I was treated by a "psychiatrist" named Margarita. God, she is THE WORST PSYCHIATRIC I have ever been to in my life BY FAR. She treated me terribly: she was rude, hostile, she spoke to me with an aggressive tone of voice, she was condescending and she had empathy and tact in her ass. That looked more like a military barracks than a consultation; instead of helping me, it seemed like I had gone there to have my card read. Then my parents went to the room where I was and the aunt refused to evaluate me, my parents asked her who they should go to to do it and she refused to tell us. My parents had to get upset for me to tell them the truth, they left us hanging like a cigarette butt. On top of that, he had the nerve to say that he had never had a patient with Asperger's in his entire career when my parents are teachers and had had one per classroom every two years. That woman is ready to be fired immediately, she can't continue being there, SHE IS INCOMPETENT AND AN ASSHOLE. I left there worse than I was before, I will never set foot in this place again in my life. I don't give it fewer stars because you can't: WHAT A SHIT SERVICE.

La psiquiatra, Margarita, cree que el TDAH no existe en la edad adulta, que se ha puesto de moda últimamente. Ha invalidado dos diagnósticos de dos psiquiatras distintos que demuestran que tengo TDAH, ansiedad y TEPT, para decir, que vaya a terapia privada. Y me ha felicitado por estar mejor que en el pasado. Se ha reído con sorna de mis problemas, y ha demostrado ser una persona con 0 empatía. Pienso que se ha divertido haciéndome sentir mal. Y espero que se jubile pronto porque nadie en situación de vulnerabilidad se merece tener que lidiar con una persona tan Gil*p*ll*s.

No cogen el teléfono!!! Llamas, llamas y llamas y al final lo que hacen es descolgar para que comunique. Un sitio penoso para tratarse de un centro de salud mental donde hay personas con tendencia al suicidio. En mi caso, 3 intentos de suicidio y un año medio esperando un psicólogo.

I went there because of a relapse of bulimia and apart from the fact that they don't listen to you or empathize with you... They give you one or two appointments a month simply to know whether to increase your dose or add more sedative medications... It was last year and I spent the entire treatment with suicidal thoughts every second... My bulimia got worse and even quite risky... The best thing I did was stop all the medication little by little on my own and not return to that place that also treated me overall it's horrible...

La atención a los usuarios, sabiendo además el complicado perfil de los mismos, deja mucho que desear. No todos los que allí trabajan son malos profesionales ni mucho menos, pero la mayoría de veces no sales de alli con un buen sabor de Boca. Y hay psquiatras que podían jubilarse y dejar paso a nuevas generaciones, porque las pocas ganas con las que trabajan dejan al sistema público de sm por los suelos. Lo de tener descolgado el teléfono de 11 a 15h todos loa días hay que hacerselo mirar. Alguna auditoria más no vendría mal.

Con estrés postramatico,me han dicho que me fuera a mis país. Y más comentarios racistas. Mi enfermedad : transtorno del sueño. Solo se preocuparan saber en qué trabajabas y cuánto cobraba. No atienden nunca el teléfono. Fatallllll. Horrible. Para cortarse las venas

Psicólogo muy bueno. A pesar de verme bien, he mantenido esa primera cita que me ofrecieron tres meses atrás. Me ha sorprendido la gran humanidad y escucha por parte del profesional. Se nota que tiene vocación. Mi sorpresa es que a pesar de sentir que he ido más bien por puro formalismo, he salido de allí incluso mejor, y con tres estupendos consejos que sin duda pondré en práctica. Siento que me ha calado. Muy acertado el ir, pues esas tres pautas recibidas me aportan ahora mucha claridad, además me ayudan a ser consciente de lo que realmente ha de ser importante en esta vida para mi.

Mi experiencia con la Psiquiatra fue excelente, pero soy el único que piensa que el psicólogo M.N. es nefasto? O sea yo tuve una primera experiencia con él que fue muy vejatoria, literalmente riéndose de mí por decirle que no tenía dinero para la sanidad privada. Además trata desde el primer momento con una frialdad que da 0 confianza, te mira con decepción y siempre te contesta de malas formas, con aspereza y discutiendo sobre lo que le estás diciendo. Aún así decidí acudir una segunda vez ayer pero fue más de lo mismo, bochornoso. Esque sólo el trato que tiene es deplorable, yo con ese señor salgo siempre mucho peor que entro. Me voy a cambiar de psicólogo ya que confío en que alguno habrá bueno, porque este te destroza. Señor M.N. le digo por aquí lo que no me atrevo a decirle a la cara: tendrá un super currículum pero en tu trabajo eres lamentable

Soy la madre de un paciente y estoy muy agradecida a todo el personal técnico y auxiliar por todo lo que han hecho por nosotros. Tienen pocos medios y una avalancha de peticiones graves y urgentes. Creo que las críticas deben dirigirse al sistema sanitario que olvida absolutamente la salud mental

Tener que estar dando explicaciones al recepcionista sobre tus circunstancias médicas y sabiendo que no te puede ayudar...además te dan información falsa y entran en modo robot..."eso es lo único que te puedo decir"...estamos hablando de salud mental.... conseguir una cita con el director del centro...es... imposible?.

A mi el trato recibido,con 3 psiquiatras,que los he ido jubilandol a verdad que sín pena ni gloria ,han pasado por mi vida ,hay que tener en cuenta ,que la rama que mencionamos ,apenas se estudia desde hace solo unos 100 años y las enfermedades mentales son incurables,para que la gente pueda deambular hoy existe el maquillaje diario ,los psicofármacos ,gracias

Estube yendo hace tres años y no me ayudaron en nada, vine acompañado por mi madre a quien también trataron con poco respeto. Poca empatía hacia el paciente tanto por parte de la psiquiatra como del psicólogo. La psiquiatra solo manda pastillas y si no funciona, mas pastillas. En cuanto al psicólogo directamente sienta mal contarle nada por la mirada de absoluta decepción que pone en ti cuando hablas sobre los problemas que intentas solucionar. Iba a dejar de darme mas citas por yo "no querer colaborar" con el tratamiento" despues de dejar de tomar esas pastillas por meses que no me funcionaron, mas que me hacian estar cansado. Cada dia que he ido me encontraba peor. Hoy tenia una cita a la que tenia pensado ir porque al parecer hay una nueva psiquiatra pero después de leer las otras reseñas veo que no soy el único quien recibió un trato pésimo asi que sigo sin tener fe, no voy a volver.

Voy a poner una reclamación a conselleria de la psiquiatra que me ha atendido hoy. No se puede consentir que estando en una condición muy mala, su contestación sea que ella también tiene ansiedad y no se toma pastillitas
