why this person packed his bags and left Michigan. I lost my 6 year old daughter when I was t-gone by a 14 year old driver and then I suffered afterwards by a greedy plastic surgeon doing unnecessary procedures. DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT BY THIS CLOWN!!!!!

This man gets Negative million stars. Absolute the worst experience in my life. The problem with this doctor is not his ability is the way he scams his patients. He did EMERGENCY surgery on my friend in the hospital and left metal in their body, he refuses to take ANY insurance what so ever, and now demands CASH only to remove the metal. He has physically hijacked my friends body and no other Dr will finish the work he started. HORRIBLE experience. You don't have CASH he owns your body...... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, we are living a horror movie. BEWARE. He will do emergency surgery and leave metals so he can get your CASH to remove it.

I wouldn't have anything to do with this office,my wife & I were both overcharged,if you check up on "Sunshine Walk In Clinic" you will see terrible reviews,mostly 1 star!!!! they have repeatedly sent debt recovery agencies to collect monies I do not owe... its been 3 yrs and I still get calls from new companies and every time i have explain I do not owe any monies!!!! I do not know how this office exists,Dr Gupta almost never consults with her patients it's always her PA!!!!!

Warning!!! My finger got cut off 9-10-2017 and Dr. Gupta preformed surgery and reconstructed what was left and its has been a night mare since!! My finger is in Constant Pain and Very Difficult to use and limited range of motions with Pain!!! I have talked to Dr. Gupta for the last year+ about the Constant Pain and his reply is to remove the finger entirely all the way back into the hand or live with it!!! Excuse me but, WTF!!! Don't Go!!!!!!!

It's hard to find a doctor like Dr. Rai Gupta these days!! He provided me with the most excellent medical care ever with kindness and care!! Even though I had no insurance, he did his best effort to put my face back together after a serious car accident. I can't thank you and your assistant, Sergio Torres, enough who were always willing to help and respond in an effective and professional way for any questions or concerns of my health. Special thanks to Brian Newton who was always welcoming with a great smile on his face as well as all the other staff members in this clinic. I definitely would love to recommended you to everyone who wants to seek a trustworthy health professional!

Dr. Gupta is an amazing hand surgeon and doctor. My hand is nearly fixed with a little bit more physical therapy. The only bad thing I can say is the phone is hardly answered and the wait time can get pretty high. A little frustrating when you're taking off work and have to keep coming back. Regardless Dr. Gupta is still a talented surgeon and I would recommend him in the Orlando area.

Dr.Rai Gupta is an angel in disguise, he saved my wife's legs 3 times. Each time with care and compassion. His professionalism and follow up is next to none. I highly recommend anyone having any skin issues with grafting, he is the best. I thank you Dr Gupta for your service to your patients.
