Great selection of desserts. The leek curry was good but could have been spicier. The vegetarian health plate was good and the salad bar had some well flavored selections good coffee as well. Service was friendly, quick and bilingual.

Love everything about this place. The food, the service and the amazing views here will make you want to come back for more. The princess cake is heavenly so was the salmon and quinoa salad. If you're passing by, stop here for sure. The lunch special won't break the bank but it will fill you up. This is why I always eat at this restaurant when I go to Stockholm.

Very sweet restaurant! The lunch menu is tasty and comes with a little salad, bread and coffee or tea. There are around 6 food options too chose, 4 of them were vegetarian. The staff was nice and the price is very good, especially if you compare it to other restaurants in Stockholm. I payed around 110 SEK for the lunch menu. And it's for a good cause as well! I highly recommend this place and will definitely go there again!

I tried kannebull and coffee. The place and its cups are very sweet. A very nice place to sit in the historic square. Daily food menus are changing. I'll come for dinner too. Kannebull 3 euro, coffee 3euro.

I cam here the last couple days to this historic cafe with some family while visiting and walking around Stockholm. This cafe has been around since 1649 and is a popular spot for everyone to visit and enjoy. We stopped for a break and some drinks. It is located in the city square across from the Nobel Prize Museum as well as som colourful buildings. We got a table outside on the patio which is very hard to get as it is very popular to sit outside here but there is a lot of seating inside this cafe as it is large with many areas. The vibe here was very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend checking it out at least once.

Nice coffee place with logical prices. 💪 35 sek for cappuccino, 25 sek for black coffee, 49 sek for a piece of cake (chocolate cake, cheese cake, any kind of sweet basically) and 30 sek for a cinnamon bun. 🥧🍰🍪🍩☕🍷You can also have lunch otlr dinner there. In November and December that are Christmas decorations you can find hot wine and traditional sweets. If you visit Stockholm in that period in front of the Nobel museum there is a Christmas Market and the shop is right next to it. 🎄 It's always crowded since its in the centre of the most touristy place in Stockholm but it has a lot of space so you don't feel like drowning from everyone there. Maybe you just have to wait for a while to order.

The cafe itself has an interesting history (they have small booklets narrating the history of the place) and the roof still bears the beautiful work of art from the 17th century. The food served in the cafe as well as in their restaurant is excellent. They also have a couple of vegetarian options. What we loved more than the food was the service.

Great place for lunch. The dining rooms are charming but the terrace seating outside, on the picturesque square, is even better. It’s cafeteria style so you grab your food and sit wherever is free. We had the meatballs (the best of our Swedish trip so far) , lasagna, and pastries. All delicious.

I was at the small cafe/take away part. It was small but cute. Friendly staff and good pastries. Price is as it normally is but the owner is Stadsmissionen which helps people that are homeless etc. I'd go back

As it sits in the corner of the square near the Nobel Prize Museum, the cakes were clearing up fast so when you come a bit later than lunchtime, you don't have a lot of options anymore. Despite that, we had a marvelous hallon cake, as well as rather dried and heavy walnut choco brownies. The bryggkaffee was decent. Charming sitting place interior, but not the most friendly staffs. I had a mixed feeling about this place but it was a good visit overall.

I've visited the bakery a few times. Love the carrot cake so much. The cinnamon bun and other pastries were so good too. One of the better bakeries I've been in Stockholm. Skip the lunch at the restaurant, the lunch served at the restaurant adjacent to the bakery was so-so and underwhelming.

I only was in the cafe part and recommend it. Great coffee and delicious desserts. I can’t wait to visit the restaurant part as it looks good as well

My visit to the pastry shop was a delightful experience. The sweets on display were not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious, with no hint of artificial flavors. The staff was excellent, providing a warm and welcoming service. I must highlight the 'prinsesse' (Norwegian for 'princess') dessert – a delicate mascarpone coating concealing an incredible cream filling. It was a taste sensation that truly stood out among the delectable offerings.

A great cafeteria experience at lunch, entrée also included bread and salad. You go through the line to order and pick cold items then they bring out any warm items you have ordered. There is a separate entrance to the bakery. I enjoyed the vegetable quiche the main vegetarian option and the meatball plate also appeared good. Their baked goods were also excellent.

Great food! The ordering process wasnt a typical restaurant with waiters etc. you ordered, paid and food was brought. Food definitely restaurant quality. AMAZING SWEDISH MEETBALLS!!! whole dish was very tasty and came out quick. Would most defiantly recommend. Their lemonade lacked sugar and was too sour for my tastes. Lemon tart was good though.

Great stop at the main square in Stockholm. Both - restaurant and bakery/pastry shop were amazing. Not expensive, nice stuff, view from restaurant to the main square. Very tasty

We decided to stop by the bakery for a quick snack, and I sure am glad that we did. The pastries we tried were great and tasted fresh with just the right amount of sweetness. They were also selling whole cakes, cake by the slice, bread loaves and rolls, and traditional packaged cookies and flatbread (tunnbröd). Not dirt cheap, but I think the prices were reasonable for what you're getting (about 250 - 400 SEK for a small pastry, about 300 SEK for a baguette).

Definitely a place to visit either for lunch or afternoon tea. The princess tort was like eating fresh air but delicious fresh air. Staff were friendly and helpful, the building is centuries old but still fresh and comfortable.

The food was wonderful, the prices are really good (145 SEK for meatballs) and the view is amazing.

This is a great stop for lunch or coffee. Lovely outside seating. We traveled here from Houston and had seen it recommended and cannot agree more.

Cosy coffee + pastry/sweet place. Pricey but really good. It's worth stopping by... Coffee is as much as you want (help urself).

We were so intrigued by the idea of this place and it surpassed our hopeful expectations! The food was delicious and affordable and we loved knowing that we were helping to support a great cause. The staff was all so friendly and helpful, too. Additionally, we enjoyed plenty of bakery treats at the conclusion of our meal and are so happy that we decided to try it out!

Very good food, nice place, very quiet terrace. But the prices seems to have raised compared to a few years ago...

Cute place, pastries were alright. They had a large space with tables inside and outside. Would be a nice place to have coffee while working/studying. Nice view of the square outside and they have the famous princess cake.

I got several sweet treats here, at the end of our fast 5-hour cruise ship stopover in August 2019. The sweets were moist, fresh and delicious, especially the chocolate-peanut butter ball and the sandwich type one. Their coffee was also good.
