My food was ready quickly despite it being very busy. Someone was always cleaning and keeping up with the flow. My food was good and I had a good experience.

Very good sitting area. We get our order quickly service was really fast even it was very busy day. I will recommend to visit this branch.

First of all, I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and I got plain nuggets! Also I had to wait 3 years to get my spicy nuggets! I ordered 9 spicy chicken wings, two of them were dried small raisins with no bone!!! This is unacceptable!😡

We ordered Chicken Tasty Burger, Spicy McNuggets 6 pieces, Shaker Fries, medium Fantas, Sweet&Sour dip, and Caramel Frappé with additional chocolate drizzle. Everything was good. Frappé was surprising really good. Good atmosphere and ambiance.

All pastries taste as if they were made out of recycled paper, and when combined with tasteless burgers experience is complete nothingness. Only thing that has some taste (not necessarily good) are sauces. Two stars are for Big Share box.

Long wait for the toilet, weird flush button, don't recommend (the toilet). McDonald's never disappoints 👍👍

You’re better off going to IKEA. The food is fine. It’s McDonald’s. It’s very busy in there but the employees are very nice and efficient.

seeing the other reviews, just going to add it aint that bad. It isnt that dirty, and it is somewhat loud but bearable for a mcdonalds hidden close to the city center

6 out of 5 stars! A very clean place! Staff keeps cleaning all around what keeps the place nice preserved. Toilets are open for customers, loaded with paper. Truffles fries are a go to item. Once they were giving away free espressos. Highly recommended restaurant!

I was really surprised at the quality of food. For me it's considered the best McDonald's branch I have ever visited around the world.

I got a tripple cheese meny with a strawberry milkshake, the food was good but it was pretty cramped, but thats expected for a fast food resturant in the centrum of Stockholm, and side note, some rando shoot pieces of fries with a straw at me which was abit uncomfortable

We ordered 2 McChicken 2 chili tops 7 p 2 9p hots wings 1s shake 1 20 nuggets We were missing the 18p hot wings all of it and 7 chili tops. It was disappointing because we we’re tourists and was taking dinner to the cruise. We tried to call multiple times no one answered.

Mostly crowdly. Its good that you are not waiting to long for your order. Tabels are small and not fit for 2 persons. They prepare coke before order is even made, so thats why you dont get enough cold Coke.

Das beste MC Donalds wo ich bis jetzt war. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland sind die Preise unerwartet niedrig und die Menüzusammenstellung war sehr gut. Nette Bedienungen gab es auch. Ist am Tag und zum Feierabend aber mittelstark Überlaufen sodass man sich etwas mitnehmen sollte 😊

McDonalds eben. Essen und Getränke wie in allen anderen Filialen weltweit. Bestellung über Touchscreen. Etwas kompliziert, wenn zum ersten Mal bestellt wird. Ansonsten gut.

Im Gegensatz zu Deutschland günstigere Preise. Sehr voll gewesen aber schnell einen Sitzplatz gefunden. Es gab Burger zur Auswahl die ich bisher noch nicht in einem anderen Restaurant gesehen habe.

Paid for a large portion of fries, didn’t get any. There was a fly in the box too.

It's not very family friendly. The space is limited if you have a baby stroller,it's hard to navigate around the restaurant.

The service and atmosphere was awesome. And of course, trust McDonald's to remain the best 👌. I can't get tired of the burgers

They say look at the bathroom to know the quality of a place. This branch has always been trash.

Food is okay at best. As for our order complaints, we had two big french fries amongst our order, only one was salted (no requests for the other not to be). Also managed to get 7 out of 9 chicken nuggets in the box. Perhaps the employees were hungry… The general cleanliness is terrible. Floors are wet, there is a single gender neutral bathroom whose floor was wet, the walls were somehow wet too and there was no toilet paper. The single bathroom is an enclosed space of what felt less than a 2x1.5x2 room… Avoid.

Bathrooms are dirty. One does not flush other is missing toilet paper. Quite dirty overal. Food is good, but need to find cleaner place to poop afterwards.

Visited here for a quick take away. Totally ok with the amount of people in the place. There were not many machines available, but it was quick to order. However, the receipt was out of stock, so we had to talk to the staff about fixing the receipt and also getting our order number. The staff was quick to get a receipt for all the machines, which was great! And the staff really tried to help find our order. Thought it went smoothly even if there were problems. The food was good, flatter meat steaks than other MCs I've been on, but perfect size for the breads. Chili cheese was not too strong, which suited my taste (do not eat strong food).

It was like every other McD outlet. Self service was also there, staff was humble and cleanliness was maintained upto mark.

They should expand the toilet capacity, the queue is long. The rest is mostly fine. Thank you very much for your service... 😊 🍽️🍹

Toilets smelled disgusting and have likely not been cleaned in days! No ketchup and very little of all the other condiments I.e. salt, pepper, etc. Many of the ordering machine weren’t working properly. Probably the worst McD’s I’ve ever been to.

Very convenient location just right at the kungstradgarden point opposite zara outlet. Available sitting arrangements with modern interior. Goos quality food with healthy options. I like this one. Recommend 👍😎

Dirty floors, sticky dirty tables, only 1 WC that is also flooded on the floor and dirty. Attracts tardy noisy teens and families with toddlers that leave a mess, with kids shouting a running everywhere. Why can't you just keep the place clean? Homeless people queuing for the WC also..

The cashier didn't have change for 500 crowns. The hall was clean - well done.

My man at the front counter gave me a free frappe for no reason. That’s some Chick-fil-A stuff right there. Very happy :)

First time at Stockholm and first time at this McDonald’s restaurant. Firstly, the ordering screen interface was very different than what I’m used to, so if you’re from Baltic countries visiting Sweden be prepared with an unusual menu screen. Don’t worry though, there was an english language option and I caught on quickly with menu screen. Secondly, I went at lunch time, so there was a lot of people there, but the wait was incredibly quick. No more than 5 minutes! I’ve never seen this speed at any McDonald’s restaurant ever. Furthermore, the food was hot and delicious. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. Thirdly, the bathroom wait was long. There was only one bathroom with a super clunky and hard to press button. My finger was sore after the long press just to flush down the toilet. Overall, there were positives and some negatives. Be prepared for the interesting menu screens interface (if you’re not used to it), and be prepared for the interesting bathroom trip. But if you’re here just for the food, the wait will be quick and totally worth it.

The terrible unfriendly staff, kicked out of the institution with a scandal and spread their hands on the clients, in their direction I heard a lot of obscene words and namers, the reason for this was that at 17.00 exactly we dressed in the institution, and did not run out into the street, because the restaurant closed, a minute ago!
