Greetings!
This
feedback
is
based
on
our
huge
experience
of
similar
facilties
visiting
worldwide!
So,
Gastrologik
is
placed
in
the
centre
of
Stockholm,
it
occupies
very
little
place,
and
can
manage
only
10-12
tables
maximum
of
guests
in
a
tight
maneur.
From
the
first
impression,
you
can
see,
that
attitude
of
all
personal
is
very
modern
and
unusual.
You
have
meeting
with
chiefs
and
all
сook
guys
just
when
you
enter
facility!
Everybody
is
very
interested
in,
besides
there
are
not
too
much
waiters
there,
mostly
cook
guys
present
their
own
dishes
by
themselves!
Kitchen
has
open
format,
and
you
can
see
all
the
processes
directly.
When
we
talk
about
"local"
ingredients,
you
can
think,
that
it
could
be
something
not
very
expensive,
and
definitely
not
what
you
can
find
in
expensive
universal
restaurants,
because
one
country
can't
provide
full
gastronomic
range
of
World
abundance.
But
speaking
about
gastrologic,
it's
definitely
not
true!
The
range
of
ingredients
we
met
there
is
worth
or
overpowers
many
ever
3*
Michelin
restauraunts.
Cuisine
is
very
creative,
you
would
not
find
2
dishes
similarly
made
from
more
than
20
options
during
dinner.
Ways
of
creating
dishes
are
very
surprising,
and
taste
is
wonderfull
without
any
exclusions.
Speaking
about
speed/quality,
it's
very
perfect
ratio
and
dinner
is
not
dragged
out.
We
higly
recommend
wine
pairing
from
facility.
Drinks
are
well
balanced
with
food
and
perfectly
presented.
Returning
once
again,
the
main
distinctive
feature
and
advantage
of
facility,
it's
personal
with
“burning"
eyes,
full
dedication,
very
interested
and
motivated
in
things
they
do.
They
not
just
do,
because
they
need
to
do,
they
do,
because
they
believe
in
chief's
talent.
Gastrologic
definitely
worth
3*
and
bigger
operating
place
with
more
tables,
more
premium
enviroment.
We
loved
those
evening,
it
returned
us
Michelin
passion
after
not
very
good
experience
in
Spain.
Thank

we
dream
come
back
and
feel
those
moments
once
again.
