I was looking for vegan options during my stay in Gamla Stan, and was so happy to find this restaurant! The buffet isn’t huge, but you can definitely become full- and very quickly! Everything was so delicious and fresh. I meant to take better pictures but I was enjoying my dinner so much, I’m surprised I managed to remember to take any at all! 😋

I absolutely love this restaurant!! The price (169 sek or $17 usd) is amazing for what you get, it's an all you can eat or order off the menu, mostly vegan but there were a few vegetarian options. I wasn't expecting it to taste so good considering it was a buffet but I was pleasantly surprised. All the food was great, too many choices to list here. If you're visiting Stockholm City Center, I highly recommend this place.

I would say this is the worst vegetarian food that I have tried. It's not expensive but for what you get is just not worth it. There were zero options with actual protein, but I saw two different types of potatoes. And before thinking that's just what I bought - I tried pretty much everything - with the exception of hummus there was nothing with a proper source of filling ingredients. You have a wide selection of salads, hummus, a curry, dal soup usually made with mung/plate/red lentils (Indian type but with less spicy), two chutneys, brown rice/ turmeric rice, Lasagne (with cheese), vegetable kofta balls, hummus, bread and cookies. Dip Tea, coffee and tap water with lemon/mint are also included in the buffet price. The sweets, cakes and cool drinks from refrigerator are NOT included in the buffet price. You can refill your plate as many times as you want. Take a book and sit there for sometime and enjoy the amazing plant-based food. It’s really a hermitage as name of the restaurant says :)
