    The worst company everyday light gone and it take hours to be restored. COME ON MAN YOU ALL NEED TO DO BETTER. You people can't be providing such poor service. Employ more workers to go in the communities to fix the problems

    I’d give zero stars if I could. Everyday we have 3 or more hours of power outage for more than 2 months light goes most days at 3pm on the Dot & nothing is being done, no technician no ntn. ONE BIG PATTY SHOP

    If I could Go Negative I would-- I am just trying to talk to a live person so that the low voltage thing can fix... the automated system is annoying- it and the Chat-- Technology suppose to make life easier not complicated and stupid--- all in the name of not wanting to pay staff?? ya'll weird

    Website/ App sucks!!!! Very unprofessional. You charge my credit card for a useless registration that you put in place, and now that so-call registration that you’ve already charge for won’t allow me to pay my bills because it’s still saying that my card that you’ve already verified won’t let me use it. Plus I use it once after your so-call verification. SMH and no one to speak to about this.

    App doesn't work! After such lengthy upgrades the app still does not work I purchased Credit online problems, got it at bill Express problems.I'm a prepaid customer why whenever I buy credit it's being sent to a post/p account

    I want to commend the gentlemen who worked through the night to restore my light. A tree fell down and cause power outages in my community at Malcolm heights in Lucea, Hanover. One of the workmen Phil did an exceptional job in fixing the light but showcasing his engineering skills so the community could get back the power in the shortest possible time. Thanks to Courtney and all the other gentlemen who worked with Phil and assured us that our power will be restored shortly. Thank you JPS for going above and beyond for your customers.

    They continually and gradually raise the bills and is good query it there is never a straight and honest answer. Very dishonest company. Cant wait until Jamaica takes the monopoly off this company.

    I hate this service so much.I receive these emails saying that they will be cutting power at a certain time and it never happens. Then they randomly cut the power without warning anyone. I am currently using data right now because I don't have any electricity and my daughters can't even attend their online class without being disturbed.Not even one day goes by without light being cut and coming back whether there is a storm or not. I can't wait to get or fix our generator or solar panels to get rid of this service as soon as possible. 🀬🀬🀬🀬😠😠😠😑😑😑😠😀🀬😀🀬😀😠😑🀬😀😠😠😠😠😠😠😑😑😀Go to hell JPS

    I pay my bill in November and every month u guys keep adding the bill I already pay to my new bill I pay the month bill one day after the due date u guys cute it off on Monday my brother has to go back and pay u 8k more on what we have already pay to from in the morning and you guys still don't connect it as yet. I wear formal clothes to work. I have to give away plus a lot of food go bad....the worst part it my bro stated the customer service representative say she see where the payment was made but we still have over due bill like how πŸ€” someone explained please who is going to get all the freezer and cool stuff that go bad

    I have been experiencing low voltage in my house since yesterday (April 12) , My electrician came to the house and said not is wrong inside and showed me were the the neutral line is disconnected from the jps pole. I immediately called JPS reported the problem this was at 4:30 pm April 12, 2022 I was told the someone will be dispatch to me within 6-8 hours also reported it on the My JPS app, April 13, 2022 10:00 I called them back they apologized and said the problem would been escalated and someone would be dispatched, April 13, 2022 2:00 pm called them back again they apologized "A team is has been dispatch to resolve your problem" April 13, 2022 5:00 pm they gave me assurance that a team will respond today, I arrive at my house and greeted by the smell smoke from my bedroom a surge protector that was left plugged in hot and smoking, April 13, 2022 6:20 pm " we apologize but we have no team dispatch at this time" I ask to speak to a supervisor, (2 hours 30 minutes into the call and on two different phones talking to two customers service agents) 8:50 pm " I am unable to get through to a supervisor at this time" this is after being put on mutiple hold for extended periods of time on both phones and only them could offer me was to wait. Jamaica needed explore alternat electricity providers because JPS is a monopoly we as customers have no option and are left to the mercy of one company that is fully aware that they have the upper hand.

    Hi Good Night, Just reaching out to you guys to let you'll know that this seems as if its a patty shop you people operating. Over the past few weeks I had been having terrible experiences with your customer service rep in regards for my prepaid services. I honestly would tell the world that this customer service is the woooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrssssttt. Coming back to today I bought a voucher took it to work but for some strange reasons few numbers faded.I call and I spoke with Akeem who isn't knowledgeable about this work and very unprofessional he disconnected the line on me without my closure. He said he's unable to provide me with the number even If I have the serial numbers. I then request to speak with a supervisor he refused just like the other girl I spoke with last week who her baby was crying alot in my ears and she placed me on hold then disconnect. I want higher authorities to take this into consideration with the people that you're hiring. I am a supervisor at a BPO and these customer services that JPS is offering is awful and cannot continued. I would like for this matter take into consideration as I'm not please whenever I called you guys. I WORK from home and JPS causes me and my company to lose alot of money. You need to hire professionals. This guy akeeem everybody can knows he's from Jamaica with the patios. Very Very Very horrendous services. How can you operate a multi million dollar company that doesnt have available supervisors after certain hours. Really a disaster

    Think this is the worst company in the world and even worse when it comes to customer service. I have been waiting for over half hour for someone to answer the customer service line after which I was put on hold for over an hour and no one returned (as I am writing this review I am still waiting). There seem to be no regulator body for this company and nobody at this company who cares about we the customer.....(Side effects of a monopoly)

    This is the worst company, I lost a $120,000 because of JPS.. I’ve been call these people for days upon days and still nothing has been done about my light. I have to close my shop because I have no light to do any work and worst part about it is they are literally walking distance away from my work shop….. REALLY PATTY SHOP… although patty shop run better….

    How am I supposed to report an outage in my area when everytime I call the customer service, they hang up the phone on me 7 times in a row within 10 sec of calling them. JPS you need to find yourself a new call center to outsource your work, clearly the one you hired not living up to the standards.

    They came to cut off my light five days after they connected it. Sloppy customer service because they took their sweet time to connect it. I had to call in twice in one day to inquire when they will connect my light.

    I need an extra street, Ihave spoken to the Mayor at the Parish Council, and was told so many lights to be installed -, so Idon't know when this will be and its very urgently needed as the street is very bush and very dark at nights.
