The food was good. I would give them 5 star if they didn't try to sell extra at the end. We were there to try the standard menu. The pressure of chosing few extra serving at the end which was also really expensive ruined the evening for me. It is unpleasant to go through the process of making the decision if you want an extra serving while you have signed up for the set menu with the standard price.

I wasn't actually expecting anything special since I didn't even know this was a one star restaurant. For a person not usual to visit these kinds of restaurants I think I got a bit scared. You eat everything together and it feels like a bit of a show. The food was good, but for the price of the food i think that I can find many other places better than this. Maybe my tasting level is not there yet but I have eaten many many sushis around the world and I would say the fish was good but the sushi in total... It's just too boring for my taste. When they presented their signature dish I was just waiting for this perfection of dish and it was super beautiful but that's where the excitement stopped. The course was... Bland? It's super difficult to set a point on the restaurant because the quality of the ingredients were impeccable. It was just a disappointment to not experience this super good tasteful food. I left still hungry which also for me tells that I wasn't satisfied. Did I get the feeling I would return? No. I am happy to try a one star restaurant and to realize that maybe I need to eat and taste more food before I can really enjoy this.

Generally disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant, even though ingredients were of good quality and prepared as you would expect, there was a lack of variety, uni, shellfish ( of any kind) , crab and langoustine were missing in the menu. Nothing was really inventive or original, the only interesting dish was monkfish liver ( first time ever trying it) but the quality varied based on the cut since there was sand and impurities in mine compared with my partner. You can tell the chef is quite skilled and the attention from server is great but i am here for the food. Is relatively cheap for a Michelin star restaurant so maybe thats why the variety was lacking??? Beware that at the end they will try to sell you otoro extra dishes for a cost of roughly 20 eur each so your dinner can double price if you fall into the server’s pressure. No dessert and digestive at the end if you wish is also pricey but could be a high alcohol tax thing.

Sushi Sho served excellent sashimi and sushi. They were creative with the menu. For a one star Michelin restaurant, this place felt like a steal for the price. That said, they offered an extra menu with the tuna belly that almost cost like the entire meal I wish they would just put that as option on the menu when we made the online booking, because it would be easier to decide and people more aware of this option, it’s just my two-cent.

Sushi Sho is not for everyone. Having been to Japan multiple times myself, I can say that for those who are into Omakase/authentic Japanese food it is well worth the try. + small, intimate atmosphere + excellent service + fresh fish and authentic Japanese cuisine (not comparable to your 'regular' sushi place next door) + excellent wine and sake (!) menu to go with the food - pricy (to be expected) - ambience music (I would have loved to hear Asian/Japanese music instead of regular radio tunes, little bit of a vibe killer to me) Be advised to book a table 3-5 weeks in advance. Only come in smaller groups. Perfect spot for a romantic date or business dinner.

Amazing experience! 10 guests maximum seated around the chefs table, very #lagom and authentic atmosphere (not fake and luxurious) and where everybody is having the same courses. We lost count of how many ”course meals/sushi” we had, and the sushi were quite unique. They also offer a great variety of exquisite drinks as well. Highly recommend this Michelin star sushi place!

A truly amazing omakase experience. They have 14 seats, which allows them to really take care of every diner. We had the sake pairing as well, which works quite well with the experience. They offer add on tuna items; all must haves, my personal favorite was the tartare with caviar.

I loved coming here. We got the chef menu for 895. My boyfriend had the sake pairing to go with it. The dishes are crafted beautifully. Everything has a flow and is timed to a tee. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest sitting right by the bar as then you will experience the full show.

Fun omakase sushi that’s still affordable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable—I can strongly recommend getting the sake tasting menu! A very strong four stars

not expensive michelin restaurant. it was a very cool experience. The staff is friendly and they talked a lot about all the dishes. The fish is fresh and very tasty! especially tuna - I advise everyone to try. The design of the restaurant is very simple, but it has its own beauty and something unusual. there are only 16 seats and it's very nice. We were in March and we really enjoyed it. we will definitely be back!! thanks for a great dinner

We had a great experience here! The fish was fresh and delicious and it felt luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. The wine selection was great. I can’t give five stars because I was missing that WOW factor. The interior could use a retouch.

I don't know if I had high expectations, but the menu didn't impress me. Without a doubt the fish are super fresh and have good quality. If I hadn't paid for the extra options, I would have left there hungry.

Amazing place. Lovely food and drinks. The service and the staff are extraordinary. If you love fine dining and sushi/fish this is the place to be. I think this was the best sushi I ever had outside of Japan. Be aware that the restaurant is really small and therefore you should book in advance

Superb fish skillfully prepared with a great balance of flavours, temperatures, and textures. I enjoyed every bite and seeing the preparation processes was a total treat. These guys really love what they are creating and they are happy to talk about it with the guests. They will perfectly accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. I can't drink alcohol and have a slow and sometimes troublesome stomach, and still I felt pampered thanks to them. Their kombucha is wonderful too, full of fragrance without any bitterness, better than any commercial brand.

Food here was so so and no variety of seafood. They serve salmon, tuna and common fishes. The first sushi we got came scorching hot which was a shock because sushi should be served at body temp. I don't think I'll come back again because the price and food quality do not justify.

Wow, what a place! In all it’s simplicity, we got some of the best dishes I’ve had in Stockholm. Perfectly made rice and delicious sake. Amazing service.

Great experience! If you like authentic sushi with a little twist you should absolutely visit. Great choice of wine and sake as well

Great service. Great food. Great sake. Would have loved if they served the extra courses before the final dish in the ordinary service and that the switched the miso soup for a hearty japanese boullion from ingredients that are in season.

Top notch. Not overstated or flashy, but nuanced, perfection. No garish mayo or other "food-bling", just better, in everything. There is only one downside. You can't eat sushi anywhere else in Sweden after you've eaten here. 😀

Incredible food. Sushi will never taste the same to me again. We also really liked the chefs and servers who were very gracious and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful dinner here this past week. The omakase atmosphere is wonderful, like a shared experience between the diners and the staff. The food is top notch, although I don't have many points of comparison for sushi in Stockholm.
